@The Don Here's something that's not often said about ego death. Once you've experienced it for yourself, it's actually kind of cool in a strange way. You learn to make friends with it because it offers you something other then what you had access to before. Then you can't look away.

Ego just hangs there suspended in the nothingness supported only by it's own illusion.

@Jkris I'll just say this, most ppl associate themselves to the content which arises in consciousness (good or bad) while ignoring consciousness itself which is empty of all content. Do not get involed with all that arises in consciousness.

@Aquarius You used the right word when you said "state". It's a state like any other. All states come and go no matter if the are pleasurable or not. Find that which does not come and go.
