Yea its good that he can work out but you dont need to. You can become confident like he says in many different ways. He says in order to have unshakable self you need to have a stack of things that you have accomplished to feel the unshakable self when its not true at all. You can actually suffer and hate yourself mentally so much and have it the same outcome. If he suddenly had to stop moving hes donezo and God is originally inert, so its guaranteed to happen.
