"Supreme Court Justices who ruled in a way that renders the Constitution unconstitutional have become enemies of a free and fair democracy." Should they be removed?

Anonymous candidates doesn't work for me personally because I like to get my information straight from the horses mouth whenever possible, and I can already hear the conspiracy theories that it would create. I'm not trying to be contrarian in this conversation. Maybe just a simple political literacy test would work as part of voter registration. Like a driver's license test but every 4 years. That would weed out many of the ignorant voters. I can hear the conspiracy theories about that one too, lol. Or even real fraud. It happens. -
King Biden imprisons the justices who voted for this and replaces them with sane human beings, or tomato cans, either one.

What? I'm lost. π What sci-fi novel is this from? BTW ever read 11/22/63 by Stephen King? Great book. @Danioover9000 Sid Meier's Civilization 5 for PC was a great game. -

The judgements of vote percentage could easily be subjected to bias, abuse, and seems too extensive and messy. Who are we hiring to assess voters? Maybe AI. π -

@Danioover9000What type of revised voting system are you proposing? How did feminism contribute to this ruling? -

Why would the R heavy Supreme Court give President Biden this kind of power? -

Yeah, I guess that makes him a convicted felon. He should run for president. -

I respect Robert's opinion and I think he does good work. I also respect Beau and his opinion. Have you seen this take? -

I think your pendulum has swung too far in the other direction here. -

You don't see another Trumper tantrum of he loses again? I'm unsure about that. We shall see. -

@hundreth What happens when he dies midway through his next term? This is a good question and a concern that many people here have. However, when you look at the alternative, another term with the Biden administration, with Joe dead or alive, tops another term of Trump's fascist factory of felons. -

I couldn't agree with you more. -

One would think that RFK's approval ratings will increase after the debates. He looks like maybe the strongest candidate, but I would like to see him debate the other two. He is anti-vax which is a concern, but other than that, he has good ideas. -

Biden could run just for the sake of beating Mr Trump and then just hand the "baton" off to Harris. -

This debate has shown us nothing that we didn't already know. There are more debates and court dates left, and there is still an election to be made. Who knows, maybe a candidate will emerge out of the woodwork. π -
Taking responsibility, life experience, and making good decisions to add to the list of adult qualities. How is the adult/child binary similar to left/right binary in politics?

Understanding the hedonic treadmill. Sometimes the process and anticipation of getting what you want is more enjoyable than the final product. Sometimes giving is more enjoyable, especially when you see how the other person needs and appreciates it and how it affects their life.

So, what keeps Biden from looking like a strong candidate right now relative to Mr Trump is speech consistency. We could very well get this side of Biden if there is another debate but I don't know if Trump really wants to chance that. We'll see. -

I think the main thing that would prevent Biden from reelect is the noticeable price increase of gas, food, and rent since he's been president. People think that he is solely to blame for the higher prices, and prices affect everybody. People remember that prices were lower when Mr. Trump was in office, and they think it is a direct correlation. They believe that with Mr. T back in power, prices will be better, and that's the bottom line for them. That's just what I've heard from voters.
