@StarStruck arent u the one who recommended to me to do witnessing meditation.thanks for that I have no time .out of 6 hours , i use 5.5 hours for different activities.do u know any other way which is more efficient than witnessing meditation

do a technique called navi kriya from kriya yoga and u will lose your fear manipura chakra is responsible for the fear. if u work on that chakra then u will be able to reduce your fear

@Raptorsin7 yeah. but do u know any self help community like that in discord or reddit. leo will not let this community go to discord becuase this forum will go extinct if he do that and he would lose $$$$ i found 1 community online but there people are toxic. i went out of depression for 2 years now. toxicity /negetive state is like a disease . and if i interact with a toxic person for some period of time i will get toxic state installed into my mind and my depression will return. i do not wanna do that. i would rather stay as loney than getting my depression back
