I work in old folks home they have night terrors and wake up screaming and crying and will keep being scared for hours after. They are seeing whats there. I would say imagine your sanity like an invisible fist God is clasping tight so you can move around properly. Without all these concepts and ideas your visual field looses it and your mental field looses it. You wont know what you are looking at and you wont know how you 'normally experience it. Everything you know outside your visual field leaves and you are left with a screen and emotions you dont know what they are and you are not there as a concept to express them the body is unleashed. The feeling of where your body located is sanity. That means the blackness between light in the universe is an object that is rotating and its growing in size and holding all this information inside of it and is a physical object. From my experience and what I hear it can he bad or good. When you lose identity there is no arguing or theorizing yourself out of a state of mind. This is over thinking if every domino was knocked over by you, and each one held a thought pattern, just see you are doing it and stop pushing them over. If you manage to stop it near the end, the next time you think about it ,the last few wont be there, and you just do it over and over.You can manage to stop it at the initial finger push and just never think about it again. You are over thinking you are doing it, you asking to take a drug to stop slapping yourself. Pretend every domino is a thought you knock over the first one the thought knocks into the second thought it creates a chemical reaction in your brain you react to it that knocks that thought into the next and when they meet the next reaction another thought, so on until you spiral. You arent the thoughts you are knocking them into each other unconsciously. If you do this enough your chat gpt system will start bringing them up itself. If you feel you cant stop whenever you see that you are spiraling stop take a deep breathe and say I surrender my thoughts my body and my imagination to God and let it Go. Say this everytime you feel yourself arguing with yourself which is a spiral, you are just arguing with yourself. Watch the thought your mind will say something and you will react to it. You will press button in your mind and talk to it, stop doing that just let it present prompts to you without response. If the mind gets no reaction it will be to engage in imagination to lure you or go into deeper crazier scenarios to get you to respond. This is not an attack its a survival mechanics of the mind. Its asking you what you are scared of cause it needs to know for survival. You are with God that means you should know you dont need to worry about that anymore.

Depends on the therapist. I have heard of people going to the therapists for years and still going. It shouldnt be a long time thing the therapist should be able to unravel your mind like a guru. It should be treated like mathmatics but some dont get it or cannot explain it right to the person. But sitting there and doing nothing the mind will unravel itself. Human existence is constant re ravelling or tightning. The reason people move is cause they dont want to unravel.

In the human realm we exist and must mould our imaginations to train our bodies to fit into a certain shape. We limit the things we think about and imagine in order to survive in society. When we think of things deemed negative by society we will stop these thoughts or become scared of them in order to stop ourselves from thinking them. We will do things and get in big trouble as children and in order to stop ourselves from future torture we must beat ourselves up mentally so we never do those things again. Imagination has no bounds it cannot be bound without mental repercussions in the opposite direction, this will by effect ensnare you physically and karmically. By ensnaring your imagination you bound thoughts and those bound thoughts change the way your robot acts and moves, this disobeys God and he says do it again. All boundaries on imagination (morals)are created due to someone or something tricking you into shaming or guilting yourself or fear. This makes you take that guilt and develop a relationship with that thing with a lean towards hate. You will keep doing it until you love the original disassociation. @PurpleTree If there are other people in brains then the brains they have are completely self contained. Meaning they are not actually reacting to reality they are reacting to their own mind. Minds are self reflective and cannot comprehend anything outside its structure. The stimuli comes in and the reaction has nothing to do with the stimuli it has to do with the programming the self contained structure has. Between you and other minds is void of all emotion feeling and concept like the 'air' between you is completely dead space. If someone is yelling at you the yell isnt happening in the dead space between you its happening in their mind and outside their body is 0 sound or emotion. You witness the stimuli and decide what is happening based on your own self contained structure. If you are talking to a person and feel a connection the connection isnt between you and them there is a void of dead space between you the connection is felt through your own self contained solipsistic mind self reflecting about the idea of another person and what they are in relation to your own self contained self reflective being. People are walking and talking thinking they are interacting with other people but they cant. So they just pretend they are and it works.

LITERALLY fear is Satan tricking you. You want to get tricked tho. How can you be open to solipsism and scared of something? Its your own mind and you are tricking yourself into going lower by being scared. Its a simulation that reflects your body and emotions. God can't attach to the dream unless its scared of it. Your thoughts and emotions do not match logically to each other. You are feeling an emotion of fear and thinking it must be this that is scaring me but its not that is a thought. Its just a feeling of awakening. Emotions have nothing to do with thought. Thought comes after to define the emotion but its not true whatever the brain is thinking the problem is. The fear is awakening. You are flowing through a tube of emotions and your mind says it must be blasphemy that is making me scared but its not blasphemy its just the emotion of fear. Someone who is scared of peaches and someone who is scared of blasphemy are scared of the same thing and its just fear. But the mind makes up a concept to project the emotion onto then logically goes into thought loops about what the mind thinks the fear is coming from. Over time you will train your brain to fear when the thought of blasphemy arises but its not that. The fear happens and then your mind logically goes through thought loops from the first time you decided the fear was of blasphemy. Everytime then after you keep adding baggage to the fear and your thought loops get longer and happen more often. The more you interact with it the more the word blasphemy will come out of your chat robot and will just get scared of the word cause thats the emotion you assigned to the word. When you meditate you lose your self and the ego will use words to cling to, to scare you into stopping. This is survival mode that means you are scared of God and is the definition of blasphemy so you should stop :p, you are totally safe.
