  1. Search inside and be honest with yourself. When something emerges deal with it head on. Than let it all go. If that's what it is. It's all the mind anyway. Existence is like a bubble happening within the absolute. The mind is limited to the bubble. But awareness is of the absolute. Expand out into that infinite field. Be that. Start with what's right in front of you now. Not what your eyes and mind see. No. Look deeper.... Use your Intuition. There Is something there that eludes your 5 senses. Awareness. It's like an infinitely thirsty sponge and all this happens within it. Be the absolute and not the bubble within it. I'm talking total transcendence of mind and existence. Find that alpha space and you'll know what you are.
  2. @Mr Lenny Only during meditation? If so it could be anxiety caused by suppressing or repressing something subconsciously. If it happens more than just during meditation see a Doctor about it. Noticing it sometimes makes it worse too so just try to relax and let go of it. Also sometimes we just need to purge shit out. Have you balled your eyes out lately? Sometimes a good cry is just what's needed. Leo should do a vid on purging.
  3. @Martin123 Time is only a tool that the mind uses to make sense of reality. Not much different than a sense of spacial directions like up, down, back, front , here, there. Yesterday is yesterday only in it's relationship to today being today. It's all relative. Einstein said it best in his quote "Time is an illusion, albeit a very persistent one"
  4. Man stands in his own shadow and wonders why there is darkness.
  5. @Gavalanche If I had money I'd buy a piece of property somewhere secluded. Maybe Maine. Have a cabin built off the beaten path or find an existing site and create a nice balanced working/living environment. I'd practice Zen, carry water, hit key stroke. Could you work from a remote location? More and more company's are willing to allow their employees to work remotely. Just one of many options to consider.
  6. @Kserkkj Should you stop meditating? I agree with Telapresents on it's totally your call. If it doesn't help you than stop. The simplest advise I can give is just let go. Do what you do, but do it without any personal attachment to what life throws at you. This is where meditation comes in nicely. It creates a space of inner silence to which all this happens within. It balances shit out.
  7. @Pramit What a word means to me may mean something totally different within your experience. Words are at best a finger pointing to something as a general description. Seldom does it hit the exact bulls eye. Especially on this elusive topic that requires a direct experience to fully relate to the words that carry the message. I could write 1000 words on how the North American Nebula looked in the telescope last night but unless you can relate directly to that experience and seen it yourself, all I'm doing is painting a picture in your imagination of something that you have no direct experience of. Maybe the name/description gives you some idea that it's shape is similar to North America and may give you something that you can relate to. But after that it's anyone's guess what you may get out of the other 997 words I used in describing something outside of your direct experience.
  8. @GeoNothing has a true location or solidity/substance to it. Your mind assigns a location, color, solidity, distance, size, smell ect. to everything. These are just tools the mind uses to navigate within the physical realm of time and space. *Or maybe you eyes where just starting to water.
  9. This is an illusion happening within the dream state of self. There is no one to be depressed, happy, anxious, sad, ect. (same as above) All this is bolstering the illusion that there is a "you" to attain something. I'd be really fucking burned out too! Your goal should be to just except the fact that there is no validity to a "you" that has an ego to be liberated from. The "you" that has an ego is the dream state. Do you want to know the straight up truth? Just stop Bull Shitting yourself and just do it! You have all the intellectual knowledge that would ever be needed but you still cling to the security of the dream self. A fabrication of your thoughts. You are keeping yourself stuck between a self and no-self because your afraid of what may happen if you let go and TOTALLY SURRENDER. You haven't experienced a deep Ego Death yet? Your training is over. It's now time for you to come face to face with the enemy on the battlefield. Only you can do this! Be ready to be mortally wounded. Only than is there true liberation from the egoic dream.
  10. Sometimes after meditation I experience what is talked about here as seeing reality pixelated. I have mostly dismissed it as being just an artifact of having my eyes closed for some period of time and possibly the light sensitive cones in the eyes becoming hyper sensitive. But I'm not sure. Has anybody else noticed this happening too? Do you think there is any truth to what is said here or do you think it's just an optical illusion? I have noticed that like ringing in the ears the more aware I am if it, the more prevalent it becomes.
  11. @Frogfucius Light is creating existence. In it's raw form, the light energy being emitted from a sun creates planets with life. But behind that raw form of light you see with your eyes there is yet another more refined light energy. So there is light, within light. Long story short, there is no separation between you and light energy on both gross and subtle levels.
  12. @Barna How do you (As awareness) know that you are self aware? The universe created a way to perceive itself. That's you.
  13. @Skrotus Your mind can travel anywhere you want it to. That explains all of it.
  14. @retardedhorse1 Your a certified land jelly fish now. Enjoy the floatation of it!
  15. @Barna It sounds like the self query is working nicely for you. I think Mooji said it best when he said, You are the perceiver of everything that comes and goes.
  16. @Barna @Maximilian We'll find out in 11 months if people are getting enlightened or not. But why wait 11 months just to realize that the absolute is a stage where we all play a role in the show. Everything seen are props as awareness sits as the audience. So, am I a player on the stage? Or the awareness of it?
  17. @Alex K I got ya. I find consciousness and it's origin an exciting topic to explore so I guess we're talking different subjects.
  18. It ain't that serious. All just playful fun with existence, no more than that.
  19. @Azrael I too remember this feeling well. Exploring the source of that would be interesting for sure. Also as a child there were many experiences of suddenly feeling at one with existence. Now as an adult I seem to have to almost search for that instead of it just happening of it's own doing. Since we're on the subject of childhood experience, I would also get Deja Vu a lot. Of course at the young age I had never heard of the word Deja Vu. Only much later in life did I find that what I had experienced was called Deja vu and others experienced it also. Any insights you have, please feel free to share. Thanks man!
  20. @Alex K Physicists prove his theory for him with the double slit experiment (a wave becomes a particle/matter when it is observed) and consciousness creates the universe. Conscionsceness would than be prior to matter, or at least work hand in hand. When you say "In here we talk of Karma" are you referring to this Forum is mostly about Karma? Or did I get that wrong? I'm not sure. Here is a excerpt from the link on Biocentrism that you submitted: "The fourth principle suggests that consciousness must exist and that without it “matter dwells in an undetermined state of probability" . Physicists David Bohm had proposed something similar to this 50 years ago with his theory of "The Implicate -Explicate Order." *In a transcendent state of no-self I directly experienced something similar to this "probability state" . It was nothing short of a teaming foam of all possibilities. I labeled it "The source of all things" at that time. I really can't say what that experience was. Does it exist as another dimension beyond the physical? Or was that a state of pure consciousness that I experienced? Whatever it was, it changed the way I see everything. All of physical existence does have it's source.
  21. A more complex universe that does not require consciousness ? Why not? Consciousness could be specific only to certain universes. A completely different OS for each. For all of humanity it would be huge. A global understanding this universe is creating and exploring itself through the human organism. A creation of itself.
  22. @Barna Enlightenment is the next stage in natural human evolution. Enlightenment as we refer to it is the realization of something that most are just blind to as of now. The big picture of unification that is missing from our everyday mindset as a civilization. Maybe someday we will look back on these days and see it as the coming out of the dark ages of understanding and into realization that everything is one unified field. That change in thinking will in itself change the way our brains are wired and profound insights could than flourish and multiply upon themselves. Physical changes to the brain structure may happen by shrinking certain parts of the brain that are remnants of our caveman ancestors and the activation of higher thought areas could become awakened. I didn't know about trinfinity before but it sounds great to me. I really hope it catches on in a big way. Thanks for sharing that.
  23. @Live Life Liam I'd ask myself two questions. Where do I want to be in ten years? And in ten years will still want the same? Step back and take a look at the bigger picture in a none attached way from the outside. If you decide that is the way to go, flow in that direction. Move slowly but with intention.
