@Ulaxhaha! projection and judgement are ego's fav mechanisms. they serve the ego's function of survival . and this judgement is an evolutionary trait embedded on to human psyche to quickly understand whom to trust, whom not to, who to stay away from and so on. if some guy walk around the streets with a machine gun and ammo hanging around his shoulder, if people do not make an opinion or an idea of this dude and do not plan to stay away away from him, what would happen? if we go to subway today with evil joker style clown masks on, i could bet most would try to stay out of us their minds would immediately track us and make note to stay away from these MFers. This is how human society operates and we cannot change it easily since they are survival mechanisms evolved for ages. people immediately will form an opinion of you . it's human nature and ig better advice in coping and accepting it are given by other users above. i just wanted to point out that this is the nature of ego and an evolutionary survival mechanism of it.

@Yarco yess, reading is becoming less popular with internet and all plus the tools we have and time we don't have. u r indeed correct when u say that there are more interesting higher quality materials online these dayz than old smelly books, but still imho, what i see is that most of these information that we find in summarized versions and videos do not exactly give the value and the experience we get in an organized manner. most of yt vids are vids shorter than 10 mins that tries to condense entire philosophies. of course, excluding Leo but hey, as u said, there is still a lot of good stuff and i see ur line of thinking. thank u so much for ur response! will deffo look in to the materials u mentioned ! have a great day!

@PurpleTreemay be the pandemic took a huge toll. we are saw a spike in homelessness, loss of jobs and with it comes financial crisis in many low income communities .income gap in US "elites" and low income is getting wider while middle income is shrinking. Inflation rates are on rise like never before. with that, many might look for easy ways or ways to make money and drugs and stuff are basically on top of the list. with it comes CRIME! another thing is the backlash of trumphism and alt right stage red in many states. this could be the underlying reason for black homicides. or it could be gang wars between the black communities that are in to drugs as well. another point is that we are forced to stay inside our homes in lockdown for months. our social lives had to be reduced to minimal. this took a toll on many of us and this ain't human nature. humans are social animals. i myself was depressed from being locked inside walls for months. so the depression resulted from all these factors including others can be thought to trigger these outbursts of violence.

um yeah. life is pointless. so hoorah! with it comes freedom. i'm just another dude out of BILLIONS. and your line of thinking is normal if you are facing a breakdown of meaning or paradigm. I felt the same when I was having a strong workaholic success oriented mindset and had to face the truth that everything that I do will be useless in the grand scheme. i myself have watched hundreds of gore shock videos and they are nothing for me personally lol. i was concerned about the others who might find them upsetting. it's good to shed some light to the situation surrounding cartels in mexico, columbia and south america in general. but, i was worried if this line of discussion might lead to posting links of these stuff and u know, there are scarier stuff out there. speaking on the situation out there in mexico, Columbia and venezula these wars on drugs will always continue . there are cartels powerful than the police forces and they control entire districts. shootings, beheadings and rape are common daily stuff for them. there are similar drug wars in Italy and europe but the most gruesome grotesque video production centres are in south america . I have read comments on those sites which say that ISIS has a quite lot to learn from south americans about killing other than the typical racist comments. come'n bro! it's my username here ....jk

@SQAAD ahaaha... besides mexico, Brazil , colombia, Nigeria,Russia and India and ISIS is the basic source of gore videos on the internet. without them, these sites would basically run out of business. and we cannot avoid this aspect of reality. denial will only aggravate it . and i cannot believe my eyes when i see the count of views these videos receive, and if we go for the comment section we can basically see a picture of stage red mentality.
