Agreed. I’m also 26 and feel the same way. I started serious meditation at 20 and I notice each year my meditation skills develops more and more.

That just means you are an emphatic being. I used to feel the same way. Look up Matt Kahn on YouTube. He helped me with this dilemma of people sucking up my energy.

I started using ChatGPT just recently and I noticed that ChatGPT is good at giving you specific answers to your questions while google search focuses on variety of different answers. both can be be used for different reasons but they do overlap in a lot of things.

Have you tried ChatGPT? The free version is amazing and has everything you need basically.
