how does a 9 looking chad like u end up doing self actualization and meditation. as far as i know most chads have low attention span and are busy partying and they never end up in self help

stop over fantasizing about yellow. when u reach there u will understand what that stage is without u lifting a finger. all u need is to exhaust stage green and do it in a responsible way. its important to exhaust green in a responsible way or u will injure yourself. also the most important thing in self help is not spiral dynamic or systems thinking. the most important thing is to understand the mastery process imo as it is the foundation on which everything including sd lie.

u do not know the history of wahabism and salafism or islam . they are heavily funded by britian first and now by western powers like israel and usa and others. they are used to divide muslims from within.to really understand who is behind all this , we need to look as far as back in 1850s. my aim is to learn authentic islam and authentic sufism . wahabism/salafism corrupted authentic islam from middle east. yemen and syria are the last remaining and i cannot go there as their situation got fucked by because of usa and israel intervention.india and pakistan are the best option for me. infact all of the current problems in middle east are purposefully engineered from 1920 by britain and top powers at that time after ottoman empire collapsed

@Yoremo start tiny. make u r actions tiny. know your capacity and your limits and plan your first actions within your limit. for example if u have the ability to meditate only 3 min, then start meditating only 3 minitues. after 3 or 4 months or after 1 week or after 2 week or after some time it will be easy . when those 3 minute of meditation is easy then increase the meditation habit to meditating 6 min per day. do it for months or weeks and it will be easy . then increase 6 min meditation habit to 9 min meditation per day. in this manner u can easily meditate 2 hours per day. using the above example u need to do the action within your limit and gradually increase your capacity . for more information, read the book tiny habits by bj fogg

to get very good result from self improvement, u need to work for a minimum of 4 to 5 years. upto those years everything was a mindfuck and confusion. i was in a labarynth for 4 or 5 years before something clicked and everything made sense. let me tell u , after those 5 years u will be an extra ordinary or amazing human if u do the work daily .

develop the foundation of how to survive ie how to have success,develop social skills,etc. after u have a decent grasp of that , then u can learn philosophy. also u can start meditating from tomarrow morning. pick a spiritual path that u resonate with and start mediating tomarrow morning develop the practical foundational skills and then go into advanced topic. u can get the foundation within 5 years imo

iq is unchangable . so focus on other things like understanding mastery process, developing work ethic , using law of attraction to your advantage, changing belief system etc. very few percentage of the jobs like 1 % or something require high iq. for the rest of the jobs, u can perform very good by focusing on non iq factors

U need to contemplate on sd naturally for 6 months or 1 year and u will know your stage without a test

i do not know. the anti muslim propoganda is moving forward. china and pakistan are looking for a way to destroy india. they will utilize the muslim hindu division to their advantage and weaken india.but anti muslim propganda is increasing in india every day. genocide happens step by step. a lot of step had to be taken to reach genocide. india is in 2nd or 3rd step. bjp has polorized a lot of hindus to hate muslims. attack on muslims are happening here and there. special status of muslims in jammu and kashmir is taken down. in assam non muslim immigrant can stay while muslim immigrant need to leave the country. all of these are anti muslim steps .someone need to stop bjp. but at present india is still safe in south india. i do not know what is it like in north india. bjp forced media to cooperate . in south india , muslims are perfectly safe. but in north , there are tensions yup i need to be more mature i guess. i was expressing my frustration. my purpose is to be an islamic scholar and a sufi mystic.to fullfill this purpose i need to be living in a place which has lot of sufi mystics and islamic scholars.india has lot of them. india defended islam from getting corrupted by western powers . there are some corruptions but majority are still uncorrupted.so i cannot leave india. all middle east is corrupted by usa funded wahabi ideology.in syria there are lot of authentic islamic people but u know the situation there.pakistan is a terrorist nation and i will suffer .but islam in pakistan is uncorrupted. i cannot go there. the only other option is malaysia and indonesia. i need to do research on those countries.as far as i am aware of, there are no big sufi saints in malaysia.

once i hit rock bottom. i reached a point where i cant take anymore. i started doing self help. fast forward today, i am happy and i am in a very good position. back in the day there was this kid who was very smart and was the top of the class. i use to be jelous of him. but he made a lot of mistake in life. now i am schooling him about life. he is dependent on me for self help. u should choose a field and work 3 hours per day for 10 years. if u do that u will reach the top 1 % of the population in that field. and let me tell u , being in the top 1 % of people in a field is immensly satisfying. u will be in flow state if u reach that point. einstein started studying science at age 15 . after 10 years he came up with theory of relativity.boby fisher took 10 years to reach top. wherever u look there is a story of a young man, who started learning in a field and after 10 years of hard work, he reached the top its good to seperate spirituality from expertise.

the reason india has lot of meditation and yogic path or is the most developed spiritual country is because in india ,sages are very well respected and a king will give a lot of support for sages, while in other countries they are executed

it is always best to focus on 1 belief at a time . once u know how to change 1 belief, thenu can change multiple belief at a time.but that is intermediate or advanced level
