@Matt23 thank you. I know it affect me positively, but it's really hard for me to quit porn forever, I alsways keep going back to it. You know, I've just realized that there are things that I genuinely enjoy doing, but the issue is that they are not really fit to be a life purpose. Just something that I do for myself as a hobby. I llike travelling in nature alone, hiking, climbing, doing some parkour, etc. But I don't think those are something I can/want to do as a career. When it comes to creating shit, maybe starting a youtube channel is something that I would enjoy doing. I shoud try. -
Yeah, I know. In general I think that I need to start taking more action. Basically I know tha if I worked really hard and was super focused on something I could achieve it. But I doubt that I can be hard-working and disciplined enough, and that I can keep going and not quit.

@Migue Lonas not being 100% clear about what I want, doubting myself, making premature commitments because of social pressure when I should've given them more thought first
-
@Migue Lonas I am not sure yet. I am tired of making commitments that I keep abandoning. I am still clarifying what I should focus on right now and how I should spend my time. But probably yes. I am not sure how regularly though.

Ha, I went and only drank water with ice and lemon. And it went great First of all, nobody gave a fuck that much. Especially, since I handled the situation with humour. Secondly I wasn't that awkward or closed off / shy at all. I participated in conversations, even initiated some, laughed and had a pretty good time in general. Sure, I wasn't the sould of the company, there were a few moments with uncomfortable silence where I didn't know what to talk about, and one awkward hug when I was leaving, but in general it is a big stepforward for me. I am also really glad and proud of myself for having balls to be myself and do the right thing Thank you for support guys! P.S. my teamleader was amazing. I am so sad that she is leaving.

@Leo Gura wow, I see Then I don't know... Is high cholesterol mainly bad for your cardiovascular system or are there other thins that it affects? Can a lot of physical activity help? What about intermittent fasting? Sorry if this sounds dumb, like I said, I am just throwing ideas around.
-
I see, I didn't know that. What about combining eating lean meat with plant fats? For example oil or flaxseed oil? @Leo Gura do plant oils also affect you negatively?
-
@Leo Gura idk, I was just asking. If I understand correctly it's red meat that is high in cholesterol. So maybe having a month of break here and there where you only eat bird meat can help. But that's just me throwing ideas out there.
-
Is there anything you can do to compensate for it?
-
@Mormegil yeah, I will try to. Thanks for advise.
-
@AJBrew why? Why not a pistol squat then?

Authenticity and being real I really like that Leo doesn't try to hide behind a mask of being overly politically correct just to be safe. He says what he truly beliefs without being apologetic about it. He doesn't avoid uncomfortaable topics or questions. This is worth a lot in our world where most people are cold, closed off, and business like. Integrity Not promoting some shady nord vpn / protein powder / miracle nootropic kind of bullshit. Not doing some stupid black Friday course sales. Being open to criticism and actually responding to it. Veing extremely open about the way he does his business. Basically, with Leo you don't feel like he tries to screw you over at any opportunity he gets to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you. You know that when he publishes a video, he publishes it for its own sake and not to promote his upcoming new program which will only be available for 30 days and then will get a rerun in the next year. Putting his soul into his work No comments needed here, hands down the highest quality content on youtube. Kindness and compasssion I think this is something that many people look over and don't appreciate enough. But Leo is a really kind person. Whenever there is a person on the forum who is in a really bad place and needs help, Leo always tries to help them. Even if they are a total emotional mess and act in really stupid ways. His style Some might call it arrogant and unprofessional but I like it. Leo is funny and entertaining which is an especially big achievement considering the topics he talks about. I like the fact that Leo can sometimes be brutal in his video and say stuff like "you are not taking your life seriously enough" because it is motivating and it helps me get myself together when I feel depressed and a mess in general. Some of Leo's videos are like a nice cold shower. And omg, his costumes, how cana you not love his costumes. Him wearing this silly horned mask and complaining how much it hurts while talking about philosophy was pure gold, lol. *** Just felt like posting this...

Okay, haha Thank you, you too )
-
@Judy2 no worries ) Yeah, I know but sometimes I just need something to get me out of the negative state of mind. And working out while also being around people helps with that. Haha, well the issue with me is that I will eat crap and be depressed for one day and then get mad at myself and do a 24 hour fast on the next day. And that's while going to a dietician and trying to be vegan... But I am working on it XD. Yeah, I know. Also, don't be sorry, it was really nice talking with you
-
@Judy2 what do you mean? What I meant is that I often struggle with depression and ego backlashes. And in such moments I tend to overeat a lot (like order 2 pizzas from uber eats a lot). Going to the gym woild be a great way to change your state, but you can't exercise much on a full stomach, right? Well, this is snot that much of an issue with this exercise. Or at least I assume so because I never had much issue going up a normal staircase on a full stomach.
-
@Judy2 one good thing about it is that you don't have to do it on an empty stomach. Perfect "getting out of depression" exercise actually.
-
@Judy2 yeah, you are right ))

@Leo Gura oh ok, fuck it, let me also come clean. We are striving towards the Truth here after all. I used to have another account before @BornToBoil At some point I got really embarrassed / upset by something and decided to quit actualized.org. So I asked a mode to delete it while being all emotional. They couldn't delete it so I asked them to give me 20 warning points. And they did. After a while I understood that I overreacted and wanted to come back. But discovered that I can't even pm mods while banned. So I asked my friend to reach out to the mod, apologize to him, and asked to take back the warning points. Unfortunately, the mod didn't answer for quite a while so my friend created a new account for me instead (that's also the origin of my nickname btw, I asked them to come up with "something funny" for it, hehe). Funny thing is, warning points got removed from my old account eventually, but I decided to stick to this one anyway. I know this violates forum's rules and apologize for it. And even though I would love to be able to stay here I understand if I get banned. Edit: in case I get banned, may I get some time before that to write my last post?

@Judy2 want me to be honest? I feel kind of awkward trying it because it is a "girls' exercise", haha. Edit: also, I do like running
-
@Godhead as I said, I am not really a fun of using machines or over complicated / hard to set-up exercises like hip thrusts for example. You need enough place to lay down and to not get in other people's way, you need some kind of matts behind your back, you need to crawl under the barbell after each set. The same thing with "swiss ball single leg curl", sounds too tedious, haha I want my workouts to be something that I enjoy.
-
@Mormegil Is there something in particular that's wrong with adding it to a leg day? The thing is idk where else I am supposed to add it. I plan to train 6 days a week using push/pull/legs split adding 7th cardio day sounds like an overkill @Forza-Spirito he looks interesting, I will check him out. @Judy2 why do you prefer steps over running?

@LfcCharlie4 strength

@Leo Gura I am currently buying bottled water as there is no better option for me. To be honest I only use it for drinking not cooking, but just for drinking, I buy about 8, 1.5 liter bottles per week. And it costs me about 3.5 dollars. So it's a pretty good deal imo. I also live in Poland

@Inliytened1 you are abusive and dishonest. And you are the one who does gaslighting. Yes, I am done.
-
@Inliytened1 @no_name both of you guys are dishonest hypcrites and deep inside you know that. You are porbably just bitter that you couldn't make anything out of your own lives, so this shitshow is all you've got now. I am done with both of you.
