  1. Well done, I do agree that best "action" is face your fears and book the appointments. Dentists are not anyone's top of the list > I do face same feelings but believe me it is the best thing have those fillings done. Also, Root canal treatment, after local anesthetic is not a painful procedure, it might be a fiddling one but not painful, providing you are Numb!
  2. I believe that whitening of teeth should be carry it out by a dental professional - a dentist. Unfortunately, there is a process to follow here -with a whitening trays customized made ( you have to take some impressions of your teeth)as a result: upper & lower flexible transparent trays after that your dentist is able to advise you about the percentage of the whitening gel ( Peroxide). ( based on a teeth chart for whitening) Over the counter options may "damage" your tooth enamel. You may get some sensitivity during the whitening, but all in all is very safe procedure. it gives a nice uplift and refreshes the appearance!
  3. Hello there! First of all, I do not have any medical background therefore wont be able to give any suggestion on this line. I symphatize with you though ; lots of discomfort just to say the least. The sensible course of action is go to your local " doctor" or practitioner for a big picture of these matter. Look up for some exercises as Yoga. Good luck
