  1. @BipolarGrowth the kundalini energy is essentially the force that brings one back to realizing that this organism is wiser than you. Essentially, seeing that this apparent physical reality is actually the truth and ancient eternal wisdom, and out of this truth thought springs forth, thought itself is actually very real (it is truth) as-in the energy. Yet, the content you can say, is always a mirage. A beautiful one at that.
  2. @Gabith god/infinity is always the case and is not something realized (realized as in held as knowledge). Death doesn't happen either, but you must've heard this a million times from all the different teachers.
  3. @Terell Kirby you know what's up ?.
  4. @gettoefl when you ask "who reacts?" You are creating the "who" right there and looking for it, chasing your own tail. @Carl-Richard I slap you in the face, you literally believe that you gotta react somehow, either hitting me or attacking. The physiological response is not a reaction, as the physiological response is simultaneously arising when the stimulus occurs, in fact there isn't even a difference. The psychological reaction is a belief, therefore a waste of time and energy. @PepperBlossoms don't twist yourself in knots.
  5. @Inliytened1 no worries, you didn't ?.
  6. @Raptorsin7 what If all those single people in Korea and Japan are single because they all believe that people are more and more becoming single in the world and falling into victim mentality? Ironically creating the problem they are imagining because they refuse to take responsibility for how they feel. It's like if we all individually have false beliefs about women and say "wow, single men are on the rise! It's probably not my fault! The system is broken!".
  7. @Muhammad Jawad I don't know the answer to that question honestly and I personally wouldn't entertain it, but by all means seek the answer if you want.
  8. It works differently for everyone, in my experience less pressure is where its at. Take the pressure off, I personally meditate at least 20 mins a day, less pressure to have to meditate for longer or go crazy, just 20 mins. Then, in this freedom I actually end up meditating more often in the day. When it comes to effectiveness, meditation is more of a quality over quantity thing.
  9. @Nahm I see what you're pointing to. Car keys analogy right on point ?. But it's not something you can figure out, it's just spontaneous.
  10. @Fountainbleu you know what happened to you man come on ?. Good stuff. I went through the same thing a couple years back, it can be very intense. You'll get used to it. The fear/overwhelment reaction is just you defending yourself, relax, you are everyone and so what? Take deep breaths. Take it easy on yourself.
  11. @Nahm when you say realized I suspect you mean the thing that can't actually be spoken of, in that case sure no problem. I only smack down any possibility of realization being a thing because most people will mentally masturbate and call that realization.
  12. Stop giving it power by no longer judging it. You feed the addiction by partaking in it or making a battle out of letting it go. Not undermining your situation bro, I totally get it.
  13. @OneHandClap agree totally and same: I had a similar compulsion to force people to adopt my special spiritual views.
  14. ? Enlightenment blossoms uniquely for each person, some preach (kinda) and actually may be enlightened, others may say there's no enlightenment blah blah blah . So it really goes both ways. But I gotta say, when the eyes open all thats there is this, and there's no real need to tell the masses unless it's for power or you just don't care lol. Culture is a mass cult, and "crazy" is a defense mechanism word used to immediately throw someone in the garbage, so there's the closest thing to an answer right there.
  15. Take a second just a few seconds. "I can do this!" Muster up the strength to repeat this, slowly shift the narrative. Notice how your emotional state shifts, your body may even begin to feel lighter no joke. Then increase the momentum and add more inspirational thoughts. Not undermining your traumatic experiences, but I guarantee you that you can shift your emotional state immediately. This is hard to believe from the point you're at, I get it. Vent, journal, meditate.
  16. @Nahm comedic gold, how did this fly over people's heads?
  17. @Breakingthewall no worries you didn't say anything mean I understand. I'm only saying in this thread that the quest for ego death is just a game you're playing. You talk talk talk, then take a psychedelic and stay quiet, then you tell your friends about it and it becomes "my experience". It's just a game you're playing. And I'm not saying I'm better or that I understand anything at all. Be careful not to take anything I say personally, i really am not intending to attack you or anyone, I'm just being honest with you, and you of course are culture/society.
  18. @Breakingthewall sorry bud, all I can say is nonsense.
  19. @Breakingthewall you are only fueling their conditionings and joining them in their self flagellation and masochistic practices which they call "spiritual". You want to talk of how frightening and scary infinity is because you feed on it lol and you don't want to admit it. You also want someone to tell you all the hard work you gotta do and the years it's gonna take because that means you will still be there doing all your hard work. Kinda like an unhealthy guy saying yea I got years to improve myself, eventually I'll be fit. I will not entertain any of that bs, mind you there are legitimate teachers who will play along with this game and that's fine, that's their method of destroying you. I'm not trying to show how smart I am, fucking hilarious dude, I'm trying to convey actually that this is not something that can ever be known, you're probably smarter than me for all I know. The OP is going through a tough time and rather than piling more conditions and beliefs about God, infinity, and all that other nonsense I will be straightforward and say nope nothing is there and will be there, no Self, nothing. If you want help through tough times build meaningful relationships, see a psychologist, have a support network, live life as you are now, vent, journal, etc.
  20. @Breakingthewall it is an idea/belief sorry bro but that's what it is. They are beliefs which you are currently defending, the "Absolute" is beyond all experiences, it's so simple really that people will not under any circumstances accept this. Its like the character in the story accepting that he's literally just a word. And it is not scary at all, I don't know why people on this forum always frame infinity/God as terrifying, that's only the case when you are there to defend yourself. What I'm saying here is futile and will most likely be ignored, as it doesn't gratify you at all, in fact it smacks away all the illusions which is not what you want.
  21. @Muhammad Jawad I see what you're saying and I totally get it. But I deny this as well because of this dangerous possibility: -if you think that the ego mind/body will die, what you'll do is split yourself into the Self and the ego mind/body. So I rather be blunt and say that there is only death, and after nothing else is left. I can entertain your ego too and tell you all about infinity/love and guide you like guiding a moth to a flame, but thats not my style honestly. Good ?!
  22. @Muhammad Jawad I'm not sure lol. Death is Death that's it, once death occurs there's nothing left. In meditation, pay attention to the body sensations, that is your anchor. Feel all the muscles, emotions, the breath. The mind will grow more and more silent, as it quiets the "real world" becomes louder than the thought stories, until it completely takes over. Eventually you'll see that you can't watch anything, rather Be-ing is so powerful that it is all there is and out of that arises the gift of thinking that you are there watching.
