  1. @daramantus Collapse both the existent tree and the non existent tree into one then collapse that.
  2. @Schahin You could meet a special Person in your dreams tonight. Why would you think reality is any different? You are primary in all this. How and why do you do it? Only you can answer that.
  3. @Pernani I was speaking more of the spots you see in front of your eyes after you've looked away from a bright object. After taking the picture I went inside to make coffee and there was an orange orb in the middle of the view that persisted for 3 or so mins. Probably not a good thing if done every day.
  4. Here's a picture of a sunrise over the ocean that was taken just this week. After taking just 4 pictures I was seeing some serious spots in front of my eyes even at this low altitude so be Very Careful!
  5. @Raptorsin7 It's a form of biofeedback that's often used in sports such as triathlon, Olympic, golf, tennis, ect training for optimum performance. The monitor connects to your computer or tablet then gives direct readings of coherency between heart, mind, body, breath. It takes a relaxed but concentrated awareness to stay in the sweet spot or "zone" as it's called in sports. Training with the monitor will allow you to return to that optimum flow state even without it's use given enough practice. The software keeps a history so you can see the difference in score when you are out of practice. I find it a useful tool when used with other meditation practices. This one being targeted more tword sports and flow state.
  6. @Raptorsin7 Search HRV (heart rate variability) or heart coherence training. You may also want to check out heart coherence monitors. It's been found that well seasoned meditators have an excellent heart coherence but you can purchase a heart coherence monitor for training to take the guess work out of it. With the aid of a monitor you'll know exactly when your "in the zone" of flow state by real time feedback.

  8. @Nicachi What you describe is something known as "Highway Hypnosis" where the mind becomes relaxed and falls into a dreamy-trace like state. It was first recognized during the early 1920's shortly after the automobile came into widespread use. Some ppl experience this during long drives but it seems you may be extra susceptible to it. Just like when someone is being hypnotized they they tell them to "relax" and watch the object swinging back and forth the same can happen on the road if you relax too much and the scenery is passing by. Of course this situation could be lethal. At first signs of this coming on snap yourself out of it for god's sake, Open a window and get some fresh air blowing on you or something to keep you alert and focused. I as well as most drivers have experienced this to some extent at one time or another. What I find useful is not to stare at the road but to constantly scan the visual field in front of me. Good luck and stay safe.
  9. @happysad You must be able to distinguish between Truth and group think. Find what is true for you. There is no other way.
  10. That's where the magic lies. There is nothing here yet there is everything.
  11. @capriciousduck This is an instance where one can truly say " Size doesn't matter".
  12. @Courtney It's quite ironic how untruths can pave the way toward Truth if your willing to really look.
  13. @The Don The body/mind default mode network is a force of its own.
  14. I was just re-watching Leo's vid. 'Leo Does Mushrooms', He said something that made me think, that during the trip he would get some really deep life changing insights. Than look back at them a little later and see that they where no big deal. Been there many of times myself while not tripping. This is why I ask. But looking back he said it was realized as being 'delusional'. I'm assuming that would mean when Leo became more 'sober aware', for lack of a better term, did he realize that. So the question is, what side of the fence is really the delusional side? Could delusion in that setting of altered awareness be perfectly applicable? So i'm sitting here now contemplating, how can I ever know what is delusion from truth? Maybe everything is a delusion. Maybe everything is truth.
  15. @Truth Addict Was asking on the same layer as this statement: "Why complicate things?"
