  2. Breathwork helped me tremendously with this. As soon as you notice subtle dullness or tiredness try a few Dragon Breaths. It involves breathing in rapidly through the nostrils twice in a row, filling the lungs, and quickly exhaling everything through the mouth, repeating in rapid succession until you are adequately awake.

  5. I've had a similar experience with Hape. Having been brought back to my deepest points of meditation I'd achieved only on psychedelics. I saw The Great Central Sun shining in my mind. No disharmony. No polarity. Only Love. The best possible outcome. Hari Om.
