For me , i eliminated stress, i made change very small as such that i can enjoy making change and i learned to love the love the process.also in every field first 4 years was suffering and after 4 years doing that thing is like a hit of crack cocaine

Personal development feels like a scam because it has a steep learning curve.for me to get atleast something practical from personal development i had to do it for 4 years.before 4 years of work everything was mindfuck.but after 4 years i got practical results.personal development is not like meditation where in meditation u can get results within 6 months.after my 4 years doing pd is one of the most satisfying thing in my life.doing pd is like doing heroine or crack cocaine.and u can reach this point.it may take u 3 years.it may take u 7 years.evetyone is different.

Start with sedona method.when u get a strong negetive emotion,feel it.then incorporate shadow work and other techniques from leos book.about time,u do not do it for a fixed time but do it when u get random emotional attack

If u have lot of suffering then do kriya yoga.i did a 15 min kriya yoga session and it reduced 80% of my suffering for 8 hours.after 8 hours i do 1 more kriya session and almost all my suffering is reduced for a single day.

U need to do a lot of work on the course , hours and hours and u will outgrow some part of the course Robert greene is a more simplified version of lp course.i can never fully master the lp course because some of the individual concepts like law of attraction ,subconscious mind etc require decades of work to master.many concepts and ideas require a lifetime to fully understand.i wil never fully master lp course .hence i prefer robert green as it is simple and the necessary or essential bare minimum

The mastery concept is also very important.u need to contemplate and make the concept your own ie able to use it on your own or internalize it
