Same message as mad world. Tears for fears were very influanced by the Beatles music. It's especially evident in their song "Sowing the Seeds of Love"

@Highest I remember this well. Very nice! It's not the words in themself but the direct experience that is primary here. Words can only serve as a conceptual model but the direct experience of "God looking through these eyes" is something quite different to behold. Would you agree?

@CuriousTraveller The mind hates to stand still for even a moment. When you quiet the mind through meditation it will come up with all kinds of things to create a distraction and keep the stimulas going. If I had a dollar for each time I heard someone say "when I meditate I hear a high pitch ringing in my ears" I'd be rich. Do a search here on the forum and see for yourself. Exactly! Ringing in the ears. Neck creaking. Pulsations in the head. Eye floaters and a million more diversions of the mind.
