yeah man...I just cannot fathom the suffering that veils us all. thanks dude, i will think it over... we could say suffering itself is also a form of love and suffering has to exist for the duality of pleasure and pain. and why am I here enjoying all the amazing luxuries while those bums on the street no place to call home have nothing to eat, millions die tonight without food, women gangraped and all the shit. why on earth I am having this comforts and millions die without them? cheers!

@Someone here as I 've heard it is because upon birth is first time that the child's lugs get filled with air. and the world that it borns to is completely alien with blinding lights and people. plus , crying of the child induces oxytocin hormone in mother which causes the mom to lactate and many other purposes. I don't know for sure but those who have done medicine on the forum can shed more light on to this.

true bro. I 'm really working on reducing this addiction .at least give up porn first . U see, we grew up with the porn and internet .most of the guys been watching porn since the age of 13,14. mere willpower won't break addictions like this since it is like keeping a ball under water. once the pressure is removed, it relapses.
