Yeah, I don't say that it does. I just don't know what is there to enjoy about relationships specifically at that age. You are not that attractive anymore. You don't have much of a sex drive. You probably aree not feeling lonely or care for validation anymore at that point. But yeah, you are right, I am curious what my opinion will be when I am actually 50.

@Hibahere imagine being just 21 yo, having already been in multiple relationships and still complaining about your dating life and calling them "disappointments" when there are lots of people who have never even been in a single relationship until like 25-26 years old. And even beyond that, most people don't find a "perfect" match for them jntil their 30s. Some never do and have to go through divorces, heartbreaks and other drama their whole lives. Stop being so pessimistic, you are still young. You have your whole life ahead of you. It's entitled to think thaat you can just go and find your soulmate or whatever after a couple of tries by manifesting them. So work on those things. Why obsess about dating so much? How is it different from being a martial artist let's say (an example you actually used in the Life Purpose Course)? Sure, martial arts are probably more about personal development then, let's say, jumping on a pogo stick is ( if done properly), but still.

You just need to keep going so that you can meet more of those and improve your skills so that you can convert this initial attarction into sex, dates, and relationships. Think of it this way. These are just 3 silly mexican girls, who cares about them. There are sure to be girls on this planet who will find you more attractive than your friend. If you happened to run into those 3 girls instead would this mean that your friend should now feel inferior to you? Just keep working on your skills. Yeah, I am not arguing with that. I've just noticed you bringing up that point that "there are people from all over the world in Vegas so my dating experience can't be skewed by the fatc that I live here" several times in different discussions. And wanted to ask about it. I am not even arguing that pickup and attraction principles work everywhere just as they would in Vegas But let's say you are interested in a committed relationship or even finding and lifelong partner for yourself. Is such thing even possible there? Like who would go there looking for a "soulmate", haha. In your experience, do you know many people from your city who stayed with the same partner for 10 years and had a healthy stable relationship? Can you living there affect your views on dating and relationships? Or even when it comes to standards and expectations. You say that most guys have low standards. But I think you would agree that "standards" are subjective and there is no actual real standard. Can your standards be higher than that of the ordinary guy and mire skewed towards physical beauty vs let's say personality because you live in Vegas? Is the same the case for girls there? I mean the kind of boyfriend they expect to get personality wise. I am quite sure that there is more pressure on you to have this confident player vibe when dating in Vegas than there is on me, in my city, where there are plenty of attractive girls who seem to be quite happy dating nerdy, introverted guys or the family/provider kind of guys.

What do you think about the fact that 99.9 percent of people have never been to Vegan and will never visit it in their lifetime. For a person to even consider going to Vegas they need to have a certain charachter, a certain set of values, interests, priorities, have enough money, be able to travel, they need to have alif that allows them to go to Vegas, etc. The way I see it, it doesn't matter that there are people from all over the world. They are still all from a very narrow layer of world population. Lets take me for example: - I don't have money to go to vegas right now, even though I am not poor and live a decent life. Still there is no way for me to afford it at the moment. This alone filters out a tonn of people. - Even if I had money to go to vegas, I wouldn't because unless I am a millionaire there are things which have a higher priority to me sp I would rather spend money on them. Even if we consider travel alone, I would much rather spend 10k dollars on some cool rock climbing vacation to a national park then on going to vegas, or heck even some spa resort sounds more attractive to me. This also filters out a bunch of people - If Vegas was my only option and money wasn't a concern for me at all then I guess I could go there just for the sake of experience and being openminded. What would I do there? I have no idea. I don't like parties. I don't like hook-ups. I don't like nightclubs. I don't like casino's. I assume that music there is shit. And I don't drink. Literally, the only reason I would ever genuinely want to go to Vegas is to meet you irl and say thank you, Leo. So what I am trying to say is that it's not like there are diverse samples of every kind of person in Vegas. It's actually pretty homogeneous if you look past superficial things like citizenships and nationality.

Can mantras be effective to shift your brain state / reprogram your mind in the same way affirmations do or are they going to be ineffective because I don't understand what's being said. I like mantras more but I am wondering if they are actually doing something?

You could add chickpeas and tahini there. Both are pretty healthy. I am not sure about 1000 but that will be quite a few bonus calories. @Leo Gura btw, do you think fasting one day per week can help your body get rid of toxins that you acquire during the week? Maybe not heavy metals but other stuff?
