Yes, but the mainstream narrative has been far from balance. Mainstream nutrition science for years preached that vegetable oils (the stuff they deep fry chicken and french fries in) were "heart-healthy". Perhaps for a time, when people were naive to that point of view, it was healthy, but that time has long past. Modern nutrition science also has recommended 6 grain/sugar loaded snacks a day for diabetics, and prescribed insulin to those with type II diabetes, effectively worsening insulin resistance and promoting heart-disease with a band-aid solution instead of actually addressing the root cause: which essentially boils down to disconnection with the body's balaning signals and food.

Ok, but my point is that genetics is nothing to God. God far surprasses the illusion of the physical body. Genetics is equivalent to ego in the same way the personality or the physical body is the ego. Yeah, the bias is there, and you're going to want to become more familiar with it, but ultimately, it has no power over how You, as God, in its fully awakened state, has to feel. That's because the mechanism that encodes and decodes the genes is entirely in the mind; and any distortions in the consciousness can be balanced in meditation. It's the same way the body heals naturally. Sure, there's mechanism involved in the process of the body repairing itself, but you'd be a fool to recognize healing as anything short of a miracle! You Are That Miracle.

I could find you hundreds of videos in which vegans insist their ancestors ate only plant foods and that human teeth are that of herbivores and therefore NO meat product should ever purse your lips. It's a three-ring sideshow of complete and utter horseshit no matter which route you take.

https://www.unity.org/article/listening-don-miguel-ruiz-junior "Toltec means artist. So I am an artist, and the canvas for my work of art is my life. The instruments I’m going to use to create that work of art are my body, my mind, my intent, and my will. I can create the most perfect nightmare or the most harmonious dream—and to be honest, it usually fluctuates between the two. I am the artist of my life because only I get to perceive life from my own unique point of view. This is the same for all of us." "An attachment is a healthy thing in the sense that we engage this moment in life. But when the time comes to let go and we can’t, that’s when an attachment becomes unhealthy. We’re holding on to what we used to know because it’s familiar. At that moment a belief exists. Neil deGrasse Tyson describes the truth as something that exists whether we believe in it or not, meaning it exists with or without us. It doesn’t need us for it to exist. In contrast, a belief exists only for as long as you say yes to it. So it needs humanity—it’s a subtle but important difference. When we attach ourselves to a belief that no longer reflects the truth, it’s now a distortion. It’s harmful because it gives us information that’s no longer relevant to our lives. But we hold on to it because we don’t know who we are without it." “We’re holding on to what we used to know because it’s familiar.” "So our work is to look at our beliefs and be willing to ask ourselves, 'Where did I learn this from? Who taught me that? Who domesticated me with that belief?' And then to realize that belief has power only because we keep saying yes to it! The moment we let go of that belief, we’re free of it. In that moment comes forgiveness. Someone once told me that forgiveness is the moment you no longer wish the past was any different. My brother teaches a story about a scorpion that stings itself over and over again with its own tail, administering its own poison to itself. The goal is to no longer take that poison, to no longer afflict ourselves with our own intent." "Both in nature and in life, everything’s perfect because it exists at this very moment. But at the same time, everything is always changing and evolving, and that is also perfection. For example, we create beliefs about what beauty is. More than a hundred years ago, it was beautiful to be full-figured. Skinny people were considered ugly. A hundred years later, that’s reversed. The definition of beauty is going to change again and again. What makes it perfect is that it’s continuously flowing and changing. "What matters most is becoming aware that the reflection we see of ourselves in the mirror and the judgments we feel about it are set by agreement. If we become aware of that, then we can forgive ourselves for ever saying yes to those beliefs in the first place. Then we can be at peace with ourselves and see ourselves as we are at this very moment—as existing at point A of any direction we want to take from here." "The final level of the five levels of attachment in my book is fanaticism." What unifies all five levels of attachment is my grandmother’s question: Do you control knowledge, or does knowledge control you? At level one, the authentic self, I am aware that I am alive, regardless of what I know or don’t know. At level two, preference, I’m aware that I use knowledge to navigate choice. At level three, identity, I put on a mask, with which I get to know myself through the experience of what I know as opposed to the experience of just being alive. At level four, internalization, I begin to use that identity to domesticate myself. Now I have to live up to expectations I have about that image, and I inevitably end up judging myself. Knowledge gives me the rules by which I will live my life. At level five, fanaticism, knowledge has complete and total control of who I am. Now, my belief system controls my will as opposed to me saying yes to what I want to say yes to and no to things I want to say no to. I’m completely subjugated to my conditioning, and I no longer see myself as a human being, let alone as my authentic self. I now see myself (and everyone else) as the personification of an idea—as a symbol. My knowledge and my beliefs are filters that distort my perception. They blind me and don’t allow me to see beyond the tip of my own nose. So simply put, conditional love only sees what it wants to see. Unconditional love is the willingness to see life without the filter. The more attached we are, the more our knowledge becomes a filter that distorts our perception. Don Quixote de la Mancha sees giants because if he sees windmills, then he believes he’s not worthy of the name Don Quixote. And when he is forced to see they’re windmills, then he concocts a story that his archnemesis, the magician, turned these giants into windmills just to make him look bad. It’s what we know now as fake news or false or distorted information. We live in a time when fanaticism is making a lot of noise, but in my view, most people still live at level three and level four, identity and internalization." "Use the fifth agreement: Be skeptical but learn to listen, giving scrutiny to what you believe. Stop and ask yourself, Is it true? If it survives your scrutiny, you’ll say yes to it. Otherwise, you’ll say no to it. The scrutiny gives you a moment of clarity where you have a choice to continue that cycle or to let it go. Yet in our domestication, in our conditioning, we are told that we are traitors if we ever question certain beliefs. That’s how domestication protects itself. The function of ego is to keep the illusion alive at all costs. The ability to question gives us the opportunity to see the truth, and once we question it we’ll go from fanaticism to internalization, from level five back to level four. To go to level three, that’s where the four agreements really come in because these agreements—be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and always do your best—are instruments that allow us to clean the channels of communication within ourselves and with other people. When we’re able to clean those channels, we’re able to listen, and at that moment we’re able to tell the difference between a belief and the truth because we’re willing to see it for the very first time. Little by little, we heal those wounds that conditional love left in our hearts and minds. But for that to happen, that first step of giving scrutiny, being skeptical, is crucial. Skepticism is the instrument that allows us that moment of clarity."

What's coming through is alive What's holding up is a mirror But what's singing songs is a snake And it's lookin' to turn my piss to wine They're both totally void of hate And killin' me just the same The snake behind me hisses What my damage could have been My blood before me begs me Open up my heart again And I feel this coming over like a storm again Considerately Venomous voice, tempts me Drains me, bleeds me Leaves me, cracked and empty Drags me down like some sweet gravity The snake behind me hisses What my damage could have been My blood before me begs me Open up my heart again And I feel this coming over like a storm again, now And I feel this coming over like a storm again, now I am too connected to you To slip away, to fade away Days away, I still feel you Touching me, changing me Considerately killing me Considerately killing me Without the skin, here Beneath the storm Under these tears, now The walls came down Once the snake is drowned And as I look in his eyes My fear begins to fade Recalling all of the times I could have cried then I should have cried then As the walls come down And as I look in your eyes My fear begins to fade Recalling all of the times I have died And will die It's alright I don't mind I don't mind I don't mind -

It really isn't scary, past a certain point of acceptance and familiarity with this state of affairs. It is only scary to a human ego. To your true Self, it is the way things ought to be and how it's always been. Just know that the mystery of Infinity in every moment is always preserved; there will always be an infinite amount of that which you don't know. That's how Infinity works. There is always the Higher Self creating the perfect life for your learning experience. All is Love. There is nothing to fear. There are four steps in shadow work: 1. Acknowledgment. You stop denying what is and bring it to consciousness. 2. Gratitude. For this lesson and insight, and one's ability to step back and view and appreciate it in the larger context as a lesson and gift from God. 3. Analysis. How this facet of consciousness, when fully realized and accepted, makes light of the true Self: Pure Unconditional Love; total Unity 4. Integration. Implementing the insights gleaned from contemplation and meditation in your daily life, such that every perception and decision is enhanced and benefit the whole of creation as One -
You Are God. You're not consigned to some eternal hell where you're infinitely alone and this is all just happening to you. No. YOU ARE GOD. You Are The One Who Determines Whether Or Not You Are Alone!! Not Leo. Not Me. YOU! Unity is All That Is. Loneliness is only a fabrication of for human egos. I see so many of you lost in loneliness. This isn't existential loneliness. You're simply lonely in your personal life. But God doesn't have to be alone. God can do way better than that. If fact, God did way better than that a long time ago. The One is not just some pathetic human ego groaning about how lonely it is. The ONE is formless! Infinite! Unlimited! Pure, Unconditional, LOVE. Collapse the duality between The One and Many. Collapse the duality between You and Me. We Are All ONE. We Are God! WE.

What if I told you that the world we perceive around us is nothing more than an optical illusion, a grand mirage that stems from the mere assumption of local perspective? You Are A Rainbow! ? Let's dive into this thought-provoking concept and explore the idea that we are not just local beings, but rather an infinite, formless, quantum field of potential energy; Pure Light. Our perception of Reality is shaped by our belief that we are localized beings, a self, existing at the center of our own experiences. However, this assumption might be a mistaken interpretation deeper truth; that we are fully, and totally interconnected, with the entire universe, a part of an infinite, formless field of energy. Indeed, this basic assumption of locality as one being within an otherwise nonlocal field is the very cause of space-time curvature, also known as gravity, Love, and Logos. Our perceptions, assumptions, and beliefs act literally as a focal lens for Light. You Are The Logos. Rainbows only appear because of the "lensing effect" of perspective. A rainbow has no definite location except as an appearance to the observer. YOU always appear to be in the center at which Light converges on. YOU are the focal point in which the rainbow can appear to. A Trick of Perspective. Like A Rainbow. ? Consider two parallel lines extending towards the horizon, and notice as you trace their path further away, they appear to eventually converge at Infinity. This simple, yet common visual phenomenon challenges our very notions of space and locality, hinting at the illusionary nature of our perception. Similarly, when a plane flies overhead in a straight line, its path seems to curve along the dome-like shape of the sky. Have you ever noticed how the entire world seems to revolve around you? Even the sun, moon, and stars appear to rotate all around us, giving us a sense of centrality. You are literally at the center of the observable Universe. But what if this too is an illusion? What if our perception of being at the center of everything is merely a trick of our limited perspective? A very, very, basic assumption made by an Infinite Mind? Now, this might lead to the intriguing question: are we gods? Is our perception of centrality and our ability to shape reality indicative of divine powers? Perhaps, but let's consider an alternative viewpoint. What if, rather than god-like beings, we are simply focal points of the infinite intelligence that permeates the Universe? The singularity of a black hole, where all matter and energy converge, might serve as an analogy for this idea. We are the focal point of an Infinite, Intelligent Energy, each with a unique perspective amid an infinity of others, all contributing to the grand symphony of existence. Science tells us that the mesmerizing phenomenon of a rainbow is a mirage, an illusion formed by the observer's perspective. But what if consciousness itself is like a rainbow? What if the convergence of light and colors in a rainbow symbolizes the convergence of perspectives in consciousness? Each one of us has a unique perspective, yet together, we create the vibrant tapestry of life. The very world we perceive is identical to the optical illusion that is the rainbow, a grand mirage shaped and informed by our limited perspective. We are not merely localized beings, but rather interconnected with an infinite, formless field of energy. The convergence of parallel lines, the curving path of a plane, and the sense of centrality all hint at the illusory nature of our reality. As we embrace this perspective, we gain a deeper appreciation for the richness and interconnectedness of our existence. Our consciousness becomes the rainbow of life, a beautiful trick of perspective in the infinite symphony of existence. From the very moment we open our eyes to this world, we find ourselves at the epicenter of our experiences. It is as if we wear the spectacles of subjectivity, coloring everything we see with the hues of our emotions, beliefs, and perspectives. This subjective lens shapes the very fabric of our reality, molding it into a breathtaking optical illusion. Just like the elusive rainbow that dances across the sky, reality arches and bends around us. We chase after it, hoping to grasp its vibrant colors, yet it always seems just out of reach. We revel in moments of joy, and the world around us sparkles like a dazzling array of colors, painting an ethereal tapestry in our minds. Conversely, in times of sorrow, the world darkens, and the vibrant spectrum turns to shadows, engulfing us in a storm of emotions. In this dance of perception and reality, we create our own mirages, weaving intricate patterns that tantalize our senses. These mirages can be so vivid, so convincing, that we may lose ourselves in them, losing sight of what lies beyond the illusion. But in each of these shimmering mirages, we find the truth of our existence—the essence of who we are and what we believe in. Consider, for a moment, the way we interact with others. As we gaze into the eyes of another soul, we are drawn into their universe, where they, too, are the center. In this magical meeting of perspectives, we find connection and understanding, and we realize that the grand tapestry of reality is woven from the threads of countless subjective experiences. Yet, in the midst of this breathtaking dance, we must remember the fragility of our perception. We must remain humble, for just like a mirage shimmering in the desert heat, our reality can be transient, ever-changing. It is essential to acknowledge that our perspective is but one of many, and the ultimate truth of reality may lie beyond the grasp of any single individual. So, let us embrace the beauty of being the center of our own universe, for it grants us the power to shape our reality, to create meaning and purpose. But let us also recognize that we are not alone in this cosmic dance. We share this world with billions of other centers, each painting their own masterpiece of existence. As we marvel at the grand illusion of our reality, let us seek harmony and understanding with one another, for in our collective tapestry of perspectives, we find the kaleidoscope of humanity's true colors. And in this beautiful symphony of subjectivity, we can uncover the profound interconnectedness that binds us all together in this vast and mysterious universe.

Remember, always: The World is A Mirror of You, always reflecting back at you the thoughts and perceptions which you have projected into it. Regardless of what appears to being going on in "the world at large", one should ask oneself, how loving and harmonious are my personal relationships? How many arguments do you find yourself engaging in? Is there bitterness and acrimony within the ranks? Do you look at others and think about how you would like to change them? Or, do you love and accept them as they are? Loving and accepting someone, for who they are, is known as Unconditional Love. This is something you will spend much time working upon when graduating into the next density of Consciousness. Now, loving and accepting someone as they are does not mean accepting abusive behavior. But, it does mean loving and accepting that soul as The Creator; not the soul's behavior. The behavior is not "who they are"; The Creator within, is who they are. The quality of your relationships is an excellent mirror from which to gauge the quality of your manifesting; or, in other words, that which you are Creating. Do you look at a person, and concentrate upon the things that you dislike about them and wish would change, OR the qualities that you enjoy and admire in them? Remember that all thought, word, and deed, is Creative; is Creation. You get back exactly what you send out. So, when you send out the thought: "Why is she so hard to live with?" "Why is he always behaving like this?" Ask yourself, "what exactly am I doing?" Now focus, as this is so obvious you could easily miss it. In fact, most do. Take away the "question" from your sentence, and in essence you are saying: "She is so hard to live with". "He always behaves like this". Do you see what you are doing? Remember, ALL thought is creative...! You have just created the very behaviour in that person, that you wish to change. Simply because you did not understand The Law of Radiation / Law of Attraction. Now, try an experiment: Take someone in your life that you love, but sometimes have trouble getting along with. Think about the thoughts you have projected about that person. The negative thoughts. Ask yourself, does the behavior that you do not like in that person, in any way correspond to the thoughts you have been having about them? If you're honest with yourself, it's a strong bet that it does. Sure, they must have behaved that way in the first place, to make you notice that you didn't like it, but, we all have off days sometimes. The more you focus on that behavior, the more you are going to see of it. It's just Life, doing what it does, and conforming to your expectations about the way it will be for you. Now, having recognized this, what will you do about it? Simply notice your negative thoughts as they arise, and "catch yourself" as you are having them. Then, simply change your perspective. Focus instead, about the things you like about this person. How you love their smile, the sound of their happy laughter; the way they do such and such nice thing, how helpful and loving they can be. Keep putting those positive thoughts out. You must persevere, even as you may have a bit of negative work to undo first. Just keep catching yourself, and focus on the positive. Then, prepare yourself for an almost magical transformation of your life circumstances. Always monitor your thoughts, and pay attention to their quality; because what you think about, is directly related to what you will see around you, and what Life will show you. It is the difference between conscious, and subconscious Creation. —Excerpt From The Hidden Hand Channelings

I feel the issue lies in the claiming of ownership 'of' the mind. Ownership is a conceptual phenomenon that occurs only within the duality of mind. You can't "own" "your" mind because you are the mind. It's nondual. There's no "you" and then "your mind". There is only Infinite Mind. There is only You. You also don't control yourself. That's the ego. You simply Are. -
