  1. @remember Have you tried it? I just finished a session. Haven't used it for a few months and got a really sucky score. As far as chakra work I'd say it helps one to get into a "flow state" or a state of equilibrium with the heart center.
  2. @NoN-RaTiOnAL 2. concentration practices ive tried for several years now havnt helped at all You were asking about biofeedback/neurofeedback devices in another thread and after reading what you posted here i'd suggest giving an emWave2 heart coherence monitor a try. It aids in training one to have a relaxed but focused state of mind, heart coherence being directly correlated to ones state of mind. In other words the more you chill mentally the more the heart/mind coherence comes into sync.
  3. @NoN-RaTiOnAL Unless your planing in investing a considerable amount of money for decent equipment and software most of what you describe are little more then toys. Here is a sample of what real equipment and software looks like...........
  4. @Anna1 I heard Leo was a c-section delivery. You'd never know it except for when he leaves the house he goes out through the window. Happy birthday Leo.
  5. How long will it take to remember what one has always known?
  6. In a way that's exactly what Leo is doing. Daring to step out of the structure in front of his students and colleagues. He's like a David Bohm in the field of spirituality.
  7. @Leo Gura Outer Limits episode "Galaxy Being"
  8. @diamondpenguin I've never done shamanic breathing but my impression is it's a type of altered trance state that lies somewhere between waking, dreaming and deep sleep. @Mikael89 You nailed it.
  9. @Mikael89 Nisargadatta describes it as the 4th state of consciousness which is beyond the usual 3 states of waking, dreaming and deep sleep.

  11. It's possible if one were to have a massive permanent awakening.
  12. @jimwell Thanks Nice share! I sometimes shoot in Infra red instead of white light. It tends to lend a sense of dreamy surrealism to the images. What the camera is mostly recording here is heat energy.
  13. This thread is totally derailed. *Closed for renovation*
  14. @Prevailer It's clear your not a good fit for this forum.
  15. @AlphaAbundance By that reaction I gotta ask, what kind of worldly goals are we talking about? Jk. It's all Love. @VeganAwake Nice!
  16. @PlayTheGame Don't get hung up on the concept of real vs. imaginary.
  17. What qualifications should an experience meet to determine whether it be imaginary or real?
  18. @VeganAwake From nothing comes something. Complete and without qualification. Absolute.
