  1. @Schizophonia Your response in healt section was funny. I don’t wanna risk warning point so I reply here
  2. My brain be like: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdaQovSE/
  3. To bring us back to topic, self dissolution is in fact very healthy
  4. Yea some fears might be unconscious because we haven’t experienced the situation yet
  5. You’re not non dual enough to be saying that 😡
  6. The belief came after the illness
  7. Lmao what kind of paradigm do you hold
  8. What do you mean doctor Edit : And what the hell do you mean @CARDOZZO😂
  9. Do it scared. You might end up finding the flow within you despite it You might talk about something that peaked your interest
  10. It’s kind of like exposing yourself to the thing you fear because you know it’s what’s gonna lead to freedom from the fear, I felt “I must break through this” because l felt the fear kinda blocked my reality (hard to describe). And when you dissolve fear it’s like accessing a new reality so it’s like I intuited that I must go deeper
  11. Now that you say it yea I agree. I have been all my life in decent situation but I have still had a lot of fear for example social anxiety in my past. This unease almost constantly present I see what you’re saying I find that dissolution of fear happens hand in hand with dissolution of self/mind. I struggled in past of being scared of imagery in my mind of for example possible horrible reincarnations I could go through. Now I don’t fear that in anymore. I have to be in danger directly to feel fear. It’s like my mind doesn’t have the same reality to it anymore. I can’t create fear through thought anymore
  12. That’s a good mindset to have
  13. Never said no self at all just said that my self dissolved to significant degree (not completely). It was much denser in past. I had fears now I have no fears except physical pain. I have a quite subtle self now
  14. It’s dehumanizing yourself you’re turning yourself into robot
  15. Has your awakedness changed the experience of the pain or is it just that you’ve accepted it, meaning it’s the same it’s just your mind is different ? I struggle with that
  16. I can see how pain can be a tool and I agree with your point about meditation.
  17. No ofc not My point is just that you can stop resisting right now when you’re in decent life situation. But under the worst circumstances it’s almost impossible for human to not resist So when people talk about acceptance you can’t say you accept something that is only idea in your mind and not your reality
  18. So you’d be okay being crucified lol? I can see that there are degrees to it. One would be as you say removing the psychological fear. So not reacting with fear when thinking about it or seeing others suffering. But then when it happens to you is whole nother ballpark
  19. You can’t accept something in your mind that you’re not experiencing. It’s easy to say “I accept torture” while you’re not undergoing torture. To be in the midst of torture it’s , I would say, near impossible to accept as a human, you’d have to have radical consciousness or some kind of extreme mindfulness ability, or a spontaneous surrender of the ego occurs, like I heard eckhart tolle said someone awakened in the holocaust, but it’s extremely rare. Its easy to feel like there’s no resistance to reality in you when you are in decent situation
  20. This. There might be a biological basis to what we find beautiful, for example symmetry, reasonable proportions (like a very big nose might be out of proportion) etc So if you don’t have those things, trying to love your looks can be like trying to go against biology. Then on top of that we have societal conditioning, so unless you undo that, loving your looks can be like going against all your minds conditioning. So yea first step is to be accepting of your looks. You can even think/recognize you’re “ugly” but being okay with it at the same time , because you don’t put value in it, you separate your self esteem from it.
  21. Ok and a chair is a concept I think but my thoughts aren’t me
  22. I’ve intuited this “People are interested in profit. Profit could be better feeling, absence of suffering”. But aren’t you after openness because it makes you feel better? (Not as in an emotion but you get what I mean). If openness was purely negative (maybe it’s scary sometimes but it seems like a net positive overall) you wouldn’t pursue it right?
  23. There’s really small YouTube channels talking about non duality I feel they’re authentic but I’m not sure
  24. Thanks Isn’t it the same just with a quiet mind lol. In the gap between my thoughts is the same as when I think or am I wrong?
