  1. I was doing self inquiry meditation today. And after 60 minutes or so, my focus increased a lot, a strong resistance I felt, I still continued. And after that, suddenly a dark dark, extreme dark black color appeared (my eyes were closed) and for some moments I felt a perfect bliss, a complete happiness. During that time, actually, thoughts were coming and going, I was able to observe them but I was clearly not attached to it. That experience was something like perfect, complete peace and beyond understanding. I tried exploring that state and then the bliss went away. I just wanted to know, if anyone has felt this way and what's the meaning of this.
  2. I used to do breathing meditation earlier and recently started doing self inquiry meditation. When I was doing breathing meditation, usually after a certain significant amount of time, i was able to fixate my focus on my the entire awareness but with self-inquiry this happens very soon. Just within few questions, awareness starts building. One of the key thing in self inquiry is not to look for answers but instead keep focussing on our direct experience, I think you may be looking for answers.
  3. @Huz88 I sit on bed but will start sitting on floor soon. Planning to slowly increase my duration of sittings from 1 hour to 90 minutes.
  4. Hi, I have noticed few things. I am doing 1 hour strong determination sittings daily for last 3 months and over weekends I do four 1 hour strong determination sittings combined with self-inquiry. After few sittings, when I look my computer monitor or check my emails or simply look at my phone, the same usual screens, colors, pictures, text, graphics look more detailed, clear, crisp and beautiful. Has anyone observed this too?
  5. One of Leo's video addresses this issue, he says, "In order to break out of matrix, you first need to understand this matrix well". That's very true, most important if you are physically healthy, more or less fulfilled in other essential components of life that you think important for you like relationship, career, etc. then, I think, that will definitely help you in your enlightenment work.   6. I watched Leo's video on this topic 3 months back, and since then I have been doing strong determination sitting for 1 hour daily. Some weekends, I do 8 hour strong determination sittings too, 1 hour each sitting. Oh Man, it altogether puts me into a different world, feeling after 2 or 3 sittings, I just can't express in words. I cry many times with happiness and calmness engulfing my whole body after 2-3 sessions are over. This is just awesome.
