There are a couple things that could stand not in favor of this. - Neglecting the possible effects of long term drug exposure on the psyche. - On onset, people could have had normal range brain size - Animal control group - People that were given least-neuroleptics treatment had lower abnormalities: "...The least-treatment group showed increased total cerebral WM over time in contrast to WM volume reductions among patients in the most-treatment group (mean regression slopes, 1.30 vs −0.64, respectively)..."

Here you can see Medical Journalist Robert Whitaker presenting conclusive data on the outcomes of people diagnosed with psychosis and treated with neuroleptics, also known as antipsychotics. As a quote from a conclusion of a paper that viewed a short time span goes: "... The preliminary pattern of evidence suggests that people with early episode schizophrenia treated with typical antipsychotic medications are less likely to leave the study early, but more likely to experience medication-related side effects..." Long period data also shows that treatment with antipsychotics worsens condition. EDIT: An important point Whitaker makes. Mistakenly, studies can be conducted by inappropriately withdrawing people from drugs causing them withdrawal issues then reintroducing drugs after and concluding the relieve people have as an overall positive effect towards neuroleptics. It is important to pay attention to data that compares treatment without neuroleptics. Paying attention to data where people came off slowly and did not reintroduce again as well.

I was friends with for about 14/15 years at this date. Doesn't inquire, but rather judge proudly, people's, with regards to his mind, "unusual" perspectives. Judges continuously others as unreasonable. Never questions or introspects his position of how he is determining a degree of truth to something. Tries to cover his fears with artificial apathy or anger or pride. Never challenges his fears through reflection or cognizance. Doesn't emotionally grasp people are crazy all the time. Low emotional life outside of resentment and fear. Low courage or authenticity. His resentment based opinions need to be kept private. Can't stand up for his perceived injustices. Doesn't want to work together on dreams and goals, but complain and romanticise. Doesn't value his own psychological and physiological health. Whenever some point that addresses his self limiting or harming position is made he dismisses it by relativising or rationalising.
