  1. @MM1988 Sounds like, you are scratching the surface, remaining on the beta brainwave level. So, I recommend you check my playlist on brainwaves and start meditating using headphones with alfa/theta/delta brainwave entrainment.
  2. @egoless If the brain generated consciousness then we can't explain paranormal events, near death experiences (when the brain completely shuts down), past life memories, astral projection, remote viewing and other transpersonal experiences. So we have no other choice, then leaving that paradigm that brain creates consciousness. Also, as I already told, I have a personal experience with me seeing a ghost(light being). If the brain created consciousness, the ghost would not be there.
  3. @egoless @snowleopard @Nahm @Shin @Leo Gura So, if energy cannot be created or destroyed, that means that consciousness existed prior to the materialization of the brain. Simple as that. The materialized is manifested from the unmanifested. Energy is not materialized but we know that it is there. Phenomena and appearances are not reality and studying the appearances Will not get us closer to reality. This does not mean studying phenomena is not useful. Studying phenoma is important so that we can better understand the principles that govern the universe. We are subject to those governing principles, so understanding what those principles are is very important in the sense that we can better align the energy flow. Certain phenomena is a result of certain actions. Phenomena is outside our control, only action/response is in our control. So, when we know how phenomena is being affected by our response we can choose different actions. However, there is an ingrained self-aligning mechanism embedded in the universe and we can rise to higher levels of consciousness, by noticing how a certain action feels like. Feeling doesn't require rational understanding. Thinking is not feeling. The danger of identifying with the body is that we identify with a certain stimulation of the senses, and what we actually are is beyond the senses. This keeps us a slave to the senses. When we are identified with the stimulus, we are acting like animals. (Watched only half of the video on brain don't exist, so I can't give a complete commentary on that video yet).
  4. @egoless No. Realization is non-symbolic, non-perceptible, non-conceptual, non-idealistic, not a vision, not a sensation, not an insight, no content. True reality is accessed only trough being. Being in the now. It doesn't matter what questions you ask. It doesn't matter if you even ask a question. You can ask yourself whatever question you want, you can say whatever you want, but ultimately these are sounds with no intrinsic meaning associated to them. You give them meaning.
  5. Light (DNA emits light, scientifically proven in the 1950). Light is the blueprint of the physical organism. So when the physical organism experiences damage, the light is not lost. When you meditate, you are downloading higher electromagnetic light frequencies into your body.
  6. @Afonso Yes, it's a kundalini awakening symptom. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/kundalini-temperatures.html#.WkKDj6aWxoI https://www.aypsite.org/69.html
  7. When the masses will be informed about the ET disclosure project and when ETs Will start interacting with earth civilization on a mass scale. This Will be the biggest shift of all. From my perspective, it's very important to know about and to share this type of information. This goes beyond oneself and beyond self-agenda. Effective does not mean you Will be better able to serve your self-agenda. And of course, this can be another ego distraction if your personal life starts to shrink, but if it does not, then it's cool to learn about this because we can better understand the big Picture. https://www.youtube.com/user/WeAreBeingVisited/videos?disable_polymer=1
  8. @Pallero @Jhonny The answer is yes. Did a Google search (meditation and intelligence) and found this: https://www.inc.com/melanie-curtin/want-to-raise-your-iq-by-23-percent-neuroscience-says-to-take-up-this-simple-hab.html https://www.thebestbrainpossible.com/how-to-increase-your-intelligence-in-just-20-minutes-a-day/ https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/16/eight-meditation-brain-benefits_n_3903855.html https://eocinstitute.org/meditation/increase-your-intelligence-with-meditation/
  9. @Leightonm Collectivelly speaking, we need to purge that which does not serve us anymore out of our systems so the new energy can enter our system. In the time period we are being in right now, we are experiencing a lot of negative stuff coming to the surface because all of the hidden patterns are becoming apparent. We need to hurry up to experience all of the limitation there is, so then we become ready to accept the new energy. All of these hidden agendas of the government and personal limiting beliefs are coming to the surface because the earth entered the photon belt in the galaxy (and much more and BTW photons influence DNA) a few years ago. That's just my perspective.
  10. @Samuel Garcia Being more conscious expands the experience of life, you experience more. Being unconscious limits the experiences you experience, you experience less. Being more conscious feels better. Being unconscious feels bad. Check this post: When you are fully aware, the mind gets quiet and you are perceptive to the messages from your higher self. When you are perceptive and in the here/now, you allow the devine orchestrating mechanism to orchestrate your body. So then you are able to be at the right place, at the right time, with the right people, doing the right things in the right order.
  11. @RawJudah Block their telephone numbers and don't look back. You Will never regret it. NEVER! There is a spiral that goes down, and one that goes up. Stagnation is a myth. If you are hanging out with friends that are not improving their life in any way, and they are promoting and projecting this paradigm of thinking onto you, you Will go down with them. If you are allowing their thoughts to influence yours, then you are supporting and promoting these mental patterns. Don't be a thief of beliefs, if you truly believe that what they're doing is not good, stand up for that. Know where your responsibility starts and where it ends. You have to assert your personal boundaries. You assert your boundaries with the Word NO. You don't need to be courageous all the time, you just need to gather courage for a few seconds to say the Word NO.
  12. @zenjen Sure, but that just confuses the inexperienced student. If you tell this to people who are just starting, they Will not take it seriously and commit. We need to set proper expectations, and we set expectations by symbolic expression. Nobody is doing anything. Nobody is reading anything. Nobody is writing anything. Nobody is perceiving anything. Nobody is achieving anything. Nobody is going anywhere. Nobody is trying anything. Nobody has an interest in anything. Nobody is sees anything. Nobody has heard anything. Nobody is lying. Nobody is telling the truth. Nobody is defending a position. Nobody is influencing anybody. Nobody exists. Nobody doesn't exist. Nobody is outside. I can tell all this and more, but It's not practical. Most people accept these just as beliefs without any personal experience to confirm it. We are not beliefs.
  13. @Sahil Pandit Interesting. Thank you for sharing. You might be interested in checking this post:
  14. @Angelo John Gage The non-physical aspect of you is making decisions. All that is in the universe is making decisions trough your body/mind. When you identify with the mind it's like ... a thought arises, then you follow the thought and if identified with ego an assumption forms that you are doing something. That you that you identify with is just another thought. BTW check this thread:
  15. @Nexeternity How would you describe the feelings and emotions during the trip? Were you more aware of body sensations? How was the energy different? More sensitive to what?
  16. @molosku Watched the video of his Q&A and he said 432Hz has no basis in reality. That's ridiculous. Will watch the other video later. Have you watched the documentaries Sonic Geometry 1 & 2?
  17. @jjer94 Notice how the inner critic arises from nothing. It is not always there. After the critic appears, tell him to shut up. Use your authentic voice. It Works for me.
  18. @Ilya You don't want to base your life on high hights because those are not natural releases of dopamine and after those there are usually low lows. When you play video games you stimulate the brain to release happy chemicals, and then those happy chemicals bond you to the video games. You don't want to base your happiness on outside stimuli. Internal happiness is much more powerful and sustainable, you can always rely on the inside world. Also, if you overstimulate the production of dopamine with modern technology, then you Will open more dopamine gates than normal. This Will result in withdrawal symptoms and you Will need more and more stimuli to satisfy the urge for dopamine, resulting in addiction. Not good. The opened gates Will become dormant for a few months and can be activated again with just one use, so you need some time to pass, for the gates to close completely. After a year of consistency with the basics everything should be good and you Will not feel lack anymore. You feel lack because you overstimulated the production of dopamine in the past. When you over stimulate yourself, you lose sensitivity to life.
  19. @Ilya Your body has a need to release happy chemicals. Modern society makes everything so easy, that you don't have to try hard to release those chemicals. So you lose the ability to release those chemicals and start to depend on external stimuli for the high. Start going to the gym, exercise and you Will not feel as much of a lack anymore. Find your favorite way of releasing your happy chemicals. I like intense physical exercise - lifting weights, hiking and walking for hours, playing football. Long term surrender is easier when you learn to stabilize your mood.
  20. @mikeyy During the time you haven't been meditating, you accumulated some energies in the muscle tissue and now it is being released. The old energy needs to leave first, before the new energy can enter the body. This is a sign you are doing great. When muscles relax, certain thoughts and emotions Will activate and you tend to identify with those thoughts. The thoughts presented are there just for you to identify with them, so you can maintain a certain feeling state. Most of the time if you identify with the arising phenomena of the senses, it's destructive, counter productive, slows down the process and that's because most people have a lot of limiting beliefs, limiting roles and default positions, doubts, negative suppressed emotions...
  21. @Ether It is magical and fascinating, a deep inner fulfillment regardless of the circumstances or temporary states. I feel better when I am consistently hitting the gym and happy chemicals get released, also when I eat raw food and drink fresh juices. Building a massive inspiring vision for your life, while taking actions that bring you closer to it Will also make you happier. Focus on the basics and Fundamentals. Just keep consistently practicing and you Will get there. You might experience some spiritual plateau, but you Will overcome it, if you are consistent with practicing and experiment with different approaches. Stay mindful trough the whole day and keep expanding the inner silence that is present between thoughts, keep noticing how the body does things without you thinking anything and also meditate with alfa/theta/delta brainwaves a couple of times per week. You have a lot of meditation material in the playlists I shared in my second guide.
