I get the argument, but we really don't remmember the time when this whole shabang started and this is the only explanation I found that perfectly explains this universe and God. -

Hmm, I think that Divine Mind has the ability to feel guilt. Why not? When God's mind is healthy and pure, His nature is Love, but in this case, he made a whoopsie and Love was replaced by guilt. -

Wohoo, happy to hear! It actually took me like 3 times of closely studying the Dissapearance of the Universe to grasp it. I even played out the seperation story as though it was happening right now to make it more real and grasp it. All of his other books are fantastic as well, since it's from the Apostles. The books "Lifetimes where Jesus and Buddha knew each other" were just mindblowing!! Can't recommend them highly enough. Anyway, hope you can keep pushing towards total commitment even after times when the illusion sucks you back in. It's impossible to let it all go at once, but we have to try again and again, clearing out the attatchements little by little, making less mistakes and wisening up with each passing day. Also, let me know if there are some lessons in ACIM or terms you find confusing, as Jesus has his own meaning for words and he uses unique terms. Not even saying I get all of them perfectly, but I might be helpful in some cases. 🙏 -

Same, sorry again. My comment was arrogant and douchey, so Princess was right. 😄 -

@Thought Art Same here.. Extending an apology as well. Was annoyed from beforehand and didn't want to talk to anyone, so you just got hit with the vibe I was already in. I guess the ideas we discuss are very sensitive to each of us, as we literally base our lives on them, so it's easy to to get frustrated when someone disagrees, dismisses them and so on. I'm also trying to improve and go into relationships with the intention of maintaining peace and avoiding conflict. Sounds simple, but doing it is.. you know.. challenging to say the least.. 😄 Anyway, I did read every book from Leo's booklist under the topics that were relevant, so if there were some about politics or similar I might have skipped them, but everything under spirituality/metaphysics/money/relationships and so on I did read. I saw Leo as the wisest guy around and he was my main teacher since I was like 17, so if he recommends a book - I read it. I've seen all of his videos as well, exluding the politics ones and a few others. When I say I saw him as my main teacher, I mean I followed everything he said, wrote on the forum, on his blog, did everything he recommended to do (like 30-40 high dose trips with solo meditation retreats lasting weeks as preparation), etc.. I'm so passionate about recommending the particular book I mentioned because I can see Leo's worldview pretty accurately, since I've read and experienced many things he has and I know he's missing something that would be life-changing for him and his students, because it was for me. It was already very valuable for a few people on this forum who did try and read that book, as per their feedback. I see people on this forum at the same level of understanding I was at not so long ago, so I feel like I could help them soo much if they would be open to it. I guess I do come out as arrogant when I explain things, but I just try to provide clear arguments in an attempt to be helpful. Not that I can't and shouldn't improve my delivery. Anyway, on to your arguments: -"If a demon created reality, who created the demon?" When I say demon, I am reffering to the same God, but at a point where he honestly believed that he seperated himself from God, hence no longer identifying himself as God, but as something else. He then felt guilty for the seeming error of seperation (betraying God, which he now sees as someone outside of himself) and the guilt was so accute, that he had to run from it. As a solution, he pushed the guilt out of his awareness and projected a whole universe outside of himself with people doing bad things to him, so that his internal guilt seemed outside of himself, now they are guilty, not you, which minimises the internal terror and guilt he felt. It's just a short, badly written summary of what happened at a metaphysical level and why the universe of time and space was miscreated. I'm bad at explaining it, that's one of the reasons I direct people to the book. But yeh, I'm saying God, in his innocence, was contemplating about the idea of seperation, like a kid playing with matches, and then he thought that he burned down the house, which he really didn't, but he believed he did. He really believed his mind split, and now there's him, and God outside of him. Yeh, I suck at explaining. "If God is all loving, why doesn’t he love pain and suffering just as much as pleasure and joy?" Well you are God, so why don't you? Because it doesn't feel good. Trying to love pain is silly. Why would one hurt himself in the first place if the purpose is love? Why not just go straight to love? You don't need pain as a contrast to enjoy love. Even for contrast, you can just go into emptiness, rest there, and blissout again, no need for pain. -

@Thought Art I could rebuttle your statements. However, I deem you unworthy of my presence. -

This almost made me puke. And then this fellow thinks that post is a masterpiece. I'm amongst the retarded. Oh how you bless me, the creator of time, Demiurge, with your infinite gifts. I feel unworthy of such companions, such scholars, such ancient mystics full of wisdom. I will leave them be, swimming in their oceans of knowledge, too grand for me to comprehend even a fraction of. Oh Demiurge, now you understand why I choose to dissapear this world with all of your beautiful children, that speak to me so softly. Their love is immeasurable, so strong it melts my egoic ways, as I will melt your illusion. These corpses teach me the ways of the Lord, of whom they've been thought by you, dear Demiurge. So sweet and pleasant their tongues, so sharp and striking their true intentions. Oh blesseth you me, belived Demiurge, yet I giveth thy gifts back, as I feel unworthy of anything not of my Lord. -

What are you blabbering about 😄 are all of your 8 thousand posts like that? God help people who listen to you. You haven't read enough Buddhist scriptures to talk. Buddha didn't reach Love, he reached Void and he doesn't talk about enlightenment as "life". It's crazy how you talk about things you have no clue about. Just a usual minion of the illusion, I guess. -

@NineHfanbase Careful now. You've had the right idea before when you believed that awakening is total commitment. You can't serve two masters, the illusion and the truth. If you try, since your base state is egoic, you will get immersed into the illusion and forget God. To awaken, God has to be at the forefront of your mind 24/7. If you want to reach Truth, you have to sacrifice the illusion, which is a small price to pay as it's nothing to be desired if you clearly see what it really is. I know monks who go in and out of monasteries and don't get enlightened because they still have things they want from this world. Anyway, not going to intrude upon your post anymore, just wanted to give a nudge in the right direction as you seem open mindead and smart, but still at a danger of being influenced by incorrect ideas, since your thought system isn't yet perfected. I would advise contemplating my advise and the opposing ones in silence, while staying present and looking at your past experiences. I've said pretty much everything there is to say on the topic. It's an extremely important one. If you choose wrongly, you won't wake up and suffer. That's why no one here is enlightened. They haven't totally commited. Anyway.. Good luck, dear brother. I hope you see the light and it brings you home. 🙏 -

Nihilism is a form of depression in my eyes. I've been there. You admitted struggling with nihilism already. Interesting that you've tagged yourself here, even though it was meant to be me. Yet it does seem like you are here just to waste time, since everything is meaningless anyway and from what I've seen on your posts you ask for advice but don't really care about what people say. Projection, I guess. Anyway, gl hf. -

Award for the most incorrect idea ever goes to.. drum roll please.... you! Here's your trophy🏆 Not trying to be mean. Just realize that this belief of everything being meaningless is very toxic. It causes depression. It's like a parasite in your mind. While the dream is indeed meaningless, waking up is infinitely meaningful. -

Watch this video, pay very close atrention when he mentions Gnostics. A profound video, lots of truth here. Could save you some confusion. Probably the deepest truth spoken in a movie ever. -

The teachings of Huan Po have a fundamental error within them, as all sects of Buddhism, since Buddha himself didn't realize Love. The highest state of Buddhism, as well as within the teachings of Huang Po, is described as niether perception nor non perception. Buddha said that when you reach this state, you are enlightened and liberated. Not the case, Buddha had to reincarnate. The ideas about Oneness are correct, of course, but such teachings don't bring you home. -

@Salvijus that was very relevant and valuable. Besides the parts you bolded, I also enjoyed the encouragement to rise above animalistic instincts. Thank you for sharing. 🙏 @Mileyofpink Saying that you need contrast to experience goodness is like saying that you first have to get shot in the gut to enjoy sex. It's just not true. It's Leo's ideaology to which you subscribed without really contemplating things for yourself. It's fine. Leo's teachings are a good stepping stone along the way. Wishing you all the best and hope you will be able to rise above Leo's teachings soon. Check out David Hoffmeister on YT and read Gary Renards books to get started. @Yimpa I think Patrick is enlightened.. The flow of wisdom from him is unparalleled. -

@Squeekytoy I can't disagree 😄 Just keep in mind that "It is impossible to seek for pleasure through the body and not find pain." (ACIM, T-19.IV-B.12:1) Not long ago, whilst on shrooms, mdma and coke, I had a good time with a woman I met at a nightclub. The next day and for a week straight I got a serious backlash of pain, comparable to the amount of pleasure experienced, hence deepening my understanding of ACIM. When you really get that whenever you try to get pleasure through your body, you will shortly experience a backlash of pain, you will utter to yourself: "The world I see holds nothing that I want." (ACIM, W-128) My dear brothers, let's turn towards inner peace, dedicating every single day and moment to God. Let's remove the blocks that obstruct inner light and return home at last. 🙏 -

One of my favourite parts of the course. It's been named in the ACIM community as "The Promise". Very inspiring. 💙 @Kuba Powiertowski at some point I did feel some frustration regarding the nature of the world, but I was soo glad to finally learn the truth, as it allowed me to let go of the illusion and dedicate myself fully to the Lord. Presently, I feel various levels of bliss and peace due to a lot of meditation, so there's no more pain or anything even remotely close to that, but thank you for the encouragement. ✌️ -

@Squeekytoy that's a good question. I will answer your question regarding finances as well, since I have a very glorious idea to share. Let's start with the friends and family business. Friends is easy and the letting go depends on how advanced they are. To advanced friends I say - I'm at a point of needing to immerse myself 100% into meditation, so we will meet after I reach my goal. You already know that enlightenment is the only real meaningful purpose. I've met an advanced friend after 1 year break and it felt like no time passed. I simply blew their mind on how much I advanced. Also, with one talk I changed the course of their life, making them realise that this world is nothing and they should dedicate themselves to awakening more fully. They were sort of on and off with spirituality at that point. For less advanced friends, I just tell them that I know they will find my decision strange, but try to see it as this: I have something so extremely important I want to reach that I would sacrifice everything in this universe to get it. I know not what the future holds, so we might meet a year from now or never. You know me, so you know that I am obsessed with spirituality, so yeah, I'm just diving into it much deeper. If they are true friends they will always put your burning devotion ahead of their own attatchement and wish you good luck on your journey. Now family.. It depends how open minded and attatched they are. If you're in a rather spiritual culture like India, it's usual for children to go away on hermitages lasting years, so there it's easy. In the west, you might need to have a long talk explaining how it's your life's purpose. You might need to make a compromise to keep some contact, like a call a week or similar. That type of contact is insignificant when meditating, it won't hurt your progress and will allow you to not hurt your family. Finances - here is where the value of a perfect teacher shines. Leo would tell you to spend 20 years or so on building your life. But here's what my beloved master, the perfect teacher of God, Jesus, says in his book A Course in Miracles regarding money: You may wonder how you can be at peace when, while you are in time, there is so much that must be done before the way to peace is open. ²Perhaps this seems impossible to you. ³But ask yourself if it is possible that God would have a plan for your salvation that does not work. ⁴Once you accept His plan as the one function that you would fulfill, there will be nothing else the Holy Spirit will not arrange for you without your effort. ⁵He will go before you making straight your path, and leaving in your way no stones to trip on, and no obstacles to bar your way. ⁶Nothing you need will be denied you. ⁷Not one seeming difficulty but will melt away before you reach it. ⁸You need take thought for nothing, careless of everything except the only purpose that you would fulfill. ⁹As that was given you, so will its fulfillment be. ¹⁰God’s guarantee will hold against all obstacles, for it rests on certainty and not contingency. ¹¹It rests on you. ¹²And what can be more certain than a Son of God? (ACIM, T-20.IV.8:1-12) I can attest with my life that if you choose awakening as your only purpose, miracles will shine the way towards your goal. Incredible things happened in my life just to give me freedom to immerse myself fully into awakening. Peace be with us. 🙏 -

@witpo44 Firstly, be careful when you ask for advice on a forum from people who might be extremely deluded, whilst speaking with confidence, like the case above, as well as 99% of others here you will find, including the owner of the forum. Instead, read the Dissapearance of the Universe by Gary Renard and the book they mention there. If you are wise enough you will know that that book and others by the author speak true wisdom. Good luck. -
