@Inliytened1 The universe itself is not an error, it's here to mask the initial error of belief in duality at the highest metaphysical level. It's like this: at the highest metaphysical level you believing in duality is like betraying God and then feeling guilty and afraid that he will punish you, because you really think you seperated your connection from him. At first you were playing with the idea of seperation, but then it felt like it actually happened and you felt guilty to have done it. Then you created this universe and made people act out against you so you could project that internal, now unconacious guilt onto them, so now they are guilty, not you! How does that help? It minimizes the guilt, but does not get rid of it. That initial error is so complex I cant really explain it without reffering you to a book I mentioned. Anyway, I actually agree with the metaphorical story you mentioned. I've heard that Tolkien's stories have quite the spiritual depth to them. @Osaid Oh then I agree 100%, it's like his intellect turned against him.

@Osaid No he doesn't. He's perfectly clear that God is One and Absolute. One dreamer dreaming. His infinity of Gods vid is there only to confuse people. Unless you mean that he thinks there is something above infinite, perfect love in it's various expressions. In that case, I would agree that he is imagining various nonsense, like alien consciousness or whatever.

@Inliytened1I've never said Oneness isn't true. But that one can change his identity to an egoic one and create from it. God became an ego and then created. It's the same One, sure, that's obvious, not stating otherwise. Just like people now operate from an ego (or the belief in duality), so then, at a higher metaphysical level, God became an ego, but then ego had power, hence the ability to create a universe. When I say he became an ego, I mean God believed in the idea of seperation, of there being someone else, besides oneness, and when he believed in it, at that level, he created the experience of it, which resulted in fear, guilt, and then the universe was built to hide and project that guilt. Demiurge, demon or ego is just a confused, scared God that created the universe to hide from his error and the subsequent guilt. It's complicated. Read DU to grasp it. Also, the no self relization you are talking about is something I experienced and realized long long ago. You are talking as though you are above me, but you have no idea. Self enquiry is just choosing silence, which I mentioned in my non-doing part.

Nop, it's not the purpose of this world or this universe. The purpose of this world is to hurt you, both psychologically and physically, as you, and all others, have directly experienced. In that sense, it does fulfill its purpose perfectly. Humans can't change it, because it was created from a higher metaphysical level. That's why Gnostics and Valentinians say that Demiurge, or Demon is reponsible for this world.

Not true big boy. Bliss is an end in itself. It's God. And yeh I'm attatched it. It's the only thing that I love. Yet the more deeply I dedicate myself to it, the stronger it grows.

It's a valid question. If I am all powerful, why can't I create another existence? The answer lays in the nature of existence itself. Existence is something that doesn't have a beginning and an ending. It's the nature of the Self. It can't be given. It's a gift that you are either blessed with from before time or you are not and never will. Existence is the most gloriuos gift you can have, and the one that has it, he's the One and no one else has it. There are things God cannot do, but they are not really limits, but a part of his nature, like what we are talking about now. Also, let's say you could create another self with the same attributes - existence, will, power levels, etc. Then do you have power over it? Can you delete it if you started it? Who was the first to exist ever? How do you give will to the other? Can his will grow strong enough to delete your existence? If we begin talking about existence as something that can be given, than it naturally raises the question of it being taken away and many other absurd things.

I've been blissed out many times to varying degrees. I base my estimation on my experience. You have no idea who you are talking to.

Free will is a tricky one if you really want to figure it out. You do have a free will. At the same time, the life you are living has pre-determined scripts. Which scripts play out depend on the choices you make using your will. You can also use your will to get out of this pre-determined game alltogether. If you choose to do so, as you awaken, your mind will grow stronger and your will as well. At the highest levels, you can do things considered miraculous, but at those levels the ego is dissolved to such an extent that you barely care about them. Finally, when you lay down this body for the final time and return to heaven, there is no need to think or use your will at all, since who you are is perfect love, and that is what is happening in heaven - an endless explosion of perfect love, so you just enjoy it, no choices are needed there.

He literally wrote that God is an infinite hallucination.. Nah, I'm on a highway to dissolving the ego and teaching is a serious roadblock to that. I'm here only for a week or so until I get blissed out enough so that I don't have to distract myself from my inner state.

Another obvious error by Leo. God is not a hallucination. God has the ability to hallucinate, but he himself is not a hallucination. Sheeple here just follow whatever the lead sheep says.. Hallucination - an experience involving the apparent perception of something not present. So God is not present? Cmon..

@Shodburrito you're thinking along the right tracks. Dont listen to Leo when he says you dont know whats the highest good, he tricks himself into believing that. To get the answers you are seeking, read the Dissapearance of the Universe by Gary Renard. This universe is set up to hurt you infinitely for a specific reason and it takes a lot to unravel that reason, but it's in that book and only in that book. Cheers!

Obviously. Basically every spiritual tradition and teacher agrees. If you don't, it's a thing to look at.

You will take up another body not long after dying. You can rest there for a while, but the illusion won't let you escape so easily.

Ashtavakra Gita is quite good. There are digital versions for free as well. As far as I remember even Ramana Maharshi recommended it. Don't expect it to awaken you, but it's an alright read and written beautifully. I would stay away from the other ones.

On one hand, the actual process of awakening is done in solitude, on the other hand, a perfect master can impart wisdom that will save you a lot of time, I am talking about thousands of years here. The issue is - I have only read two books - A Course in Miracles and the Dissapearance of the Universe, that have actual wisdom within them, and I have read hundreads of books and scriptures. Many well known works, like Conversations with God or Buddhist literature like The Mind Illuminated seem advanced and correct, but only as long as you haven't come across a true treacher. Regarding grace - it's already here, why wouldn't the only Son of God be blessed? But you still need to do the work, no one else can do it for you. Remember, it's your dream. Also, even a perfect teacher can't awaken your consciousness, not even through Shaktipat, but he can give you an intelectual understanding, which is very useful, perhaps even necessary.

-Awakening too fast can be traumatic. -Psychedelics can trick you into believing that your insights are true. -Psychedelics can trick you into believing that you are improving when you are actually at a standstill. They are good for glimpses but have to be let go. -Psychedelics can lead to bad or even life-threatening decisions.

I already told you that you can't follow them. But I am bored so I will just write for a bit anyway, which will probably come through one of your ears and leave through the other as my last message did. But anyway.. Let's talk about the third precept: 3. Not to engage in licentious acts or encourage others to do so. A monk is expected to abstain from sexual conduct entirely. Let's say you limit your sexuality completely. What happens? Look at all the scandals surrounding priests. If you deny your basic urges, they will get expressed anyway, but in a much more unhealthy way. Also, regarding 7th, 8th and 9th precepts: 7. Not to praise oneself and speak ill of others, or encourage others to do so. 8. Not to be stingy, or encourage others to do so. 9. Not to harbor anger or encourage others to be angry. Can you really do that? It requires perfect thought control.

He's missing The Dissapearance of the Universe trilogy by Gary Renard, which is more important than any of the books on his list, excluding ACIM. After you read those and grasp them, you will understand reality better than Leo. Much better.

You guys are so messed up in this community.. Any real insights fly over your heads and you keep swollowing and recycling whatever Leo spat out. At least you will meet up in a psychward at some point and can continue the same discussions.
