Hey I was hoping of starts conversation with diet and raising consciousness. I can’t help but to think the processed food, animal meat, and animal products that many consume is bad for consciousness. While eating our species specific diet of fruits, nuts and legumes will be good for raising consciousness.

Since realizing that reproduction is an illusion, I’ve done a 180 on my view on having kids. I’m not sure I want to raise a child in this reality. But I also think about what it would be like to be pregnant. To experience growing another consciousness being, to birth it and feed it from my own body. For now it’s a no, but I’d like to hear other women’s perspectives on it. What are your views on getting pregnant or having a kid?
