  1. It's been a gradual process ongoing since October when I started Leo's coursework. I'm just saying, I'm not sure if I should give credence to the course or if the course slowed me down. Either way, it's a nice course, much nicer than the free site. I made preparations for a major power play in November, at the beginning of the course, which have just taken awhile to realize. Anyways, I rarely have liked Leo on the free site, just on the pay site. It helped me feel the same way as I felt when I was preparing for the Olympics, 13 years ago.
  2. They're opening, real LSD, can show you some things about life allowing you to step outside the matrix. I learned effective massage therapy and how to pronounce Spanish correctly while dropping. I also learned how flexible I can get and started high - roundhouse kicking the leaves of a fake tree making a cracking noise when I struck the leaves. I also went several levels into my essence, forgave the people in the Marine Corps for my experience, and learned how important natural foods were. Of course, I was also with a native Spanish speaker who was trained in martial arts, massage therapy, and self development while I was doing this. I can still do all of these things today, and that was almost 2 years ago. I gave gifts that stuck with this woman, in return.
  3. @Leo Gura Your videos have a pause button.
  4. The whole book is based off the philosophy that we still live in the King's Court. It is based off of scarcity, not abundance. Recognize that there are unlimited resources, and millions of ways to be valuable without having to compete. It is a book designed for competitors, not creators. It is based off the assumption that you will never be the King. Create, and you can be your own king. It even says that those who do not play the game are usually the most adept players of the game.
  5. I'm interested. US - CDT
  6. I'm just now wrapping up the exact thing you are talking about! Okay, so here's the guy. I sucked, then, after searching for awhile and reaching limited success with some books and other youtube vidoes, I watched this guy. Ready? I even posted his magic phrases, magic words, and other observations all around my apartment for a month. Yeah, I kicked ass, then I started focusing on Leo's life purpose course instead and kicked slightly less ass on the sales floor. You can apply this man's techniques to many areas of life, and I immediately learned how to not only sell a lot, but guide people's emotions for other short interactions. Careful, selling is a very manipulative specialty, and now that I have made enough money, I'm out. However, to answer your question... I think that what makes a great salesperson... a truly great salesperson is one that is so knowledgeable in helping people, that he or she is able to do so and people will just pay you for it. They will find ways to buy things from you if you truly care, and they know you want them to succeed. I know a few guys with this charisma. They work fewer hours than everyone else. Get paid well. And generally live a stress free life. There's always a way to make money while truly giving something of optimal value to the customer. You have to really care about your customers to be a great salesperson without passion....passion for selling that is...
  7. This is great! I was waiting for days for someone to respond and gave up, then, you guys nailed it! I was thinking about paying for an audio version of Mastery, but I wasn't sure because I didn't know if the book was about finding or mastering a domain of mastery. Now I know the part that I wanted to hear, so I'll definitely be getting that book within the next 5 minutes! Thank you so much! I do see a way that many of my passions can be combined. I keep seeing myself studying physique arts. This one is the most scary and the most fun. If someone like Leo and other life coaches can just study life in general (and they kick ass at it), certainly I can study strong, healthy, beautiful, active physique and be successful, right? It is something I love. I do question whether it is a negative value though because even though I enjoy (Im at home with running shoes on) the actual activities while I'm performing them, the extrinsic rewards are just so pleasing. And the competition with so many specialists... Competing with workout coaches, martial arts instructors, massage therapists, nutritionists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and even doctors/orthopedic surgeons sounds like quite a market to compete in. And building a portfolio! How?! These are tough questions, and I hope that Robert Greene's book and the rest of Leo's course really help a lot. I certainly do need to maintain my autonomy as well. Cheers! I really appreciate the food for thought, and I'm very encouraged now. Thanks Gus! Thanks Mr. Green!
  8. Raw onions will lower her blood pressure. They stink, but it works really well.
  9. I'm still working on my zone of genius as well. It seems to me that you have chosen competitiveness (as opposed to creativity). Competition is dependent upon the failures of others. Perhaps this is a negatively driven value. In my journey toward finding my life purpose, I believe I may have improperly chosen my top values so I'm taking another look soon and reevaluating them. In the mean time, I have been doing one negative value release after another. It's been a serious struggle to declare my zone of genius, and by doing negative value releases, I have come a very long way toward enjoying the present moment. I have done about 10 negative value releases, and the effects have been pleasant.
