If life was one of these Your karmic loop is the slides or activities you are looking at. If you want to add something to your routine you pick up a new slide and engage in it. Then you react positively to the experience when you are done looking. When you add a new slide and you identify with it you feel good and are more likely to look at the slide again. If you react negatively you probably won't look at the slide again. So even if you are looking at the slide for 5 minutes if you react positively after putting it down the chances you pick it up the next day go up.
