Recently, I've been thinking how I got to this forum in the first place. Initial step was probably reading Donald Hoffman's theory that reality is not what it seems. After that, I came across Robert Lanza and his theory of biocentrism which states that humans create the universe and not the other way round. I first heard about Leo Gura on solipsism subreddit. After that, I googled him to find that he has a forum called actualized.org and here I am. Was that a complete coincidental chain of events or was that meant to happen?

@Nos7algiK Such deep and amazing explanation. I'm so glad I started this thread, I would't have gotten this valuable insight otherwise. Maybe it was meant to be that way. -

@Nos7algiK Very interesting and detail explanation. So I'm basically creating this forum to gain the knowledge from "others" which I already know but choose to forget to make things more interesting? -

It would help me understand was God purposely leaving breadcrumbs to awaken itself or was it pure luck. -

But it seems that this versions of me are more knowledgeable about spirituality than my current ego. I still have so much to learn. -

@Rilles You are alone as God forever but you created so many people to forget about that. Make the most out of your creation. -
What if the universe had no beginning? "Bento and his collaborators used this causal-set approach to explore the beginning of the universe. They found that it's possible that the universe had no beginning — that it has always existed into the infinite past and only recently evolved into what we perceive as the Big Bang which may have been just a particular moment in the evolution of this always-existing causal set, not a true beginning." https://www.livescience.com/universe-had-no-beginning-time What do you think about this theory? Is it closer to the truth than The Big Bang Theory? I know that science can't give us the ultimate answers but do you consider this the step into the right direction?

@Dumuzzi Interesting explanation. It's in line with the scientific theory known as The Big Crunch. "The Big Crunch is a hypothetical scenario for the ultimate fate of the universe, in which the expansion of the universe eventually reverses and the universe recollapses, ultimately causing the cosmic scale factor to reach zero, an event potentially followed by a reformation of the universe starting with another Big Bang." -

Do you think that this theory is a sign that even the scientists are slowly realizing this fact? -

Books are being created as you're reading them, they have no prior existence. -

Make the most out of your direct experience because there is nothing outside of it. -
In this episode of TV series The Twilight Zone, the main character is trapped in a recurring nightmare, in which he is sentenced to death by execution. He tries to convince the people around him that they are imaginary and that they will cease to exist if the execution is carried out. After the execution, everything disappears and the dream starts over with the same characters but in the different roles. I find this episode very intriguing because it's much in line with the things discussed on this forum. Did you watch it? What is your opinion on it?

Does that mean you liked or hated the episode? ? -
All of our memories are being imagined in the now but some of them are considered to be true and we think that they really happend in the past. But is there any difference between remembering our childhood or first kiss and winning a Nobel Prize or going to the Moon? Are they both equaly false?

Thanks for the video! I'll check it out ? -
From the biological point of view, reproduction is, along with survival, the most important thing for every living being. Spreading your genes to the next generation is a biological necessity. In that way you keep on living in your offspring long after your death. But after you realise that you were never born and you don't exist as a result of your parent's reproduction, you start to see things differently. Also, after you die, the world dies with you so your offspring don't outlive you at all. Having all that in mind, can we say that reproduction is actually totally insignificant?

Any chance you can use your God's powers to predict next week's lotto numbers? ? -
Leo is truly an amazing spiritual teacher. I learned a lot from him and I enjoy reading this forum and watching his videos. But I was wondering, if God is deceiving and fooling itself into thinking it's human on planet Earth, wouldn't having someone like Leo be counterproductive? Why create/imagine someone who will shatter the illusion? What's the purpose of that?

So there is nothing outside nothingness? -

Interesting explanation. It's easy to get lost in the human experience. That's basicaly what you considered your true identity during most of your lifetime. Infinite formless self is doing a good job deluding itself. -

@OneHandClap Fathers of quantum mechanics had similar conlusions. Leo covered this topic in his video regarding this subject. -
Tyler Durden replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is also true if you follow quantum mechanics. Observer is necessary for the collapse od the wave function and manifestation of particles. Conciousness creates reality. -

I understand that but if he created character which tells the protagonist that it's all just a game it could ruin the gaming experience.
