How do you guys lucid dream? I tried getting into it and tried different techniques but didn’t commit too much because I didn’t see any big results from it. I get very vivid dream but not to the point of lucidity.

Meditation. mindfulness. There’s also something called “noting” where you note the impulse or the emotion silently in your mind. David Hawkins talks a lot about it on YouTube and his books.

Peace and prosperity will take years but is possible. With Assad simply nothing was possible because that family didn’t change a single thing in 50 years. They were masters of stealing and burying people underground. The system in Syria was inspired from North Korea. In March there will be national elections. It was some individuals who eventually got arrested. It doesn’t represent the new leadership of Syria. You can find thugs who want to create trouble everywhere even in Norway. Stop cherry-picking and look at the big picture.
