100% responsibility for one's own life and emotional intelligence. We are conditioned to blame each other for our problems and make our emotions contingent on the actions of others. -
It's all coming together. Any moment the whole journey, the whole dream, will just disappear! That's the funny thing, I don't know why it's so funny, but it's just like damn this was all for nothing lol.

Just wanted to share really quick. As I was meditating, there was a getting closer to something funny. Which was the reality that whatever I thought would get me enlightenment was wrong no matter what. It got more and more silly the closer I got to it, the reality that nothing will get me enlightened. It's all a joke, the work, the meditation, the thinking I'll get enlightened. It really isn't at all what I think it is. Okay that's all for my random sharing.

@Leo Gura I disagree. Oh no it's not a problem at all, this isn't an extra obstacle I'm trying to solve, only my direct experience, which is the only thing I am trusting ?. -

@Leo Gura the paradox I was pointing to is how one cannot be aware of anything because that one is made of awareness as well. I don't trust omniscience, or at least the wording as it is nowadays, more of a semantic preference. As people can be mislead by that word to think they will literally know everything, as in hold everything as knowledge. The word knowing has a lot of baggage on it, I assume the word know back then really meant to hold in direct experience, nowadays it's commonly accepted as knowledge if that makes sense. I prefer not to use those words as they are easy to misunderstand. Also, there is consciousness, there is awareness, but as it is everything, then no one can actually be conscious or aware. "Being conscious" is a good pointer for someone starting off, but eventually the separate self will latch on and create the "observer trap". @Adamq8 reality is made of infinite intelligence, but it is important to not limit this intelligence to the thinking mind. -

@PurpleTree when you spontaneously have a moment of clarity after a dark night of the soul ?. @BipolarGrowth I don't even know what an idea is anymore, what if I'm believing that it's possible to believe something? ? @mandyjw hehe, I only sat on the cushion for like 5 mins and after recognizing this was like "I'm not feeling it I'm gonna meditate later". Aversion is sneaky like that . -

@Karl-Heinz Mueller your stomach tells you when you're hungry, the thought that you need food is secondary. -

Appreciated reading your analysis ?. I'm not for or against Leo and his teaching, just to put that clear. But it seems to me like you may be abandoning a belief system, only to fill it with another one. If you're gonna drop this actualized.org stuff, then drop everything else, or at least be aware of it. But good luck to you buddy ❤. -
I'm not sure if this has been made before, but I think it would be super helpful to create a source of healthy, tasty recipes. Feel free to add anything that's healthy and works for you!

@Vincent S I'm touched ?. And thanks for contributing to the thread!

@Michael569 I figured lol. Well doesn't matter if it turns dusty and people forget about it, as long as one person derives value from it.

@Sempiternity has a legit opinion and you guys are being defensive over Leo which is weird to be honest.

There was a glimpse of pure feeling. This body's just a bunch of nerves, well not really, but pure feeling is beautiful. Like there's no one here just feeling for feelings sake. Everything is made of awareness, thoughts are made of awareness, so no one can actually be aware of anything. Meditation is happening each morning. Seeing that nirvana and samsara are the same and it is all the truth flowing. Life is the point, and is always bringing the possibility of waking up to remembering that. When you flow with the stream it's all perfect, the sex, the money, the living of life, the success. When you believe you aren't then existential rumination begins, what's the purpose of blah blah blah? Why am I doing this? No! Stay in the flow, or rather let go of beliefs of being or not being in the flow. Thoughts nature is seen, and it is clear that operating primarily out of thought guarantees war and violence, as thought MUST be divisive. The divisiveness of thought is perfect, and extremely useful, to have fun conversation, to form preferences, to share the message.

@Thought Art oh okay cool, feel free to share a report here if it works for you.

@Kalki Avatar hell yeah. Standing up makes it feel more engaging. It's like trying to build a house while sitting down, who even came up with this shit? Like this idea that we should sit for hours upon hours sitting down lol. And yep, I invested in an adjustable desk to switch between sitting and standing.
-
Work standing up! Give it a shot. For years I worked sitting down and was always tired, but I find when I work standing up I'm able to focus and be productive, so much that my thoughts even flow smoother. This may be a great strategy for kinesthetic learners. Stand up, get the blood flowing!

Still enjoying life! Ill be releasing more trash over here later! Right now im occupied, and it feels great!

@Username how'd it go? Did you try it? I'm gonna do a lot of work today that involves memory so I took some with cacao and l theanine. I find it's stimulating and quite powerful (200 mcg), yet it's not addictive at all. Last time I took it was the day I posted this thread. ?

A big sign of cult behavior is constantly defending the person and going to great lengths to do so. Throw all those separate selves away. -
Sometimes us spiritual friends can develop a fear of being swallowed up by the "Boring World" or Maya. Ever notice the zap of life? Sometimes maya itself zaps you, sometimes during a perceived difficult situation you may become more mindful than you've ever been. A big revelation that unveiled itself is that there was a separate self trying to create space between itself and Maya, and there was a massive fear of being swallowed up by the world. But every moment is nirvana! Every moment IS trying to wake you up in a way. This is why the flow state feels so good, the separate self and the trying to defend itself from maya isn't present.

The purpose of visualization is the feeling that is aroused from the vision. So what you're really looking for is to feel the passion/Joy. There are several activities that help put you in that feeling. Visualization is just one of them. -
It's real! It's really real! Turns out with attention to the breath it's like a ratio. The more one focuses on the breath and deepens the satisfaction in each "flavor" of the feeling of it, the quieter thoughts become. And the opposite, the more one focuses on thoughts, the more shallow and "desperate" the breath feels. Feels like after years of pumping the well, waters finally come out ?.

Today was nice, worked hard, didn't feel depressed. I notice when I work hard and efficiently, I don't suffer, in fact I feel good! ? I worked a 14 hour shift today, and it feels good surprisingly! Okay I'm gonna go to sleep. All the love to you ❤?.
