You can not know how to please them and still want to. That what leads to the anxiety. You feel you have to be a certain way but don't want too so you just shut down. The people pleasing aspect is still there and its whats causing the shut down. You can want to please them because you see them as an asset when you need or you can be doing it because you dont want to fail them. It can be many things. Personalities are strange to me. I dont know if they have anything to do with the body or life experiences. They might be entirely spiritual. I really dont understand how you could spend your entire life trying to attract beautiful woman, alot are annoying as hell and use their attractiveness to extract from you. Thats what you want?
