There was some pain but you just have to pick the right meditation cushion which they will have plenty of at the center. You have to train yourself to remain equanimous even if there is some pain so you don't develop aversion. It will all be explained better during the course. Yes the pain does dissolve but don't attach any craving or aversion to it. Just observe it. More detailed info will be available during the course.

Would you recommend MDMA with LSD or just by itself? I have experience with the latter. I’m a bit afraid of trying MDMA just because of the stories I heard that it can mess with the Seratonin receptors.

So what would the purpose for taking delirtants? I have taken many psychedelics but I can’t imagine what it feel to forget my name or that I even took a subtance. I would panic probably and it would go sour.
