@Bob Seeker stage green is toxic.stage yellow is the first non toxic state.u will be stuck in greene for a min of 5 years.if u do not master stage orange and move to green ,it will be problamatic.in green u will stop working as much as u were in orange.also green hates orange.so its upto u to decide whethear to move to green.also do not take it as a competition to move to higher stage.when i was in green my work ethic suffered.if u can maintain a good work ethic and still be green then that will be the best of all world

You exist as two .You are surrounded with your thoughts in the mind.now all your thoughts are negetive.so when u look at those thoughts ,they are so negetive and u feel bad about yourself.if u practice kriya for 15 minutes and up, u will get peace and happiness for 8 hours.kriya yoga switch off your thoughts by 80% for 8 hours.u practice another session of kriya yoga and u get 80% of thoughts switched off for another 8 hours making it a total of 16 hours ie your waking time.if u get 80% of your thoughts switchedd off like this every day for 30 days then you will feel like u woke up from a dream.u get a mini wakeup from dream.you get self transcending experience in short span of time.u will rise above the negetive thoughts.your problems like i am not good enough,i am inferior to everyone,i am a bad person etc will disappear.remeber .kriya yoga is the greatest meditation path and is the fastest way to nirvikalpaka samadhi My story. @How to be wise i understand that russian ideologies make u go backwards.but usa's methods are like prostitution.in afghanistan ussr build roads and tunnels and other things .usa did nothing of benifit to the afghans.usa printed a lot of dollars in the name of using it on afghanistan but did nothing there and took that money back to usa.i hear native afghan people say ussr was better than usa.in the middle east usa will be your ally today , will support rebels tomarrow and overthrow you.i understand no one is better .but i read somewhere that russia is straight forward and ruthless and usa is indirect and un predictable and hyper profit motived On the other hand , usa rebuilded japan ,south korea and made them truly modern.living condition is very good there. all wars are done for profit and for resources.i wish everyone would get in a table and come up with a good moral code to be used in a war.
