Personally, on 5meo I felt like my sense of identity was expanding so much and since I’m not used to that expanded sense of self, it tends to become uncomfortable if you don’t completely let go.

I also noticed that after 5-MeO-DMT I don’t get much visuals on LSD anymore. I do get a little if I focus but not too much. Do you know why this happens? Interesting phenomenon

I do agree that the trip is longer than it should be. LSD is so stimulating that I’m guaranteed not to sleep well the day I take it.

Agreed. I’m also 26 and feel the same way. I started serious meditation at 20 and I notice each year my meditation skills develops more and more.

That just means you are an emphatic being. I used to feel the same way. Look up Matt Kahn on YouTube. He helped me with this dilemma of people sucking up my energy.
