Well I think what makes Leo’s work special is that he doesn’t cater it to anyone, so no matter who leaves or comes it doesn’t change him which I like actually but people think differently there, we agree on that it seems at least . And no you don’t have to believe anything. I had my little period of being hypnotized by Leo’s content and was also a little conflicted on what’s true what to believe or not…but my life has went another direction completely so that’s not a problem . So that’s a possibility for u too

yea there are different kinds of concerns so the one you’re talking about is different than what I meant so I see what you mean, depends on where one’s coming from with it I bet some people do feel a bit reliant on his work and might be concerned because they subconsciously worry about their own ability to progress if Leo would go off the deep end

I see the crazy parts as equal to the other parts of his work. Nothing surprising nor bad about it, actually positive in a way. How could one possibly go so deep and explore so openly without it getting a little crazy once in a while, it’s inevitable, it would be limiting in a way to not embrace all of that too. The entire internet is full of stuff that sugarcoats and tones things down, it’s nice actually to see radical open expression for once that doesn’t follow any norms . The blog post was the funniest shit I’ve read in a while lmfao I thought it was a joke at first. If you’re concerned then it seems to me you feel dependent on his work in some way , maybe to support your progress or something, but that’s on you in a way

You’re right. Communication can perhaps come naturally when one notices openness and interest in someone rather than trying to force it in some way… And as you say…with one’s presence.

Thank you. All those rules can become internalized also so we believe it’s our own ideas too yes definitely. That intuition just grows stronger and stronger. Doesn’t need much justification, the understanding comes later instead in a way. for me it was that I noticed how this dissociative/ tendency to fantasize was serving a purpose. How come, I can be tired af late in the evening, but then suddenly I might daydream and I suddenly have a bunch of energy? What is that energy? Maybe it isn’t so bad after all? - When the urge would hit I noticed this resistance to “go into it” . So I just intuitively let go of resistance slowly but surely and went into it harder and harder and so much has deepened since then. It’s has been like “energetic cleansing” . I feel the positive effects even on physical level, even psychic like phenomena has happened as a result . I’m still in this process but that’s a little bit of it, but amazed. I see all the time on Reddit people talking about how daydreaming is ruining their lives and I sympathize but there is a reason you’re dissociating it isn’t just some bad uselesss thing wasting your life ….if people only could see it…it’s so hard to communicate it to people

If femininity and masculinity are so ~fundamental ~ , ~inherent~ and ~real~ beyond mental constructs why would there be fear and defensiveness about society moving away from it? If it is like you describe, which I agree on in a way, I don’t see the reason to have any fear that it will be disrupted?

What we fantasize about can tell us a lot about what areas of our life are most neurotic for us. So working on them could help minimize this dissociative tendency , not that you’re already doing that tho the body scan could probably help too another approach which I’ve been intuitively engaged in the past months has been doing sort of the opposite - fully embracing this dissociative tendency. Relinquishing all resistance to this urge to dissociate and instead going into my fantasies more fully , as I’ve noticed there being a resistance to it. I have experienced profound healing and balancing effects on my body- mind from this so just wanted to put this out here.

Yea I see what you mean there with the negativity. There can be a kind of space around it so it plays out by itself without being fed which then makes is appear less and less frequently with less and less intensity … With positive energy personally it’s more spontaneous I can’t really bring it about myself much. For example listening to music can bring it up but only if I’m “in the mood” aka something in me wants to listen rather than me making that choice. But perhaps certain patterns can start to emerge w time and one can engage more consciously as you speak of Ive only experienced that kind of third energy during sleep paralysis. Feels great right . Didn’t know it had a name. But yea it does it’s own thing and sometimes what’s best for our healing is to let it do just that

@Ulax what does your thoughts tend to be about when you are spaced out? I relate as I’ve also been dissociated very frequently throughout my life

@Someone here just don’t fall into the trap of getting too stuck on certain ideas of what’s healthy or not. Pay attention to your body’s signals, listen to it with openness and without bias, as bias can sometimes create experiences in the body that make it seem something is better than it is or vice versa I love experimenting myself tho so it’s fun to hear you’re doing something like this!

@Federico del pueblo Great post! I myself have experienced a lot of my own energy recently doing its thing which has increased my awareness of its workings so I want to ask some questions if that’s fine. Do you have some degree of conscious control over this energy or does it simply tend to do its thing per automatic and you are aware of it? And do you tend to deliberately put yourself in situations where you remember in the past brought up energy? Rather than being attracted to certain circumstances, in other words, your energy is already rising in you but it is attracted to certain circumstances so by creating them this energy is allowed to flow through you aka “be brought up”. And lastly does your energies tend to be associated with your sense of self/ideal self/different personas /vibes of you?

Nah not really. I think so also about what a lot of things women do. Sometimes I might see women talking bout why men do this and that and it also seems exhausting to me personally . But each to their own we all have different ways of going about life.
