Yea I get what you’re saying. I thought more if you’re someone who also needs a good vibe and personality to get turned on then the risk of sleeping w someone who’s toxic is small since you wouldn’t even be attracted to such a person. Opening up the body is a very direct thing. You’re trying to figure out how to set up some scheme ~in time~ to do it, which for me just seems like operating from the same level of mind that is associated with the very tension in your body you’re trying to release. Why not the opposite opening body up first, aka releasing some of this tension, which is accessible to do ~right now~, THEN figure the rest of it out like routines and stuff with this new found depth or you might just be running around in mental loops

Sometimes when we feel at complete loss in how to deal with something, it can open the door for a surrender to take place, allowing something else to take over. Essentially, even though it might seem like it’s up to you to deal with this, there is intelligence at work dealing with it already, moving and releasing emotions, drawing you to act in certain ways, creating thoughts, feelings, impulses (for example you writing this post) etc In short, you don’t have to find a way to deal with this, as it is ~already~ being dealt with. In ways beyond our own greatest capacities to deal with it ourselves. much love ❤️
