But Leo... to most humans loving evil is unfathomable. They think their selfishness and fear is a virtue. How do you propose that they change? -

The problem is humans don't know that they can undo evil. They think it's some kind of real quantity independent of their own mind. -

Quite correct, evil literally has no existence in any objective sense. And awareness of good and evil arises out of the fear of death and vice versa(knowing good and evil also creates the fear of death). But the truth is that death itself is an illusion as well, so evil is an illusion created by fear of another illusion. -

It did, this is basically the same logic as Descartes' Evil Demon Doubt. And it's true that on some level you're just taking your experiences on faith. Transcending reality by becoming Omniscient/Omnipresent is the best solution. Because as everything you know everything, and since you know everything you know all there is to know about deception and can therefore objectively determine things to be or not be so. Until then, you'll just have to assume that your experiences are valid. The problem with that is we're presented with a damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario. I can state all of the most profound truths about the universe and what it actually is. But if I communicated those things to Dave(or most any human for that matter) the things I'd be describing would be completely out of their direct experience and very alien to them. So they'd either take my statements on blind faith(which obviously isn't ideal), or they have to assume that I've lost my marbles(which is also unfavorable because then they're just rejecting the truth). Only empirically is there a lack of evidence. And this is because mainstream science isn't interested in doing the necessary experiments to verify/falsify these things. Well, the method Leo prescribes is to do 30mg of 5 Meo DMT ten times. However, I advise against this, not because it's ineffective. In fact, given the response most humans have to the substance(it produces an Omniscient state of consciousness), empirically this would work. The main reason I would suggest an alternative is simply that if you do this, it will dissolve your ego so rapidly that you'll have something like a psychotic breakdown(at least in the first trip anyway). It turns out that dying is a terrifying experience who would have known? I have an alternate method, but which won't work as swiftly but also isn't nearly as terrifying. For the next 30 days, think to yourself mentally "I remember my dreams" over and over as often as you can, taking breaks from that when you find you need to think about things in order to function then return to the exercise. When you're watching a video think this, when you're falling asleep at night think it etc etc. The reason for my suggesting this, is that you're effectively asking yourself how you can know the things Leo says to be true. Or in other words, you want to know firsthand the true nature of the universe. Your nighttime self has the knowledge you seek(or at least is more capable of obtaining it than your daytime self). You can transcribe your dream memories in a journal if you want. This will assist you, but is not entirely vital as you'll become competent enough at recalling dreams in your own mind that it should be ultimately unnecessary. If and when you've done what I've suggested, I'll want to hear what you've learned in that month. Based on what you tell me, I'll give further instructions. But for now, you should read Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner. As it contains incredibly valuable knowledge about this topic. Including accounts of experiences that are effectively impossible under the materialist paradigm(which you can recreate yourself). -

He isn't straw manning the typical academic. They actually do tend to be irrationally close minded. But to your point, yes there are many of them who are intelligent enough to consider what to them seems to be novel ideas. Such examples would be individuals like Max Tegmark or really any of the founders of Quantum Mechanics. But people like these are not the norm in mainstream science, they are the exception. -
JuliusCaesar replied to OneIntoOne's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That's a distinction without a difference, as objectively speaking all that's physical is spiritual. Of course you know that already, I assume it might be useful to someone else reading this. -

I didn't watch the video as I have little to no interest in the topic. So perhaps what I'm about to say you could argue is unfair/biased and irrational. But I'm going to assume that Leo teaches a highly indirect method of "getting laid" that involves many unnecessary steps. And I don't just mean that you could simply create the most desirable sexual partner out of thin air, you could. I also mean that even as a mortal with typical human limitations, what Leo is teaching probably still involves unnecessary steps. As you could simply walk the streets of a metropolitan city and ask every attractive female you see if she wants to fuck. Sure, you wouldn't have the highest sucess rate, but it would be above 0. And sure, a few of the women will probably assault you/pepper spray your face or even call the police. But if you persevere, you'd succeed and much sooner than you expected. -

Icke certainly seems to have had legitimate spiritual experiences. The fact that he says things like those you've mentioned, and that death is an illusion is clearly proof he has a drastically different worldview from most humans currently. So I'd say he's awake, though I'm not entirely certain why he promulgates so many conspiracy theories. -
Quite correct, these things you're identifying as foreign beliefs are nothing alien to these people. But are rather integral parts of how they make sense of reality. They feel these beliefs are part of themself just as much as their body is. So when you challenge their beliefs, they perceive you to be like an external threat trying to take their life. It's only logical that they'll dig their heels in the dirt and double down on their convictions, much as you would if you encountered a hungry animal trying to kill you. You wouldn't just surrender, and think well there's evidence that I could be dead therefore I should be. No, you'd fight back, what they're doing relative to their religious beliefs is no different. If you want to alter the beliefs of other people, telling them they're wrong is 180 degrees the opposite of what's actually effective. Which is to show them they already believe what you want them to. Combine that with graduality to slowly alter their perceptions, and how they think about reality. And you have a winning formula for manipulating others' worldview/mindset. This is effectively how Charles Manson took ordinary law abiding Americans who wouldn't hurt a fly and transformed them into crazed cultists and murderers. Certainly, the same strategy could be employed to bring about the opposite impact.

Lol, this is already the way reality is. The human species is just too judgemental to realize it.

All human societal structures are basically cults. It's just that some are more obviously cult like than others.

You can't be serious. You said this in the 'Is this my first incarnation thread' "That's because you assume when Tyler goes off (sleeps), Tyler still goes on dreaming. What really happens is that when Tyler goes off, Tyler goes off, it's not sleeping, it doesn't exist anymore lol" I could quote the rest of the comment, but this is enough to demonstrate that you understand materialism is bullshit. As under the materialist paradigm there's this thing called object permanence which would mean that Tyler exists while sleeping(the same way the moon is assumed to still exist if you were to look away). And what edit did you think I made? lol. The only editing I did was a spelling correction. -

You know it's nearly impossible for you to successfully pretend you're a naive realist when we have access to this. https://www.actualized.org/forum/profile/5580-shin/ -

Is that projection? And where is the brain occurring? -
JuliusCaesar replied to Vibroverse's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Due to oneness, you and other are the same. So there's no difference(objectively speaking) between you and someone whom you experience as other than/outside of you. However, the relative nature of self is relevant here. As the nature of reality is that it's essentially a field of infinite possibility. And some things are highly unlikely to occur to the point of being practically impossible. An example of this would be you evolving by your own power to become basically a god. It's technically possible, though so unlikely that it may as well be a pipe dream. A more likely scenario would be that you find another who is omnipotent and uses their power to elevate you to the same consciousness that they posses. And even that's highly improbable, at least for most humans because in order for that to realistically occur you'd have to be seeking such a being, and most humans aren't aware the existence of such a thing is possible. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Vibroverse's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, but it's imagined as being more difficult than in a sleeping dream. So you might need the assistance of some powerful otherworldly being or certainly at any rate something outside of yourself. It's important to keep in mind that there's also a difference between simply the awareness that you're dreaming, and the capacity to actively control the dream consciously. You can have a dream where you know you're dreaming but your attempts to manipulate it fail, and likewise it's possible to manipulate the dream successfully without focusing on the fact that you're dreaming it. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Gabith's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Since I assume none of us have any conscious memories of physical death. The logical thing to do would be to evaluate the near death experiences of others(where they're clinically dead for a period of time but come back). Based on these reports, it seems dying is eerily similar to doing a mega dose of a psychedelic. So it's only reasonable that physical death results in God realization, and also the person awakening into a higher dream. Even if the reports we have from people oftentimes won't tell us that they're God, there's a couple of possible reasons for that. Either they know they'd be called crazy, or they haven't gone far enough into high consciousness to realize it. But in any event, we don't know with any specificity precisely what happens, all we can do is obtain a general idea of what occurs. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Gennadiy1981's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That's valid, but understand the mechanics of how it works. Your entire experience as a "real" human being is a dream of yours. Then if you take for example a high dose of 5 Meo DMT, you experience effectively a new dream(although one that doesn't look entirely too visually alien to the ordinary one) where you realize that you've made all of reality up out of nothing. So basically you're God dreaming that it realizes itself to be God, as the hallucinatory changes brought on by psychedelics are dreams much like your experience of sober reality. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Gennadiy1981's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well, absolutely speaking there isn't any difference between one state of consciousness or another, and therefore there isn't any actual difference between one dream and another. In a relative sense there is however, and as such there are in fact higher level dreams from which the truth is more obvious. So to answer your question, it's both ways. Consuming a psychedelic and/or meditating will both bring you into a different dream, but it's a higher dream which is closer to not dreaming at all(or in other words not deceiving yourself anymore). But even the concept of dreaming vs not dreaming has no absolute truth to it since it's also a duality of concepts. -
JuliusCaesar replied to J J's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is similar to what I was thinking. @J J Keep in mind that if you lose your ego "everything" you have as a mortal. You'll gain absolutely Everything(that which you have plus everything you don't have). So the stakes here are infinitely high, if you succumb to fear you'll be depriving yourself of the greatest possibility. Think of it like this, if you were offered a dollar or a trillion, which would you take? If you say the trillion, then you'd probably have to answer the question of taking infinity vs the finite with the choice of infinity. Another thing you should consider, is that when you're doing 5MEO, you almost certainly will come back to your mundane ordinary life afterward. So the transitory nature of the experience should comfort you as you know you're not going to truly lose your old life in any permanent sense(or temporary sense either, as you gain the absolute while in the trip). Reality is nothing. That isn't the question relevant here, the actual issue is infinite reality vs finite reality. Infinite love vs finite love, infinite truth vs finite truth etc etc. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Danioover9000's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Our sleeping dreams and the hallucination of consensus reality aren't truly separate realities, but are one continuous dream. And as such it's possible for things to carry over from one dream to another and indeed this occurs constantly. Now with that being said, it's ostensibly somewhat difficult to do what we're describing. Because it requires a higher level of proficiency in the dream space than even many who call themselves lucid dreamers have. In case you don't know the veracity of the things I've said above, I'll refer you to my second ever post on here as it details some lucid dreams I've had that prove consensus reality is alterable/learnable from the dream state(as I experienced oneiromancy). -
JuliusCaesar replied to caelanb's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's quite alright, I just had difficulty listening to it without creating a ridiculously in depth response. Exactly. Dave I'm sure is fairly intelligent, it's just that his capacity to think clearly about the paranormal is curtailed by the limitations of his worldview. Years ago I was much like him. I once was as skeptical as you, but when enough highly improbably or in some cases downright impossible things happen(that is given the usual cause and effect logic of Newtonian physics). Eventually you realize that your understanding of the world attributes limitations to reality that it doesn't in fact have. Think about it like this, imagine you're someone who is a strong skeptic of the concept of universal gravitation. You think it couldn't be part of reality, for matter to be attracted to other matter because let's assume you don't have any understanding of what causes such a thing to be so. This is a common level of understanding among the public(they believe in gravity, but if you ask them why it's so they can't really tell you since they don't have know GR). From this skeptical point of view, you could write off all the successful laboratory experiments in this field as having occurred due to pure dumb luck. The logical problem with taking such a position, is that if you bothered to analyze all the available evidence, and calculate the possibility of randomness creating the outcomes, it would be so improbable that you'd like a damn fool for believing that gravity was an illusion created by coincidence. In the same way, paranormal things have in my own life occurred so often that I would be foolish to believe that they occurred purely by chance. And when you consider the wealth of third person accounts of the same phenomena I've gathered(which I believe in only because I've had the same/very similar experiences) it becomes effectively a scientific impossibility that psychic abilities aren't real. There are far more instances of this than an anecdote or two. So it's good that you're open minded, it's an indication of intelligence. It's funny you say that, because I often employ beyond rational skepticism(that normally arises naturally in the minds of materialists) to my own magical practices. It's a double edged sword, because on the one hand I'm creating excuses for procrastinating on doing certain things(because I want to isolate all the potential variables as much as possible). But on the other hand, it benefits me because it permits me to double blind test occult things and therefore distinguish between magickal workings that were effective independently of my own willpower/personal occult capability, and those that were successful simply because I manifested a certain outcome purely by faith. I know I've stated this before but it bears repeating. The only way to ascertain the validity of 3rd person accounts is to attempt to directly experience the same phenomena firsthand. When your own findings corroborate 3rd person accounts, you don't know for certain that they're true, but at least you know that it's reasonable to assert that they are or are likely to be. It is mysterious, but not entirely incomprehensible. In spite of what Leo or anyone might tell you, it's actually humanly possible to logically understand nearly anything, even things that are fully paradoxical and self contradictory(and ironically Leo himself is actually proof of that). Now with that being said, to humans the paranormal does feel more magical and mysterious than natural phenomena. And just a little detail, you do know that atoms aren't actually literally as balls bouncing around right? They're observed as being something much more uncertain and non concrete than that. The more you zoom in on reality the more loosey goosey things become. Meaning an electron is more difficult to nail down than an atom, a quark is more difficult to nail down than an electron etc etc. Ha, I appear to be rubbing off on you. -

I'd recommend you read this. https://www.protestkit.eu/how-to-test-dmt/ And yeah, DMT is incredibly potent. Though that isn't the main concern I have relative to what you've said. What bothers me more is how you're going about acquiring DMT in Russia. Your government loves to masquerade as drug dealers so as to entrap you. I'm not trying to slight the Federation, it's just that they're very tough on this issue(and pretty much any issue involving law breaking for that matter) more so than many foreign governments. -
JuliusCaesar replied to Danioover9000's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It is possible. As to the methodology you'd use, there are an infinite amount of possible ways. You'd probably want to start with simply training yourself to remember your dreams. Once you're capable of recalling all or nearly all of your dreams at will, then you should focus on becoming lucid in the dream state. Once you've mastered that, then you could simply will yourself into someone else's dream from a dream of your own.
