When you're willing to use your own life in service to others, for example what missionaries do going to Africa to help the poor.

What's deeper, realizing that everything is a dream or realizing you're God? If we are one how the dreamer (God) can separate him from the dream? Wouldnt be going back to duality? -

In the medieval age farmers had to give a third part of their harvest to the feudal lord, in exchange for protection, living inside the walls, using the land... Nowadays in some european countries like denmark, france, austria the fiscal pressure is around 45-48%. Do you call this progress? Slavery never ended, and the fixed salaries and taxes keep the poors slaves because this way they are easily controlable. -
Do you have the feeling that we live in a simulation? A lot of spiritual teachers talk about the theory of the holographic/simulated reality like in the movie Matrix, as if the world ended time ago and we are living a recreated world run by AI. it's very depressing the possibility, but I found a worse theory that combines the matrix+the human farm, where's there is no spiritual liberation because we are forced to reincarnate with traps that other entities create to feed from our psychic energy. There's a guy from reddit that explains with lots of proofs the mechanincs of the holographic human farm: https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapingPrisonPlanet/comments/pyijav/ive_researched_the_afterlife_for_nearly_10_years/?utm_term=1569626167&utm_medium=post_embed&utm_source=embed&utm_name=&utm_content=header (Please, take the time to read it with open mindedness before making judgements). it has a lot of sense, for example the divinities, family members, or spiritual leaders that people see after death are different according religion, beliefs, culture... so the matrix make a customized recreation to scam the soul into more reincarnation cycles.

Percieving everything with perfect focus and awareness, best after a good night of sleep and a coffee. In the other side, the worst feeling is having brainfog.

The alpha, beta, sigma concepts are just labels to define the attitude towards the system. The aplhas wants to be the big boss, the betas dont mind being the meek slave, and the sigmas just step out the paradigm and dont want to be part in this silly game.

Not necessarily has to be associated with sadness and loss. Preety_India says she doesnt like herself. That's because she doesnt met their belief system standards or expectatives created by society. Subconsciously she knows that and is resentful and angry with the world. So the solution is to break out with her belief system that makes her unhappy, stop caring about other people say or think, and his owng ego judging her. A good experiment is being alone for a few days in nature likea retreat, or with animals where you dont have to meet expectatives and standards and you forget about the ego. If doing that the anger disappears is because is related with what I've said. -
This is an old myth promoted by protein companies to make sure you buy their instant protein shakes: Hurry up and take your shake or the anabolic window will close and you wont absorb as much protein! lol Theres not scientific data approving that taking protein after the workout will make you gain more muscle that taking it 1 hour later.

I read years ago that some gurus used to put a blue crystal bottle in the sun and later drink the water, i diont remember how it works but it had health benefits.

You missed that point that you're part of the dream, that's the mindfuck. You are nothing separated imagining everything. -
Most people dont know that we carry unresolved issues from our ancestors. Maybe this info is stored in our DNA, or maybe is in the called "soul". From the spiritual community is a consensus that we have karma now from previous lives. But what happends with inherited psychologycal traumas, like daddy issues, addictions, compulsive behaviours, fixations, fetishes? Thinking logically these issues from ancestors will be cut off if: 1.we fix them. 2. we don't pass them tou our babies? Also it's been said in the spiritual circles, that we come here in groups of souls. What could happen if we cut the familiar tree and dont have kids? Will we reincarnate for example in a tribe in South Africa which we have zero in common?

You made me consider that meanwhile "the hand we are dealt" is a important factor, I use it as excuse to not fight against my natural neurochemistry, for example people when take marijuana have more serotonin and become more social, and there are suplements like tryptophan/5htp. I see that the main factor is motivation. In the past I've done jobs that required me to be extroverted, and altough I wasnt feeling it, I acted extro because they paid me to act this way, in this case the motivation was the money. And the fact that I keep being introverted is because I dont get any benefit in socializing, in fact I find small talk boring and useless. it is more that probable that if I find the people i ressonate with I'll make the effort, of course.

Why is forbidden to talk about conspiracies about the deepstate but aliens are allowed? Leo ban this thread! -
It's interesting your point of view. I see that usually society relate the concept of introversion to being shy and with dificulties with social interactions, making friends, etc. For me that's not true. By meaning I understand introversion/extroversion as which thing you point your focus or awareness, ant this can vary within the same person, in diferent contexts or scenarios. For example writing a fantasy book which requires a lot of imagination is an activity of obligatory introversion. While birdwatching is forceful extrovertive because you have to focus on the outside world. But going back to the mainstrean meaning like introverted being the shy nerdy who likes to be alone and gets drained in social events vs the extro who likes being the center of attention, socially savy... I dont think we have a choice to not fall in the identification you have pointed. Firstly because this actitude o preference of focusing in the mental/inner world or the exterior is being determined by a huge amount of variables like genetics, environment, education, culture, childhood, reinforcement experiencies... things that we cant control and conform how we are, since we are born. I mean the part of free will we have is little, because we cannot fight genetics, as long as this (extroversion/extraversion) becomes a crucial survival mechanism that works for us, and it's very hard to rewire something that has worked in the past positively towards our survival. For example for a baby being loud, demanding, is important to catch the attention of his mum so she nurture and feed him. For other people being shy, and discrete, can be useful to not be the center of attention and not be bullied, while being too cocky would provide more problems. It's very curious that most japanese people are introverted, shy, humble, even singers and artists who typically should be more extro look shy compared to the occident. This topic is a not enough studied in psychology at least in a meta-study way to even understand how it works. But my point here is: Should we change what works for our survival? And i know that being too loud or too shy couldnt threaten or save our life in the actual 2022 in which we live in a relative safe world, but this mechanism saves us from geting into much trouble, and at the same time limit our experinces. As a conclusion, it is so hard to change, cuting identification with something that keeps us safe and in our comfort zone. In my life I've done efforts to change from intro to extro, try psycho therapy conductual, pushing myself into being more extro and social.. and I impoved but always come back to the way I am, this is homeostasis. And it's not because I'm not identified with that, It's because how I feel, my body tell me that I feel better being intro, maybe my neurotransmitters, hormones, belief foundations or a mix of everything, but who I am. Doing otherwise would be like a dog pretending he is a cat and meawing every day hoping that one day will change.

Being honest, from what I've seen in life, the hottest men attracts mostly gays. Women doesnt like men who take too much care of their beauty or are obsessed with looks.

If you combine carbs and fat you'll be sleepy of course after dinner. I remember I ate cottage cheese with honey as a dessert, and I was finished.

When I was a kid my father abandoned my mother, sister and me. From this moment I was forced by the circumstances to finish the basic education and focus on working because my family was poor. So I missed most things that normal people live in young age: Going to the university, making social bonds, the parties, the first teenage love, playing in a sport team, going to final career travel… Now I’m 39, and I realize I’m attracted to adolescent things, like my subconscious is gravitating towards the things I missed or I didn’t experienced. I usually find myself watching movies or TV series for teenagers like camp rock for example, everything related to this life stage. Yes it’s a bit ridiculous. I actually feel attracted to young women instead of the ones of my age. Probably young women wont be able of having a interesting conversation and have life experience, but I cannot fight the attraction to the freshness of somebody who still hasnt been burned out by the letdowns of life. I’m a little bit confused in this concept, because I don’t know if I’m just a beauty seeker, or I’m genuinely attracted to young women. The thing Is I don’t feel integrated with my generation, when I see some friends having kids and married, this life is not for me. Often peterpans are shamed into immaturity for not wanting to form a family. I just value more my freedom, while marriage and kids are just a social conditioner trap to keep men in the work force 10-20 years more than a single man. But going back to the main topic, Im kinda worried that my teenage phase will last forever like a unresolved issue. How could I overcome it? Or should I? Or is it healthy to be a inner child trapped in a old body?

Yeah but it's like if the characters of the movie dont relize they are characters from a movie, they think they're real lol! -
I've also "made an effort" to socialize when I didnt wanted, just because society, my family, school and psychologists told me... because "you are not normal", people need to socialize... you need to have a girlfiend like everybody else! Guess what? No matter how much effort to put into CHANGE yourself... you always come back to your homeostasis and default state.

I think the standard definition of solipsism is what confuses people. The coexistance of multiple POV's created be the only great mind is possible, as the coexistance of multiple isolated consciousness of every human being. Is not that just one exist and the rest dont. Is that it just exist a single mind imagining the "dream", and the little consciousness dreamnt think they are the only dreamer. -
But integration/embodiment, burning of karma are man-made created illusory concepts, that we have zero proof of its existance. Having that in mind, is not a good a idea to waste energy and resources to heal something that maybe dont exist.

No. Your body and parasympathetic system is who keeps you alive. Yo cannot increase your longevity with an illusion that your ego wants to pursue. A purpose will get you up from bed in the morning to keep moving but this has nothing to do with lifesfan. A lazy guy with no purpose who take lot of antioxidants, healthy diet and a stress-free life will live longer than somebody who works past 70 yo.

I've been observing how USA has been cutting freedom since 11s. All is for your SAFETY. People is constantly bombarded with negative and exagerated news, to keep them in FEAR. Fearful people will accept every tyranic measures and willing to give up their human rights and freedom, just for feeling safe and comfortable. -
There isnt so much good information, we live in the misinformation era where we cannot distinguish fake info from the truth, and this is a major problem. mainly with the diet/food topic: Some say were healed from cancer, autimmune, and gut diseases with a carnivore diet. Some others say we need vegetables to be healthy. Others say that lectins and antinutrients from vegetables block the absortion of the nutrients... and is a vicious circle... so the only thing we can trust is direct experience and trial or error, elimination experiments to find out what feels better to our bodies... its sad that with all the internet technology knowledge is still a issue
