I have watched all of sadhgurus videos and have come out with more beleifs than when I went in. He introduces random concepts and dosent give any conclusions to them. For instance You watch this video and if you take it seriously its like you can never touch anything you can never wear anything you dont burn, you shouldnt own anything, no friends, no touching people or you will end up reincarnating over and over again. This is like 1000 beleifs I never had before I went into the video. It does way more harm than good. Somehow Im not the body and im not the mind but also I cant use the body to touch anything or I will reincarnate on earth forever. When I started saying fuck sadhguru I wont beleive everything he says I am free.

Have you ever sat in a room with him? These are beleifs you are making up because you are putting him as an authority figure. Which is what he is saying not to do. Its more dogma. I have watched every video I know he says that in a video.

Watching tv isnt low consciousness and sleeping all day isnt low consciousness. Low consciousness means you are doing it and feeling negatively. While she is watching tv brain dead she is meditating. It is recharging, its just that if you can figure out how to get into that state while not watching tv its much better.
