  1. @flowboy Do what you want but this sounds quite odd to me. Wouldn't you be better off doing something like a retreat or even a couple of float tank sessions?
  2. @Dylan Page This isn't the place to discuss your sports career strategy. Please stick to the topic "Flow State". Thanks
  3. @The Don Have you watched this? Or rewatched it lately?
  4. @Tistepiste This is why I asked if you've been drinking lots of fluids............... Water Intoxication Sadly, people have also died after using MDMA because they drank a lot of water or carbonated beverages to avoid overheating. While many clubs and festivals have areas with free water available, there is such a thing as too much water. When a person consumes excessive amounts of water, it can dilute the levels of sodium in their blood. This can lead to swelling of the brain. "crackling sound and feeling inside my ears - It is always followed by a "wooshing" sound"
  5. @Jkris It was said as a play on words on Einstein's famous quote "Time is a persistent illusion". Likewise the sense of self may or may not be a "persistent illusion".
  6. As Albert Einstein said, "The I-self is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one".
  7. @Aakash @Angelite Have either of you read this book? Akash's above reply reminded me of it.
  8. @Tistepiste Have you been drinking a lot of water?
  9. @Leo Gura How do you come up with these gems?
  10. The universe as a whole is one sensing organism with each a cell of awareness exploring itself.
  11. @ajasatya Yea that's a spam ad some-what disguised as a real question.
  12. Why do I create distinctions when there are none to be found in reality?
  13. Just trying to point out no matter how the question is formed it's yet another distinction.
  14. As Peter Ralston said in Leo's video "You can go on making diistinctions forever".
  15. @Mikael89 Turn this into a debate and you'll be finding out who misses you.
  16. @Alex bliss Think twice before you get too deep into enlightenment as it would mean personal identity will never be the same again. Who is it that wants enlightenment? Does that indentity really exist? *trans·per·son·al- of, denoting, or dealing with states or areas of consciousness beyond the limits of personal identity.
  17. Meditation would be good. It's very subtle because it has no qualities to it. But it was there to witness your birth and it will be there to witness your death (and everything in between). It is there now silently watching every thought you have.
  18. By staying in the awareness of that part of you (the "I Am") that never changes.
