  1. Selfish vs Selfless
    Moral Relativity & Karma
What traditional morality is really pointing to is simply this: being God-like/selfless.
There is nothing "wrong" with being selfish, but selfishness is self-defeating and creates suffering for yourself and others. So the more selfish you are the more you will suffer. This is karma. It's just like pissing into the wind. Selflessness is pissing with the wind.
Traditional morality tries to codify selflessness with rules, and this of course is not true selflessness because true selflessness must come from consciousness, not rules, which is why some of the most "moral" people are actually the cause of great suffering. True selflessness cannot be aped, it must come from God-consciousness and a genuine surrender of your self. Traditional morality is an attempt to make people selfless by all possible means except the most important one: raising one's consciousness. This is why moral people are usually devils in practice.
The paradox of morality is that to be truly moral you have to realize that nothing is bad or wrong, since everything is relative. This is the discovery of Love.
It is not wrong to be an asshole. But being an asshole has consequences (karma). Which is why the wise strive to not be assholes in the same manner as they avoid sticking their tongue in electrical sockets.

  2. [Course/Program] Integral Life Practice Kit - Ken Wilber, Integral
[Course/Program] Integral Life Practice Kit - Ken Wilber, Integral
For those of you who are interested in Ken Wilber's Integral Theory - most of his books/body of work is highly theoretical and descriptive. This program is supposed to offer a practical component to his integral theory.
It was originally released in 2006 (5 DVDs, 2 CDs, 3 booklets) but is available online (details below).
In 2008 they turned the program into book format with: Integral Life Practice: A 21st-Century Blueprint for Physical Health, Emotional Balance, Mental Clarity, and Spiritual Awakening
Here is an excerpt from the book that also applies to the Integral Life Practice Kit:
There are 4 main components/modules to the program:
The Body Module - which has 3 components - gross body (developed through physical exercise), subtle body (developed through "energetic" exercise - yoga/breath work, etc) and causal body (developed through awareness/meditation practices) The Spirit Module - the spiritual/consciousness work component The Mind Module - the practice of increasing the capacity to take more nuanced, complex, and accurate perspectives and organizing them through the AQAL Integral Framework - you could call it the cognitive/mental component The Shadow Module - psychotherapy, shadow work, and practices that address emotional mastery. Now these aren't techniques or practices, they could be described more like actionable areas of human growth and development. They teach that there are many different practices/techniques/stuff that you can do that address one or more of these four large areas (I will attach a picture where you can see some examples), but they claim that each of these four main areas have to be worked at in order for individuals to develop integrally.

I cannot offer a rating yet as I'm still in the middle of integrating the modules myself, but I find the whole concept very interesting and intuitive.
The course itself can be accessed on the internet by following this link I found on Google while looking up details regarding the course: https://s3.amazonaws.com/integral-life-landing-pages/ILPpromo/ILPpromo_download.html
I am not sure why or how this is free. I am not sure if this is "piracy". If that is the case, let me know and I will remove it. Again, I found it on the first page of Google results while looking up the course itself. I tried looking up the main site and it seems to be some sort of Amazon storage site? The course itself is a bit dated (I know that Ken Wilber has a new one called Superhuman OS), so maybe they gave up on it or forgot to make it inaccessible? That would be pretty funny. Maybe someone can look into it and let me know. Whichever the case, it's worth checking out.

  3. Value and Joy
    Is adding value everyone's goal?
You are adding value when you follow your joy. Your purpose may be to lie on the grass and be happy and talk about it to others. Or being happy by watching movies. I will answer you with one of my favourite quotes from The Law of One: Ra material:

Why did the Creator choose to make creations? Our comment has often tended to be that the Creator is attempting to gain in knowledge and appreciation of Itself. The Creator wishes to know Itself. Thusly, it sends forth parts of Itself within illusion to see what will happen and to learn from the colors created in the palette of emotions that you have created through many experiences and incarnations. This palette contains your beauty and is unique to you, so that you can teach the Creator that which no one else in all of Creation is able to teach. For you are the only one of you in all of the infinite universe. Thusly, it is your gift to the Creator that comes from you, that is greatly desired. You cannot please the Creator by being someone else but only by being most truly and deeply yourself.

It is very difficult to think of the main and centrally constituent service to the one infinite Creator as that of being. And yet that is what you came to Earth to do. You came here to be yourself; to breath the air; to participate in the illusion of planet Earth; to go through each and every detail of receiving catalyst, responding to catalyst and moving through the periods of joy and suffering that this catalyst offers you. And always your chief responsibility is to be yourself; to feel truly; to examine yourself as fully as you can and to know yourself to the very limit of your ability. You wish to know yourself not to judge yourself or to condemn yourself or to pat yourself on the back but simply to become aware of who you are.

What you have, in terms of your ability to serve at this time, is primarily your own deepening awareness of what it is to choose; what it is to choose so deeply that the rest of your life becomes a joy; what it is to choose so completely that there is no longer the need to spend time questioning whether faith is the answer, whether service is the answer or whether one particular kind of service is better than another. When the choice for service to others has been made absolutely, there is a knowing that comes. It is a knowing that transcends planning. It is a knowing that includes the awareness that you really do not have control over anything but your own desires, your own will and your own persistence

  4. My Insights After 10 Awakenings: Awaken Now!
My Insights After 10 Awakenings: Awaken Now!
Hope this post helps you on your journey. These insights and learnings have been gained through a lot of sweat and tears.

Part I: What am I existentially?
Close your eyes. Imagine having no vision at all. Not even the ability to perceive darkness. Just complete loss of vision. Yet you remain. Cover your ears. Imagine having no hearing at all. Not even the ability to perceive silence. Yet you remain. Now imagine having no body at all. Yet you remain.
What you are, metaphysically, is a complete void. A zero. Infinite. You see, nothingness is uncreated, it is required.
Imagine nothing, since it is nothing, it needed no creator. It always was. Nothing is equal to zero, which equals infinite positive numbers paired with infinite negative numbers and infinite combinations. A system of balanced energy that always equals to zero. This is called frequency. All color, sound, touch is nothing but frequency, number.
Nothingness is infinite in all degrees. Everything is mind.
You may also replace mind with spirit.

    Part II: The Universe
Complete fantasy. There is no physical, external universe with "space" in which you move.
The true universe is the present moment you are experiencing. It is a mindspace, not a physical box full of matter.

    Part III: Time
Time is actually running "backwards" but we perceive it inversely.
Watch the video below. The "matter" or "objects" seem to control the human, not the other way around. The matter or objects you see are just refractions of your infinite mind.
    PAST = FUTURE
    FUTURE = PAST
It also renders gravity useless. Another invention.

    Part IV: What is reality?
Reality is a VR experience created with infinite intelligence by nothingness itself, so that it could experience itself from a multiplicity of viewpoints for eternity.
You see, reality is a possibility pool. Basically everything, every possibility has already happened outside of time and space.
That means this very moment you are "living" has happened an infinite number of times, and will continue to happen as it is infinite.
    THIS IS A REPLAY.
As you navigate your "life" and make choices, you are forking your POV, recalling these moments that have already happened outside of time and space, and they materialize as reality for you.
The "universe" is rendered as needed by the POV. Much like in a dream.

    Part V: Other People
This is going to be controversial, but I can assure you it is true. This right now, this instance of consciousness that is reading these words is the only POV in existence. This present moment is all there is.
Imagine that you record yourself for a full day playing a bunch of characters. You do 30 impressions and you record them on video.
You then decide to wipe your memories of making the videos, and decide to watch one movie each day for 30 days, yet you don't know that it was you playing those characters.
All other people are unreal, because again, *everything* happened in eternity. Your life is the infinite forking of possibilities in this pool.
In this case, your life is one of these movies, and once it's over, there is another movie to play.
You and I are not conscious at the same time, it's an illusion.
That means that this field that is conscious of these words, is the same field that held Jesus' life, Buddha's life, etc.
You are walking in some big shoes.
It is literally the same consciousness.

    Part VI: Your Senses
You believe that you have a brain that renders colors, sound and touch to get you your "reality", but in true reality you are hallucinating everything around you.  Your imagination is so powerful that it is indistinguishable from "reality".

    Part VII: Magic
I can personally attest to the fact that magic is real. I have had a NDE + multiple awakenings. Magic is a feature of nothingness as there is nothing to oppose nothingness.

    Part VI: Death
Doesn't exist. Death has always been a first-person experience you are having of others "dying", but no one has died ever, because no one has lived, ever. Again, it's an illusion.
When you "die", you are reborn as another POV.

  5. Anxiety
    Hedonism and the meaningless reality
life is not long or short. is now. are you happy now? stop and look at this honestly, without projecting how happy you are going to be when this or that happens. You will see that there is anxiety, almost always in everyone there is. Hold on to that anxiety .ride on it and understand what it is, why it is happening. stop avoiding yourself with stories. penetrate yourself to the root, understand why you are generating this incessant anxiety. break free.
Hedonism is a trap, it's obvious. A naive strategy to scape from anxiety that create more anxiety. The real pleasure is clean, simple, austere

  6. Hedonism
    Hedonism and the meaningless reality
Ultimate hedonism is knowing/embodying what reality is...

  7. Do not think of yourself as Enlightened
I am just brink of awakening . Need help of enlightened guys!
Awakening is the realization that this spiritual identity(ME) on the brink of enlightenment is completely unreal.
It's the end of jumping through spiritual hoops and walking a so-called spiritual path because it's recognized the very entity that believes it can become this enhanced spiritual figure was nothing more than an illusory experience of self.
    ❤
"Do not think that enlightenment is going to make you special, it’s not. If you feel special in any way, then enlightenment has not occurred. I meet a lot of people who think they are enlightened and awake simply because they have had a very moving spiritual experience. They wear their enlightenment on their sleeve like a badge of honor. They sit among friends and talk about how awake they are while sipping coffee at a cafe. The funny thing about enlightenment is that when it is authentic, there is no one to claim it. Enlightenment is very ordinary; it is nothing special. Rather than making you more special, it is going to make you less special. It plants you right in the center of a wonderful humility and innocence. Everyone else may or may not call you enlightened, but when you are enlightened the whole notion of enlightenment and someone who is enlightened is a big joke. I use the word enlightenment all the time; not to point you toward it but to point you beyond it. Do not get stuck in enlightenment"

  8. My Power
Your power to create your reality as God
So I recently came to a new awareness of one profound aspect of your ability as God to create your reality.
So as we all know everything is one, it only differs in degree but obviously from God's perspective even that difference is itself an illusion.
Now I am going to reveal the power of our beliefs in our experience of reality and how the difference of degrees of our beliefs influences it.
As God, whatever you believe to be true, for YOU it will be true in your direct experience.
Until you realize that all of life is just an IMAGE, and that whatever experiences you have: Hot, Cold, Rough, Soft, are just experiences you are creating and then associating with those images when they have NO RELATION to that IMAGE and that you are the source of that experience you will struggle with this. You do not feel a wall when you touch it, you visualize the wall and when you move to touch it, you generate the sensation of touch WITHIN you.
Ok so let's go a bit deeper here....
If you believe something strong enough, it becomes a UNIVERSAL LAW in YOUR EXPERIENCE. It all depends on degree. If you believe in something but have some doubts, then that belief will show up in your experience as a fact and as we know facts can change and tend to be very situational. But if you believe something to be absolute, then in your experience it will appear to be ABSOLUTE, a UNIVERSAL LAW, and any information that could threaten this belief will be invisible to you and your experience.
So even though Spirituality is about investigating direct experience, understand that your beliefs are the LENS in which you VIEW experience. Now obviously this is only the case because YOU ARE EXPERIENCE and thus HOW OPEN-MINDED you are to OTHER EXPERIENCES YOU CREATE you will EITHER EXPAND OR LIMIT YOUR EXPERIENCE. Sit back and awe at that God Level power.

  9. Lots of Time
    Spending time wisely
If you have too much time then you're simply not meditating enough.

  10. Ghost Strategy
Quick meditative state - my Ghost method
Just a little post. I wanted to share my "method". When I want to enter meditative state but there is still a lot of noise in my head I strongly say to myself and imagine that I as a Ghost in this very second just entered this body and have acces to all its senses, memories, mind, style of thinking etc. It instantly distances me from it.

It makes me curious oh, what is this belief that this body has, oh what is this bias. I am not this body, I am not this ego, I am not these memories. It also generates this feeling of looking at the world for the first time as if the feeling of something being normal is also not mine as Ghost, but this body's. Yeah thats all I wanted to share <3.

  11. Patience, Compassion and Balance
Sick of the way I live life but how do I stop now?
The thing to do is to start releasing emotions that keep you in aversion towards change. And start to become inspired and turned on for who you want to become, instead of making it about who you do not want to be. The apathy is usually caused by other negative emotions you are not willing to face in your process of change. You have to work on releasing those. What and how is difficult to say because we do not know you.
The truth is, change is the result of taking small consistent steps on a daily basis. It is compounding interest that gets you the big leaps over time. Change is unnoticeable if you look at it from a day to day perspective. You just want to identify what you want and take the next step. You do not have to have all planned out. You just have to know what you want, and take the next step. Each day. And your life will change over time. But do not wait for the big leaps and aha moments.
The other important thing is to become your own container. Being your own container means that you hold yourself accountable. You need to build self-trust in order to change. Being your own container in practice means that you make a decision and you commit on the decision. That is how your life changes. The reason it does not change is because you are not making decisions, and following through on those decisions no matter what your subconscious tells you. You have to have a strong framing around your day. You have to do it in relationship to the goal you have.
In anything you want to change in your life, you have to start with small weekly goals that will build momentum. Small goals are more easy for you to follow through on. They make taking action easier. And if you complete them, each time, you build more self-trust that builds you up to be ready for the next goal, bigger goals each time. Progressively. You want to build a subconscious habit of succes by following through. The issue is that most people want to change their life of night and do not understand the natural laws of have change works.
These things can be applied in any area you want to change. Dating, business, money, relationships, health, other goals.
Another concept is tension. In order to change, you have to step into tension. Most people are not growing and changing because they avoid tension. A lot of people resist emotional tension because they have embodied shame and fear in relationship to the experiences they need to have in order to grow. If you are reactive to this tension, you will want to avoid and get into apathy. When you start to work on a goal, your limiting beliefs, stories and emotions are going to come to the surface. You have to understand those things for what they truly are. Becoming detached from your subconscious patterns is important. Your ego is trying to keep you limited and wants to reinstall balance. It does not value your expansion. So it will force you in all kind of ways to keep you from taking the right action. And the more you break those barriers and push through the resistance, 100 000 of times, the more effortless your life becomes. All the magic happens when you push through your stories. So make it a life goal to keep stepping into tension and making the decisions to support that. Use the weekly goal setting process.
Make decisions, face tension and commit fully. Build a strong vision, become emotionally turned on for the vision, etc. That is the basic steps.
You may want to do some somatic therapy as well. If change does not happen, it often is because our body is not in tune with our desires. Resistance in the form of emotions are stored there, we have contractions in our energy flow and this is limiting expansion. So you may want to do this in parallel with the goal setting process.

  12. Ketamine breakthrough-becoming God
    Ketamine breakthrough-becoming God
This is something that happend to me yesterday that I will never be able to forget. This was one of the most transformational experiences of my life and keep in mind that I have done LSD, Mushrooms, DMT and 5 MeO in high doses. I have had profound spiritual experiences with psychedelics and especially with 5 MeO. For me these experiences are deeply existensial and life changing. I read a few reports about people dying and going to the other side using high doses of ketamine that literally shut off the brain completely. Found this interesting article today on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/science/comments/hecmsp/researchers_think_a_khole_might_actually_be_the/. Anyways let's get to the report.
Keep in mind that my experience isn't really what most people will experience on ketamine and I think that is due to the intensive spiritual work that I have done in the past. I have been experimenting with mind altering substances for years with good integration for the purpose of understanding reality as it is. Also been doing plenty of spiritual work and verifying Leos spiritual content.
I started by dividing 600 mg of ketamine into four lines for insufflation. Then I snorted one line every 30 secondes or so for better absorption. After completeing all lines I started to feel my consciosuness expanding in a very intersting way. I could compare this feeling to the comeup of an LSD trip where everything starts to breathe and colors gets more vibrant. After a few minutes I started to lose attachment to my surroundings and things started to feel part of me. It felt like I was my imagining my phone and everything around me. Slowly I got to a level where I couldn't understand who I was anymore and my vision just exploded into infinite geometrical patterns. My ego then started to panic and looking around for any leads to get grounded in the experiences but it was too late. I was long gone! I lost all awareness of my body, I did not know who I was and where I was, and I was this melting intelligent energy. I was pure being in a world of constantly changing patterns and stripes of geometrical patterns. I had no sense of time, whether of past present or future, so I could say I was in a roller-coaster ride in a multidimensional giant fractal for infinity and beyond.

This went on and on and on and on and on... This was the scariest place I have ever visited in my life, even worse than than the one I experienced on a high dose of Salvia. I was being killed in an infinite ways and there was no way to understand what was going on. I did not even know what earth was or that I was even a human. All I knew was infinity and pure beingness. This kept on for a good while before I gave up totally and that was the moment where I was transported into the mind of God. I realized that I am the creator of the entire Universe and that everything and everyone is just really me. My memories then started to come back to me and I became conscious that I was creating all of the things/people I thought were seperate from me like my friends and house. I was this powerful pure energy circulating for infinity and a sense of oneness pervaded me. There is no secret to hide or anything to fear because really all is one. How could I be so stupid? I grew up in a religious family where I was told that God is this seperate entity that judges the bad and rewarding the good but in that moment I was literally it. That was a very unbelievable feeling! Everytime I wanted to deny this power, God took me on an infnite journey to show me who I really am until I gave up completely. This was one of the most powerful moments of my entire life. Then I decided to divide myself into different energies (souls) to experience life from different perspective and slowly I started to imagine my hands. It felt like I was watching a hand for the very first time of my life and its was so beautiful. Look at these fingers, what an elegant creation! I then became this entity in a physical body but I was still conscious of what I have just experienced. Life is really crazy and beautiful. Take care of this amazing gift that you gifted yourself. Simply enjoy the ride! You are me and I am you. Seperation is an illusion. Hope you enjoyed this quick report. ?

  13. Suicide
    Suicide leads to god?
Pretty much. But some people (like Osho) regard hell to be better than heaven. His basic theory is such:
    (Not the exact quotation)
"In hell, there is enormous suffering every moment. In heaven, there is enormous pleasure every moment. But due to enormous pleasure everyday and the same pleasures everyday, heaven becomes dull. Or it acquires what is called as inertia. Hell is better than heaven in this way: it does not have inertia. Inertia means stoppage of a certain kind. That is why, even after enormous suffering, hell is better than heaven.
It is mentioned many times in the Hindu scriptures that the "Devtas" living in heaven crave every single moment to go to earth. They are fed up of the daily pleasures. Because Devtas are naturally highly conscious beings, they can see the uselesness of all pleasures very soon. After that it just becomes a mechanical routine for them. Just to pass away time until they reincarnate.
A mini model of the above can be found on earth. America, the most developed nation, is full of pleasures and can be compared to heaven. But still people there are not satisfied. They can get any pleasure they want, but there is a general sense of hopelessness in them. Meanwhile, people of a developing nation don't have much pleasure, but they are satisfied upto some extent. Because there is hope in them. One day, I will get money, a wife, etc. and then I will have the perfect life. Although false, but the hope is there and it prevents them from being depressed."
That is why the human birth is considered really important in Hindu scriptures. It is regarded as the most important among the 84 lakh Yonis, or 8.4 million reincarnations.
And guess what? We are depressed in this birth as well?
Moral of the story: Enlightenment is the only permanent way out.
