It’s judgement based on a belief that others should hold the same values as you. The discomfort comes from the knowing that the belief isn’t warranted. Use these moments to reflect on the fact that others were simply not subjected to the same values as you, that they actually don’t know any better because they can only do what they were conditioned to do. If they feel fully accepted by you instead of judged, the feeling of acceptance opens them up. In this openness, they may feel better in life and eventually come to their own conclusions about how to live it rather than relying on their conditioning. This can only occur if they feel like they are deserving of acceptance, and they can only feel deserving of acceptance by being accepted. Keep in mind that your resistance to their conditioning will actually have the opposite effect and make them feel like they need to cling even more to it. Loving you -
There is no personal self which efforts, yet the entirety of Existence is made of Heaven. It’s whole and free, infinitely in all directions. It’s full with no need to read the instructions. Flavor occurs spontaneously in the mouth, hovering in Emptiness with no effort to be found. Aroma of the flower is untouched by desire and the sunshine is so fine that they all are inspired. The seeing of trees occurs where the trees are and they’re kissing this blue gem shifting with the stars. With a wide eyed awakeness of infinte bliss existing, there’s no thing beyond the whole thing that could possibly be missing. We stand on the ground of being with no known of how we can. It’s magic made of nothing, appearing as a man. He’s peering out of void into his whole Being with no separate ears here to hear it all singing. The sound that the Infinite gives to All is unbound in the embodied Body Now but we can’t know how. This is God, this is Love, but it misses the call by the simple naming of. So the Subject goes seeking for Love within the Object, lost in the Cosmos in thoughts of what It’s made of. Let it all go, or at least begin to, and find trust that this Godness must continue.

It seems to be an important distinction that something which is nonexistent can not want something. This means that the feeling of wanting must be real because non-existent things do not exist, but the feeling of wanting is not the “wanting” and so the ego must simply be illusiory/misinterpretation. Huh. This one hit home, thank you! So the ego didn’t see it, the ego is just confusion, because the ego can’t see. Confusion can’t because it’s not -

@charlie cho there are no “people” though. It’s literally one being self-perfecting. There are no separate “good” people and “bad” people. It’s energy balancing, misinterpretations dissolving themselves. There is no “good person” to “punish” and no “evil person” to be “doing” “punishing”. -

Absolutely I would not want this power. Hitler etc are actually the symptoms, not the problem, and their existence is the release/justice of the problem itself. Edit: This is true on all levels related to “evil”. For instance, the recent Brian Laundrie case: The acts of violence were the release of the collective painbody. The acts themselves were the justice. From an Absolute viewpoint, this should be the end of it, but society doesn’t quite understand that yet, so of course with him gone we would want to try to charge the parents with something. Any loving parent would help their child in hard times, but because we don’t understand that collectively, we scramble to find someone to blame other than the collective. -

@Leo Gura Existential aloneness is naturally sugarcoated if you don’t conceptualize it to be equivalent to infinite loneliness...that’s like coating it in burning gasoline and infinite teardrops. Edit: want to add that this work does not need to be difficult emotionally. Truth is Love and any nihilistic viewpoints of Truth are an incorrect recontextualization of said Truth. -
aetheroar replied to Aaron p's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Solipsism is mistakenly viewed as meaning that you as an individual are the only thing that exists. It’s a conceptual extrapolation of what “you” believe “you” are. You are not an individual viewing the infinite from a finite point, “you” are the infinite being viewed from all the finite points at once. There is only You, correct. This doesn’t mean that all else is nonexistent. It means You are all the “else”. -
Everything apparently occuring is the unknowably complex essence of Reality infinitely perfecting Itself. This is the essence of Existence, of God itself, unfolding as It seems to become, but with infinite completion in all stages of manifestation and with all available potentiality manifested, All is seen as simply Being. Becoming is a belief in cause and effect, that in the next moment one “thing” may become more of itself due to outside forces, but it’s infinitely Being Itself already and there is no force beyond Itself. In each moment arrives a new reflection automatically deepening awareness of perfection of Self as Divinity, that is God remembering Itself as God. The All-being is infinitely complex, was never born and never can be lost to death. It is The Family, The Lover, The Muse, The Home, The Mind, The Body, The Sensational Dance of Unity...It is Life Itself, and It is not different from You.

The apparent separation between “ignorance” and “the way” is the bread and butter of existence as a whole...it is not specific to “Actualized.org” or “spiritual groups” or “Leo” but is intrinsic to literally anything inside of the matrix based on the simple fact that the matrix is built entirely of this apparent separation. We are here on this site in the matrix of ignorance inside of the Absolute Reality and ANYTHING you use words to describe exists inside of the matrix. With knowledge of this, can you see how this site is existing in Absolute Perfection and does its job flawlessly like everything else? Yes, it’s all narrative because it’s literally narrative by virtue of being words. Your doing here is just as much narrative as everyone elses doing, and the fact that there is doing here means that there are steps being actively taken to build a strong foundation to peacefully exist upon. Loving you <3 -

There is no consciousness. There’s no one conscious. There’s not two, it’s One. What the experiencer is equates to nothingness. What they experience equates to nothingness. The ground of being is nothingness. Out of this arises what appears as somethingness, but it’s also nothingness appearing as somethingness. The entirety of the Universe is happening in a completely unified field. Reality is not being projected individually, It exists infinitely and is fully aware of itself. How does the idea of infinite nothingness know itself to be infinite nothingness? By appearing to end at infinite everythingness. There are no two consciousnesses, only infinite apparently-finite brains inside of infinite consciousness perceiving itself as itself. The unified field of consciousness exists without your human form, it does NOT rely on the human brain to exist...the human brain is not creating this, it’s always a singularity appearing in finite reflections. Two consciousness’ appear to exist, but it’s only One. -

It feels like a good starting point, and could certainly have a powerful effect in most circumstances, but forgiveness lies on the assumption that something was done “wrong” to begin with. Maybe: “I authentically love and accept you” and “your love and acceptance is authentically received and reflected” could be more thorough to close the gap? And if those sentences don’t feel good to one or both of the sides, a conversation about why could occur <3 -

@michaelcycle00 if predictions are based in knowledge/words/science/etc they are only holding up their apparent existence ...predicting that “things” are comparable to “other things” is flawed by design because there are no “things”. You can tell that the ideas within predictable comparisons are unreal by investigating the reality of the definitions of which “things” are being compared <3 We don’t even know how to really explain what a finger is — there’s nothing explainable because there’s no-thing to explain. Reality does explain itself perfectly though -
Hello beautiful beings. Firstly, love you all very much. <3 The form here this morning sits in utter peace. Last night through a series of intuitive meditations, a pointer arrived. As it was poured out of the nothingness into the space, the head disappeared...then the body went as a whole. An explanation to the path followed is below: -Enjoyed a beautiful bowl of Gorilla Glue #4 cannabis. -Do nothing meditation to still the body -Used Alice Phoebe Lou’s album Glow (favorite female vocalist) as meditation object. This was the first time I’ve used music as the object of meditation. A few eargasms occured but mostly just deep presence with the sound, not quite merged but close. -Vipassana body scan and build a 3D light body in the emptiness behind the eyes. -Now the void had dimension to it, the light body seemed to collapse into that infinite space, and when I opened the eyes, the following pointer was spoken: -“Try to describe reality to myself using words BUT position a higher willpower on only speaking Truth” -the brain knows without doubt that no Truth can be spoken, but the feeling of trying really hard to do this was maintained. The brain stumbled over everything in the visual field, eventually looking at the hands and laughing hysterically about the fact that I’ve literally no clue wtf this is. -Then the pointer occured: “watch reality describe itself” and the moment this was spoken the head vanished. Suddenly there was the recognition that I’ve never directly experienced the head or face, I’d naturally have no clue there was even a brain. The actual direct experience or the head, face, mouth, breath, and body were seen to be a completely arbitrary set of sensations that absolutely don’t add up to what I believe I look like. Looked in the mirror and saw that what was seen in the reflection is 0% of what is directly felt in the body. -Ate food, “flavor” just appears out of emptiness. -Noted: “How could I possibly do this with my hands? *wiggles fingers* I only experience the doings, I only know knowledge by concepts. The body is fully automatic and i have no direct experience of a face or head” — Upon waking this morning and still to this moment, there’s no direct experience of a head. The visual field is fully seen without a seer. Time ceases to exist immediately unless speaking or typing. 100% of the information about what is seen is available just on the surface of the appearance The headlessness has happened once before, but it lasted only a couple minutes. This seems very stable and I’ll be repeating the same meditation path later today. Currently just melting into the field as the field. If this helps anyone, awesome. Curious to those who have gotten to this point if there’s any pointers you can share that may help stabilize the realization. -Love

@BipolarGrowth thanks for this! The last couple days have been interesting, realizing that there’s no direct experience of a head/brain has shifted the viewpoint drastically. Quite lovely sinking into this realization! Frank Yang has great videos, haven’t seen this one yet, will check it out, thank you I’ve no conceptual understanding of what the purpose of vipassana body scanning actually does, which is probably good. It feels to me like recognizing that what you feel is all of reality, that none of those sensations are actually scary or unsafe, etc...as in: “everything has been felt and it appears that it’s all okay, oh and by the way, I don’t exist.” Any pointers for stability of this realization? -
aetheroar replied to Tyler Durden's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Absolutely no part of what someone tells you using words is real. They don’t even know about their walk beyond the conceptual framework they thought of during it. Every description of reality is incomplete because the infinite can not be put into words. The unreal includes: what someone told you they did, what they thought was happening, who they think they were/are, who they think you were/are, who you think they were/are, what you’re reading right now, what you read five seconds ago, etc. ”I went for a walk” captures absolutely 0% of what happened. It’s not even comparable to the thought of the actual occurrence of said walk. The idea of “I went for a walk” is an idea occuring right now, with no basis in direct experience whatsoever. I have never gone anywhere because I am nowhere. What they tell you is neither true nor a lie. The words are really happening, but there’s nothing there... Something appeared to happen, a thought arose, they identified with the thought, spoke something about it because they think they can find more information by replaying the memory. Then they are missing the fact that the information that came from the walk is actually the present moment. They really think they took a walk, OR they are straight up lying because they aren’t ready to recognize Truth. If you are present and take in the essence of what they are saying, you may realize that they don’t even know the distinction between Truth and falsity. If you think they can speak Truth, you are also unaware of that distinction. They are speaking, that is Truth. Beyond that, there’s the essence of what they are trying to share, of which they aren’t even aware of the reason behind. If they were, they would simply sit in loving presence with you. ”I went for a walk today” means “I love you” -

@Leo Gura You are loved unconditionally. Everyone is loved unconditionally. Are you aware that when you ban someone for having a differing viewpoint than you rather than speaking to them like they are you, you are effectively telling them that they are unworthy of God’s love? Claiming God consciousness and Unconditional Love while essentially taping closed someone’s mouth appears to conflict. This does not appear as Godly nor is it Love. Again, you are respected and loved. It may be of benefit to others to reflect that pure Love without conditions, to actually take the time to uphold the teachings you are trying to teach. Patience is all it takes <3 -

The Universe is in absolute totality aware of the details. The details *are* the Universe and are all fully aware by virtue of being what they are. Infinite Love literally is the Universe being fully aware of the complete interconnectedness of itself through each and every detail. -

This brain has complete aphantasia (no sense data for any memory, all memory is concept based, blank mind) and while there is only this perspective to speak on, it has been incredibly helpful in awakening. For instance, once a bird flew by and just the thought “isn’t that cute” gave me a non-dual awakening where the conceptual format of the entire brain shifted permanently. Because the conditioning is concept based in memory, once the memory was seen as conceptual with no real data, it was easy to see through that veil. Had a running verbal dialogue with myself for 30 years and at the moment of this awakening it completely stopped and the mind has been silent since. Here for any specific questions on how this effects awakening/life/etc. Much love <3 -
Why are you love? Firstly, toss out the notion of love being an emotional experience. Love is confirmable directly as your true nature, and an absolute truth can not be limited to the emotional capacity of an individual. Two examples of love: First example: you’re at a restaurant with “the love of your life”. There’s a moment where nothing is being said. In the middle of a crowded and loud restaurant you look into their eyes. Suddenly, time stops and the loudness is suddenly gone. Not surprisingly, you are gone too, completely lost in each others eyes. This is a moment where love is realized. Second example: You see the most beautiful sunset you’ve ever seen. You are alone, no camera to take photos, all you can do is be in awe. You are gone here as well, lost completely in the beauty of the sunset. The theme here is that “you” are “gone”. What has happened in these moments where love is realized is that the mind has ceased objectification. You (the subject) have identified totally with the object of your adoration. This causes one to stop intellectualizing and simply to be in the presence of this perfection. The object is no longer an object because you have surrendered yourself to it. The self sense is usually felt behind the eyes in the darkness of the mind (separated), but in the moment of love, you are living fully in the light in front of the eyes (in the light / enlightened). In all cases of pure love, the mind has fully released because, well, it’s all in the presence and there’s nothing to think about it. Love is the collapse between subject and object. It can not be thought of as an act, because the one who would act is thusly gone. It is your true nature in full surrender. If you look around the room, everything which can be perceived must not be “the perceiver”. That which perceives must be completely empty, subtler than subtle, and thusly imperceivable. That which perceives can not be perceived, for it is empty. That which sees can not be seen, that which hears can not be heard, that which thinks can not be thought, etc, etc. If you allow yourself to see that, logically, there’s no way you could possibly be anything other than nothing, you realize that the emptiness which was thought to separate “you” (the ego) from the object in fact connects all objects within itself. By recognizing your true Self as being that which occupies the space between, it is recognized that what allows the collapse of the subject and object is actually You (the experience without the experiencer). The feeling of love is a byproduct of your actual true self. It is the nature of pure seeing, of pure hearing, of pure being. To occupy fully the space which appears, you are occupying your true nature of love. That which occurs behind the eyes gives the illusion of separation. That which occurs fully in front of them leaves no room for separation…it is completely full and fully complete.

For the journey of the release of this brain, it’s seen something very similar to OP’s psychedelic path, probably close to 200 doses of NN-DMT...brain chemistry makes a HUGE impact on how this happens for sure. I’ve got no minds eye (aphantasia), which means that everything in the brain is conceptual format with no sense data backing it up. This made it simple to recognize the unreality of any conceptual beliefs such as memory and language. It’s been about 10 months on this journey and moment to moment life could be compared to how @Salvijus spoke of it. At this point, NN-DMT does not affect the body. All the insight from the trips has been integrated and it’s all just presence from here on out. How deeply have you done contemplation on emptiness? Have you gathered direct insight on what the human body and all other bodies are made of? Are you aware of why/how you are God beyond the experiences during trips? As in, why does the substance allow this insight? What veils are being removed during the process? Meditate maybe 30 minutes before the trip and meditate out of the trip for a few hours after while doing insight? It’s unlikely that an “I am God” experience will give you anything to take home if you don’t realize fully yet why you aren’t the thoughts. Must be very careful doing this if you aren’t sure you’re ready yet...but try a trip eyes open staring into your eyes in a mirror. This was possibly the greatest leap I made in the path, but if you aren’t ready it can be truly detrimental (very emotional and scary). You are essentially staring into the core of the belief that you are behind the eyes...staring your “self” into submission. I’m here for you if you would like to ask further questions, DM or in this thread. Keep the motivation alive, you can certainly get there <3 sending love Also an important question: what do you want? It seems to almost be overlooked in this work but it’s honestly the question that reveals the most. Each moment ask what would make the moment better. Once you can begin to recognize constantly that nothing could be better, the core of desire begins to dissolve. Contemplating emptiness = recognizing that there’s no thing separate = recognizing that there could be nothing different = recognizing that there are no things at all = the root of desire has been cut. -
Over the past couple years I have been in this work, ramping up strongly around this springtime. The conditioned influence was quite deep, but the Dharma was practically shoving itself down my throat. Over the past 6 months, life has appeared like this: wake up, meditate with morning tea, meditate/insight all day with breaks for food, sleep. Barely any human interaction, just seriously deep in the work. There have been many realizations and the mind has come into complete stillness. About 90% of the day is spent in non-localized awareness with a non-dual relationship to all phenomena. On September 18th, all attachments were cut, awareness/sense of self brought fully in, the body container was released/dissolved, and the pinpoint essence of self vanished. The awareness filled in the space, the meditating mind merged into the emptiness, and from that point forward there has clearly been no self, no separation. What was wanted disappeared with the wanter, yet there remains no God realization. “I” reside nowhere, clearly and obviously. This is not a conceptual understanding but a blatant Truth which is unshakably known at all times. It’s as if “I” was flipped inside out, now the borders of awareness end at the perceivable phenomenon within the environment. But even therein there is no “I” to be found. There has been no teacher with which to consult with during this time. Here’s the dilemma: the mind has gone. Meditation has become totally empty of anything — no meditator, no meditation. How can one who is not merge with God consciousness? How to transcend the environment and become boundless? It’s as if there’s a piece of the puzzle missing. The paradigm is expansive but there seems to be no way to deepen the understanding from here. Is there any further than Self-realization? The jhanas are seemingly inaccessible even with a completely stilled mind. The fourth jhana is the resting place of this mind almost always. Cessation is accessable relatively easily but doesn’t seem to have any effects anymore.

@Nahm Ahh, this might be just what was needed. It seems that the furthering would be brought about by consistent reminding that all things thought are no things real. This is known deeply and the insight usually does take a split second, but the split does seem to be there at times, hence it not being realized... Some half formed ideas of what has been learned so far on this path seem to be what is standing in the way and remaining to be released. Instead of trying to complete the ideas so to understand and then release, perhaps they should just be released. -

@GreenWoods This sounds lovely in conceptual form, but wouldn't it be actually impossible for God to wake up to itself? If God is infinite and singular, it could ONLY know itself from within itself. The singularity can not finitely wake up to itself, as itself is whole and realizing fullness would then fully dissolve itself, yes? Low state of consciousness also doesn't seem to make sense to me either, what about it is low or high?
