If you remain in the present moment you cant be bored. If you are bored that means you are living in the false past brainset. Its not possible to get bored staring at a wall and not be delusional. Completely made from the past, it is a trauma response. If you get bored that is a traumatized version of you speaking to you not you. If you walk around life and say you are bored and feel bored all the time you will dis identify with reality even while you are participating. @Cheese I can only talk to my experience as you cannot find information on the qualitative aspect of kundaloni anywhere. Im not 100 percent what happened to me is that because of the lack of information. It went up from my feet into my skull and then it feel like my skull exploded and the energy went further up into another dimension of reality. It wasn't slow for me it happened in like 15 seconds from foot to head.When I reached that dimension I am no longer a human I am something else looking at a ball of light that is the first person view of a 'human'.
