Meditation would be good. It's very subtle because it has no qualities to it. But it was there to witness your birth and it will be there to witness your death (and everything in between). It is there now silently watching every thought you have.

By staying in the awareness of that part of you (the "I Am") that never changes.

@khalifa Your adjusting to new norm. It will settle down but it will never be the same again. Consciousness pervades all, waking, dreaming and deep sleep and you've become acutely aware of consciousness. The line between waking, dreaming and deep sleep has been blurred in the gleaming light of consciousness.

@adztam Did you hear the one about the guy who was walking along the outer wall of a mental asylum? From behind the wall he could hear the patiants chanting 11 - 11 - 11 ..... As he continued along the wall he got closer to where the chanting was coming from and wondered why in the world are they were chanting 11 -11 -11 -11......... Finially he came upon a hole in the wall and he couldn't resist but to look through to see what the chanting was about. As he peeked through to see what was happening he was suddenly poked in the eye with a stick. As he walked away in pain from his injured eye he heard them chanting 12 - 12 - 12 - 12.............
