@Loba I can send you his picture from message if that's okay for you, it doesn't feel comfortable to post it publicly here @Raptorsin7 I agree with the 2nd one, death isn't actually "real" but I have those human emotions regardless

thank you preety

@Bojan V @unborn_chicken @silene thank y'all for your support. My beautiful boy is in a better place now and I feel grateful that we had the chance to share this love together. You know that cats have personalities just like humans, when he was sick and laying down I started coughing because something stuck in my throat he got up from his bed and started meowing to know if I was okay. He was a loyal, gentle boy and he never made me sad or angry during the time we spent together. It's hard to lose him too soon, but I have nothing else to do but accept it and try to live with it.

For me it was lack of self confidence. Spending time with people who don't judge me while I'm being authentic helped a lot. I'm still not a social butterfly because I don't socialize with people if I don't like them.

@Loba thank you for your kind support. I'm in a place where I'm angry at God for the thing that happened to my kitten. What's the point of making us share this love if he was going to take him away from me too soon, and painful like this? I'm trying to find and explanation to this, if this was all a cosmic joke and a slap to my face to make me remember "life is not fair" or a kind of painful lesson that I had to learn in order to prepare me to the loss of my own kid. I loved that kitty like my own child, and I still do, in a way I know that if he lived he had to continue his life with 3 legs which is hard enough, my boy is now free from this hassle but I can't help to miss him so much. I made a photo album for him, I'm working on an art project to honor his memory and make me remember the beautiful moments we shared together.

This thread reminded me of Paul Stamets' story of how he beat his stuttering habit. It might not answer your question directly but his experience is highly interesting and unique, I hope it gives you inspiration.

@Leo Gura why would you even compare cannabis with DMT? Cannabis is a soft drug for casual use while DMT is for strong, profound experiences. Cannabis can enhance your creativity and make you recall and contemplate on your past trips without paralyzing you for a day like you're doing a hard drug like LSD, which lasts for 12ish hours. You should definitely try it and see how it works for you once you let go of your prejudices. I know in USA it's very common for "loser" people to abuse it, but it's really a beautiful mild psychedelic and has a crazy potential to enhance your life if you know how to use it.

The Science of Getting Rich

@LSD-Rumi you have no idea what you're talking about.
-
I absolutely agree with that. I consider it as a mild psychedelic and somehow I get flashback to my previous trips when I smoke it, it's like a shape shifting high. Pretty powerful tool for personal development too, if you know how to use it.

Oh god you sound boring. What's the point of life if you can't even let yourself enjoy such a powerful gift without turning it into some lecture. Just let yourself experience life it's not that hard.

Notion is good.

@Leo Gura you should at least tell one of them!

That's really good advice. The best work I've done came out of a few weeks of deliberate practice and research, and after that it just "clicked". I think I'm a bit impatient, I get bored easily and discouraged if the drawing on the paper doesn't match how I imagined it in my head. But obviously, good work doesn't come out of that. Thank you, I try to do all of these things but when I sit down to work I get discouraged easily. I guess it's a mindset / self-confidence problem rather than creativity That's really beautiful, thank you! I'll think about what aids my energy vs. what takes it away, this may help me to flow through creativity more easily. Creativity is such an abstract thing, and the articles I read about how to become creative doesn't really help me because they're mostly written from a more materialistic perspective. I need to read ideas like yours, I'm interested in how being creative is linked to god-consciousness. In fact I'm waiting for Leo to make a video about it for a few years!

I'm studying graphic design and we need to do some assignments every week. It was going well in the first few months but after a while I got burnt out, I wasn't able to act out my "crazy ideas" because the type of designs asked from us are too certain. I've lost some of my creativity, the designs I do look too simplistic and without soul. I really want to have fun making art, but maybe I lack the skills & enough creativity to do it yet. I know these issues won't get fixed all of a sudden, but I really need to do something out it.

I'm also trying to be a graphic designer/artist. Currently studying for my associate's degree. It sometimes gets frustrating because the skills I need to learn seems endless.

I came to this conclusion a lot of times before, but I still don't know what to do about it. I don't know if realizing this improved my life, but it's definitely worth contemplating on. -
I had a friend who is attracted to exclusively black people, note that black people population in my country is maybe 1 in 10.000 which is quite rare. I don't know how she managed to find those people but she was bragging about how she only has sex with black people. After spending some time with her I realized she was racist as fuck.

Why do you need me to say if it's possible or not? You can do the research on your own. -

I mostly agree with this. If you have some stereotypical "feminine" traits that doesn't mean you have to take cross-sex hormones and surgery to be even more feminine. No one asked to be born as their sex, but it's somehow implemented with our personality and a vast majority of people don't have an issue with this. For the people who really have an undeniable identification with the cross-sex, I really want to learn the scientifical explanation of this away from political correctness. Because "they just know" or "they're trapped in the wrong body" doesn't make me convinced to allow a person with a penis inside my daughter's restroom. Young girls in schools and women in prisons are getting raped because the authorities don't/can't question people's gender identity and just allow any people who identifies as female inside. That's madness and definitely not sustainable, there's a reason why we have separated restrooms for years. -

@lmfao I meant I'm not sure if they really felt narcissistic after a trip because all of the statements in their post are valid in some level. -

I don't know if it's satire or not but it looks like false prophecy syndrome to me. If you don't return to the village humbled, you did something wrong. -
If you wake up early, do exercise during the day and don't drink caffeine near bed time but still has sleep issues you can take a few drops of CBD before bed time. It works wonders if you can't sleep due to anxiety. But obviously you shouldn't overdo it.

Hahahah! Seriously, if I made all the spiritual work without ever consulting psychedelics I'd get lost inside my biases & never know if my conclusions are true or not. Psychedelics are the truest Teacher I know, their teachings are beyond words and anything, and it's more real than any mind-games I can come up with. But obviously, it can't do it if you don't do any work!
