I was very sceptical of them at first, because I thought that they are just another fitness gimmick and because there is already a million different ways to workout. I've always trying to keep my training minimal and focus on fundamental exercises like pull ups, push ups, dips, barbell squats, deadlifts, etc. But the more I learn about maces and clubs, the more I like them. They seem so fun to work with. And also it looks like they are perfect for balancing things out and filling the holes from the regular exercises. I am considering buying myself a mace now.

I've decided to buy a club instead of a mace after all because it seems more basic. I should get it some time next week.

@Rigel cool, thank you for sharing. Yeah just learning how to move your body properly seems very important for basic health, beyond just being strong.

@Michael569 I wonder what your thoughts on this are. Side to side rotation and throwing movement seem like really important and useful movement patterns that most people don't train at all.

@Michael569 when you are talking about homeopathy, do you mean some specific healing protocol? Because I always thought that basically anything herbal and natural is homeopathy. Like chamomile tea.

It's probably the best looking transition I have ever seen. Like how is it possible to go from looking so meh to looking so good? This is insane. The drink tasted bad, even though it had only 5% of alcohol in it. I basically forced myself to drink it all. The first few hours of being drunk were kind of fun. I can see why people like. But nothing ground breaking or comparable to mushrooms. Not worth it considering all the negatives. The not so fun part started later in the night, because I got sick and actually threw up. And today I still feel kind of nauseous, in waves and my head hurts, although not too badly. Do not recommend, other than for thr sake of the experiment. Edit: it was actually 8%
