I fasted for 3 days and it did effect my ego. I think the body dosent have enough energy to think so it just turns it off. I was just sitting there brain dead. I wasnt hungry but I started having diarrehea. Like alot it was weird cause I wasnt eating. Alot of nasty stuff came out. the diarrehea was getting more on day 3 than others and it would come out of nowhere so I had to be by a toilet constantly. The problem I see with this story of water fasting is you made it sound like there are 0 side effects to doing it. You said it was bad on day 1 than every other day was perfect and healing with 0 down sides. You dont even mention being thirsty one time. Its like you are writing that you instantly transcended thirst without trying and it was easy and actually fun to not drink water. You dont feel bad at all and you become like Goku on day 2. Then you claim to be a human. Thats not the human experience at all. Thats the experience of robot whos allergic to water. Then you gaslight people who do have negative experiences while doing it, saying that their energy levels arent high enough. The entire time using AI to speak for you.

@zazen Why are you comparing a road going through a mountain to a train going through peoples apartment buildings. They are complete opposites. China putting all their money in big cities just to appear flashy while their people have to worry about their apartment buildings collapsing while they sleep in them. I used to get it all the time. Eventually I figured out how to break out of it. When you break out of it your body is extremely tired and heavy and you fall back into it instantly. One night I was having it, just looking around and I see stuff moving flying around my room and I practiced breaking out like 7 times and I fell back into it over and over.I managed to sit up a couple times but it was like having 0 energy and I flopped back down. It stopped being scary and I never had it again. To get out you just like put pressure on your body and head like you are taking a really big dump. It sounds like you are driving down the highway with all the windows open.

Its like there are 2 tvs looking at eachother one is off and the other one is on. The off one is looking at the on one. The off one can say hey im a tv like the one im looking at, and I can turn myself on, and the one im looking at i can turn off. Anything in the tv that im looking at that is on, I can see inside myself. Its concious of the universe via a point of view. According to the myth there was a tv that made another tv themselves, but it dosent have a soul in it, so we the other tvs with souls made it really big and are all looking at it and playing in it, cause it dosent care about anything.
