@Sine Use binaural beats alfa,theta,delta using headphones for meditation. After listening for a few weeks, you Will dive quicker and easier into those states. You can find a lot of those audios on YouTube.

There is one primordial awareness. Awarness illuminates all of existence. Consciousness is a reference point (and there are infinite reference points) in which thoughts, emotions, situations, behaviors, beliefs, paradigms... are stored in the field of consciousness. We are one but we are also different because of that. The body has an aura (Google:kirlian photography aura). If we would put different people and did a kirlian photography we could differentiate their aura. DNA emits light. DNA are the instructions and data for the biological organism to come into existence. #Beings of light ...... note that awareness illuminates, just like light. We experience reality inside our energy bubble, aura/ field of consciousness.

@Joseph MaynorContemplate that quote. The body is not the mind. The brain is the grounding platform for the mind, for the personality. Mind is the software. Body is the biological hardware. Body= 3 dimensions Mind= 4 dimensions (duality, past-future,good-bad...) The ego(self) is a story line of a character on a timeline of the mind (4th dimension). Linear time is an illusion because everything is happening is the now moment and that's the only moment is existence. I am born and reborn from moment to moment to moment, millions of times per second. You are not the body, you are not the mask (personality) you're wearing.

@egoless Lucid dreams is reffered to when you realize you are in a dream (you become awakened in the dream)while you were already dreaming. Astral projection is consciously leaving the physical body.

@pluto No I didn't, sounds interesting. I don't normally watch movies but sometimes I do. Especially when there is some hidden meaning behind the movie. I like the movie Jupiter Ascending in which I decoded the message, that we'are souls experiencing a temporary body-mind. There are probably more messages in that movie but that was the main one for me.

@Thomas Razzeto That Picture reminded me of the Picture true, true, Truth. Yea, probably not but intuition is in my opinion closer to oneness than logic nevertheless. Intuition is a communication mechanism from the higher self (that is abiding in oneness). However it's possible that it also points to awareness, the Picture points to the sun. Light is revelating and awareness is also revelating. So light=awareness and we are childs of light? Hmmm. Yes I agree. But I would like to add a point to that. From my point of view and experience essences can vary. Every essence is oneness but we are not all the essences. We embody essences separatelly. This in my opinion are examples of different essences: I have just cropped a column from a Picture on this post. BTW: watch the movie Jupiter Ascending. If you read between the lines it's obvious what the subliminal message was in that movie, we are souls experiencing a temporary body-mind. A few new downloads: We are children of light. Light is revelating. Awareness is revelating. Nothingness -> Awareness -> Consciousness -> Matter ->Universal mind ->Personal mind We are self-aware field of consciousness.

A lot of people say it's the same, But I think there is some difference and I'm not totally sure what it is. If someone has a good answer, post a reply. What is the difference between being awareness and being consciousness? Some pictures that are in my opinion correlated to awareness and conscioussness and some of my current thoughts. Awareness - flat screen on which everything is being projected on. When someone experiencess samadhi, one merges with this screen and is being it. If you are the screen then switching perspectives is more conductive -> resistance drops. Consciousness - related to the vibrational frequency of being.

@Bufo Alvarius Yes. There is no one to have control. Control is based on time. When the ego thinks it has more power then the laws of nature. Like for example: "I Will write an entire book in 12 hours, without taking a break, I swear that I Will write this book." Then reality strikes and you have to go to the toilet. However, one can respond in the now moment (the only moment in existence is now) . Respond = ability to respond. Yes. One can be a Devine creator. Because one is not identified with the mind or body complex, one can use these as tools and not be their tools (by unconscious identification with those systems). Synchronization with the Devine bliss is accelerated and established when the Devine creator is embeded in the 3D human vessel. Mind and heart is synchronized. The two brain hemisferes can function as one. If one is simply observing, one is stuck in the observer ego trap. One can fall into this trap if one does mindfullness meditation for a lot of time and can stay stuck in it forever. I mentioned this in this topic.

@Serotoninluv If this knowledge would come to the mainstream society a radical shift in consciousness would happen and so people that have a lot of power and money supress these new research evidences. Truth Will eventually come out. Spiritual masters have told us for 1000 of years that the mind= duality, heart=oneness. Of course. But the same is true for the people who reject science. Watch this documentary. It was deleted from YouTube a lot of times btw. Also Watch this video from Dan Winter that I made a thread about today. BTW: you can try this yourself.

@Cesar Alba I have seen a ghost, extraterrestrial light ships (also made telephatic contact with ET's), seen light orbs (some say these are manifestations of angels), energy beings (different light colors). So yes, of course.
