@Endew good old trick, take a piece of paper and make 2 columns, then write all the good things in one and the bad things on the other, do this with your own judgement, and then work on the 1 2 or 10,000 things that you think are not good in you and just work on thing at a time, then whenever someone says that you no longer do that or you no longer say that and thats really nice, give them a nice smirk and when you get home cut that off keep doing this until you die or get over it. Hope it helps.

@MattHayez Everything is fair in love and war, no harm no foul, As Ayla said you have done nothing wrong, I was in a relationship like that and our honeymoon phase lasted for a year until i figured she was too young and was getting excited and making decisions i thought which were not good at the time and had to cut things off. However in this case since you both have no reason to split, I would say you should spend more time with her maybe watch movies and go out for often maybe even tease her that "you bet i was checking that girl's ass" or anything to make feel sorta stupid (sorry) for overthinking so much and you should see for yourself how easily she gets back in the comfort zone you guys were in before she found them stupid photos. @A Lone Wanderer Your missing the point, The idea of self actualization is that to become a creator to live life to the fullest, sure you can live in mediocrity for the rest of your life its your call. And for all other prospectives you stated, they all have the same idea, to develop their kind to the fullest to get better and better sorta like the cycle of life.

@Anna Thank you for elaborating, it make more sense to me now when you say it could go south entirely, however i used to consume heroin and loved it but once i could see how fucked up it was i went cold turkey and now m clean 6 months and have no intentions of going back there, the way i look at it is "been there done that" get do new things all the time to learn from it, you fall you learn you get back up and next time you wont fall atleast not in the same pit, quitting should not be hard on anyone we are way fucking stronger than that

@Stelka To be honest, I used to be exactly like your ex with one of my ex, however I understand what your going through cause i have been in your position too, the solution is very simple you just need to block all ways of you communicating or being able to see him pictures mutual friends etc anything stay happy with your new guy and go on a adventure have spontaneous sex be wild feel the rush, only too forget him not that you went crazy over night .. @Anna Cold Turkey works best, just stop everything. dont think about it dont talk about it, dont anything about it, much more easier. if you set a pace you are kinda setting limits and when you set limits you have already decided that you aint quiting till another year or so,

I hate the fact my co worker copies what i do and then act like nothing is wrong with it, for example i order coffee, he'd be looking at it and then he wants to order it, i wear a sweatshirt he wears a sweatshirt but not the same day no cause then it would be a coincidence after he sees me, like m some sort of an idol for him but when we talk he brings his own intelligence in which is worthless to me, i dont want to be rude so i ignore his out of the blue questions and comments, he wants to look better than me in front of the seniors and i do the same but my problem is why the fuck does he copy me and when he does my blood boils, please tell me how do i stay calm and just do my work and get the fuck home.
