Notice how you can describe yourself in everyway except by conciousness because you cannot point to yourself so to say 'my' conciousness is not logically correct and cannot be. You can say I am a man i am a human i am hairy I am mean, but you can't say I am conciousness because of the self reference problem.. you cannot point to yourself. And you cannot limit consciousness by calling it mine.

Start chanting a mantra its used to stop thinking. You will chant and be thinking at the same time the longer you do it the more the monkey will stop and it will teach you to focus on what you are doing. Once your mind stops its hard for it to start up again and you will be free for a moment. Once you do this your mind will see that thinking is useless 90 percent and will calmn down. If you do it enough you will be able to set your body on auto pilot mantra and leave your body. I have never done it but gotten close enough to see its a possibility.

If you talk to women in small town you can flirt with one and the entire town will know. Thats how they work they are like small minds that. I live in small town I just went to the city on my days off and everyone in the town knows. I told like 3 people. So if you flirt with someone they will talk and everyone will know you flirted with someone and if you do it again with someone else they will know you did it again. Just be honest and say I want a girlfriend its only creepy if you lie about it. Small town people want honesty to a degree.

All animals have umbilical cord too they do not needlessly suffer. Suffering is mental. Physical pain only brings it in the moment once its gone you stop feeling it unless you are traumatized by it then it becomes suffering. suffering is something you feel long after it is gone or long before it has happened. Its a cause of knowing past and future thats why they say stop thinking past and future exist and you end suffering. Everything you think of past and future are made up so its needless and will crush your soul.

Every foreigner I have ever talked to gets really upset when they come to Canada. They miss their community and I have heard many say they cried for a long time. There is no community in Canada. The perfect place to find God. You come from countries where you are all one. Canada is melting pot and therefore have no identity. And most of the foreigners that come here kinda start hanging out with eachother. Life for Canadian citizen is pretty much work go home work go home and no activities in the middle besides survival. And that crushes people. Maybe the foreigners can bring some life to our Country. In Canada it is winter 8 months of the year so we get used to being inside. It will break you but I have heard that after awhile they start to like the peace Alot of white countries are going through identity crisis' right now.
