I got initated into shambavi mahamudra , the first day I felt : tears of joy , my 7 years of depression went away , no anger issue , minds focus level was high , felt no libido but when I tried it was too high libido and 100 other benefits but next two days I was traveling then 4 th day I did it no effects were there back to the old self then I’m still doing it , I consulted an ishanga my practices are correct and attended satsang my practices are correct how ever I’m not able to see the effects that I felt on day 1 none of them are there . Please help has anyone faced this issue if so how did you over come it
